“Highly recommended Data Science Bootcamp”

I have attend the Sept-Dec 2019 session of Vivadata bootcamp. Vivadata bootcamp is a 10 week program covering python programming, data collection, data analysis, machine learning (supervized and unsupervized), NLP, data engineering and deep learning. I have found the content of the classes to be of high quality: written courses, video courses, exercises and corrections are accessible on their platform and remain accessible after the bootcamp. The courses are dense, oriented towards practice (lots of exercises and projects) and the pace was strong from the beginning to the end (be motivated!). The teachers and teachers assistants are knowledgeable and very available to support students whenever questions are coming up. I enjoyed the teaching style, the playful content and engaging projects that contributes to make the challenging experience fun as well. The cohort is kept to a maximum of 15 fellows (not always the case in other bootcamps). I appreciated that Vivadata accepted fellows from diverse backgrounds and levels of education (I’ve seen other bootcamp only accessible to fellow holding a master or PhD which is in my opinion meant to inflate their employment rate after the bootcamp) as long they show they are serious and motivated by completing the preparatory work. While all the resources are available for free online, I am glad that I joined a bootcamp because I don’t think I would have been able to learn so much by myself in such a short amount of time. Having the support of classmates and teachers to solve issues allowed me to avoid great frustrations met when you start coding and being part of a cohort was very motivating. I am extremely satisfied with the Vivadata’s bootcamp and I would recommend this bootcamp to someone motivated (because it requires a strong commitment) who wants to learn a lot about python and data science in a short amount of time and has for short term plan to add data skills to his/her current job/domain or long term plan (because it will require more practice and studying) to become a data scientist

The overall experience was great. During the 4-month bootcamp, I learned a lot and met great people who may become future colleagues. The staff was experienced and helpful most of the time. My only disappointment was the rushed explanations of tools, which left their scope of use ambiguous. Additionally, there was a lack of reading materials provided after class.

“Life changing skill set”

Having now worked as a data scientist in industry for a few months, I can really appreciate how well the course content was aligned with the skills required on the job. The bootcamp gave me exposure to every aspect of the data science workflow, which gave me the confidence to dive straight into real-world challenges. Shifath, Miranda, and Jeremy were incredibly supportive and knowledgeable throughout. It was also a pleasure to return to full-time learning for three months and work closely with a small group—adding a valuable social element to the experience. I grew a lot during the bootcamp and landed a great job in data science as a result. It was money well spent.

“fake reviews and not worth wasting your time”

Most of the reviews on this platform are written by the parent company (CCS Global Tech) employees. Very little instruction but the instructor, they just make you watch outdated videos and then the instructor will just repeat the video. They do mock interviews that don't really match a real world scenario, just basic interview questions you can search online. As for job assistance, they recommend you can search on your own since they are much more focused on assisting their Talent Development Program graduates (basically kids that need a job to stay in the country). For the price ($9950) this program is a scam. Wastes 8 hours a day, no portfolio is developed besides a simple dashboard on tableau and powerbi. Instructors skipped python and snowflake sections, despite those skills being in demand in the area. Also the instructors seemed to be overworked and have to focus on delivering projects for the main organization. Over worked employees leads to in adequate teaching. Nice people but not worth your money, just look up the data engineering topics and use youtube to teach yourself.

I attended the data science boot camp of Clarusway. It was an unforgettable experience. I can never forget about it. I miss my days at the boot camp. I miss my friends and instructors. Only a few months after I graduated, I was accepted into my dream job but because of some family issues, I couldn't go abroad to the UK. And only a few months later I was accepted to the dream job I am working now. Thank you guys! You have completely changed my life! I love you all.

As someone from a completely non-technical background, I was extremely nervous to begin my journey into the world of data analytics. The instructor made an incredible effort to help us and also there are organized support team that assist with anything we need. Just finished the data science (DS) & artificial intelligence (AI) program (Batch #32) with an amazing capstone project provided by Constructor Nexademy & Constructor Tech. “Thorough, expensive, and fast-paced.”

I started the Flatiron program back in August of 2022. I was a Mortgage Loan Officer who was looking to pivot my business experience into a more technical role where I could merge my soft skills into a more technical field. I was referred to the Flatiron program by a fellow Loan Officer who was also interested in moving into a more technical role. He convinced me that the program was worth the price tag. ($16,900 is what I paid for the start of my program.) I left my job and started the program and I haven't turned back. I graduated in late November and have accepted a position as a business analyst. As far as turnaround times go on employment, I couldn't be happier. One thing I would like to see more of in this program is an increased focus on SQL and visualization programs like Tableau or Power BI, as those are required for many data analyst roles. I would recommend this program for anyone who is interested in learning Python and its many libraries for data science / data analytics purposes.

I took the Jedha’s Data Essentials bootcamp remotely (full time). The program provides a solid introduction to data analysis. The pace is intensive, but the hands-on exercises and final project make it possible to apply what you learn to a real-world problem. The instructors were also supportive and available throughout the course. A great program for anyone looking to build practical data skills and a strong foundation for further learning.

