Goanna Education offers a 12-week, full-time online AWS re/Start bootcamp and a 21-week Diploma of Information Technology. Goanna Education is based in Australia, and Indigenous-owned. Goanna Education was founded to ensure equal access to the digital economy for all Australians, including First Nation peoples. 

In the AWS re/Start bootcamp, students will learn IT fundamentals, AWS fundamentals, and AWS systems operations. AWS re/Start students will sit for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner exam upon bootcamp conclusion for no extra fee. 

In the Diploma of Information Technology program, students will learn web development and cloud architecture. The program includes a 12-week internship where students will gain on-the-job experience. Students can choose to specialize in Web Design or Cloud Architecture.

Bootcamp applicants will participate in a pre-assessment to determine aptitude. This will include basic logic and math problems, followed by an interview to determine general problem-solving skills and motivation. 

Goanna Education students will receive career support including industry connections and mentorship. 

AWS re/Start bootcamp is funded by AWS and is completely free of charge. Fully funded scholarships are available for Indigenous candidates and women.
