  • Alumni + Student Reviews: Students and alumni have left more than 30,000 reviews on Course Report. We consider both quality & quantity of bootcamp reviews, and particular weight is given to Verified Reviews.
  • Transparency Around Career Outcomes: Schools that have published CIRR outcomes within the past year, though schools that self-publish outcomes are also recognized.
  • Varied Financing Options: Bootcamps that offer a variety of payment options like deferred tuition, income share agreements, or school financing to make their program more accessible to students.
  • GI Bill Acceptance: Whether a school is approved by the Department of Veterans Affairs to accept the GI Bill or VET TEC.
  • Vetted Lending Partnerships: Whether a school has been vetted and approved to work with reputable financing companies like Skills Fund and Climb Credit.

The curriculum is designed to prepare students for their first developer role, with a focus on practical experience working on projects throughout the course. There is an option to specialise at the end of the course, either in advanced front end or complex problem-solving. Students will learn from experienced software developers in class sizes of 8, chosen to reflect the size of an average software scrum team.