I completed the Data Engineering program at DataScientest, and it was a truly valuable learning experience. “Buyer Beware – Misleading Job Guarantee & Poor Support”

I enrolled in this program in 2020 based on their heavy marketing of a “job guarantee” and a claimed 99% placement rate. Like many others, I trusted those promises — enough that I even convinced my mother to help pay for the tuition. I worked through the coursework, completed my projects, and actively applied for jobs. When a job offer I received was rescinded, the program’s career support proved ineffective. My assigned career coach offered little practical help, and I later found that multiple other students had similar complaints. Eventually, my applications slowed because the market had shifted, but I still expected the “guarantee” to mean what any reasonable person would think it means: If you can’t get me into a job, you refund my tuition. Instead, they tried to offer a fraction of what I paid — at first misrepresenting the math (calling $1,100 “25%” of tuition when it was really 20%), and only correcting it after I pointed it out. When I pressed for the full refund I believe I’m owed, I was met with PR-style responses, LinkedIn blocking from staff, and an unwillingness to acknowledge their own marketing implied far more than they delivered. This entire experience has left me financially strained, emotionally drained, and with zero results in the career I trained for. I’ve since connected with other former students who feel misled or abandoned by the program after paying thousands. If you’re considering this course, know that their “job guarantee” is not what you think it is. Read every word of their terms (which they will lean on to deny refunds) and don’t expect meaningful accountability if things go wrong. There are other learning options that don’t involve misleading promises or playing games with people’s livelihoods.

“It was worth it”

Good School. Trained teachers in special the Lead Instructor. Nice and friendly web platform. I have found extensive materials with the possibility of delving deeper into any of the topics discussed. It's hard but it forces you to dive into programming to gain skills.

“From operational instinct to official analyst title”

I came into TripleTen's BIA program with over 10 years of real operational and financial problem-solving experience, but I had never held an official analyst title. I knew how to diagnose problems and fix them and present solutions to leadership and stakeholders. What I didn't have was the format tech hiring managers expect to see, things like dashboards, key insight summaries, and structured data storytelling. That's exactly what the program gave me. The bootcamp was my first real exposure to tools like Tableau and Power BI, and to concepts like maintaining a clean summary tab or a changes/bugs log. I had some SQL, programming and advanced Excel background going in, but I didn't lead with those. What actually shifted my trajectory was learning how to package analytical thinking the way the industry expects it packaged. The career support was just as valuable as the technical training. The resume and LinkedIn revamp changed how I presented over a decade of results. I used to list responsibilities. Now every bullet leads with impact, dollars recovered, percentage improvements, systems that outlasted my time in a role. My career coach also added a lot in our review sessions, reading bullets out loud and reacting in real time gave me new ways of seeing my own experience that I hadn't considered on my own. A few months after finishing the program, TripleTen connected me with an externship at an insurtech company. That hands-on experience mattered more than I expected. Seeing how real problems get identified and resolved in a live environment builds a kind of confidence you can't get from coursework alone. Two weeks into that externship, I landed an interview for a Finance Ops Data Analyst role. I didn't get to a mock interview before my first round, I went in without it, and it still went well. The second round included an assessment task that happened to be in the exact format I'd just practiced in the bootcamp (master tables, calculated fields, plain-language summaries that answer "so what"). I knew immediately what to do with it and did it well. I got the job. And I negotiated an offer at the top of the posted salary band. My advice to anyone considering TripleTen is don't wait until you feel fully qualified to start, or fully finished to start applying. I didn't have a project portfolio built when I landed my interviews. Apply while you keep improving in the background. You don't need to be the best candidate in the field, you only need to be better than the other people who interview for that same role. TripleTen won't hand you the experience you don't have, but it will give you the tools and format to finally prove the experience you do have.

“Good, fast paced, real world examples”

Slower than I planned — and better for it I enrolled in the Data Science program expecting to finish in about 8 months. It took considerably longer, and that turned out to be the best thing about it. The structure is self-paced, which sounds easy until you realise nobody is going to carry you — the projects genuinely require you to understand what you're building. Every sprint was harder than the last, and each one ended in a live review with a senior team lead who asked real questions. Those reviews were the single most valuable part of the program for me. You can't bluff your way through explaining your own architecture to someone who knows the field, and the feedback I got afterwards consistently pointed at things I hadn't seen myself. The curriculum kept pace with the field, which matters in this area. By the later sprints I was building agentic AI systems with modern tooling rather than working through exercises that had aged out. The other unexpected value was the people — discussions with peers and open sessions with lecturers pushed my thinking further than studying alone would have. Honest expectation-setting for anyone considering it: if you're self-motivated and want to actually understand the material, this is a strong choice. If you want a fast checkbox certificate, look elsewhere. The flexibility is real, but so is the workload, and job-hunting afterwards is its own full-time project. Thanks to the Turing College team, the STLs and JTLs who made it what it was. Recommended.

“Intensive learning experience”

I recently completed the Data Science Bootcamp at WBS CODING SCHOOL. Everything appeared exactly when it was needed, and the different parts of the course worked together almost like clockwork. I especially appreciated that the program went beyond programming and data science. It also covered data visualization, presentation design and rhetoric, as well as practical career guidance on CVs, LinkedIn, and the job search. WBS also continues to support graduates through its own Talent Pool. The instructors created a genuinely friendly and human atmosphere, even during an extremely intensive bootcamp. The combination of individual, pair, and group work made the learning collaborative and created natural opportunities for networking. Many participants came with substantial professional backgrounds, so there was a lot to learn not only from the instructors but also from each other. Four months obviously cannot teach you everything in Data Science. What the bootcamp gave me instead was a solid foundation and, perhaps more importantly, a roadmap for where to go next.

In the overall, I’m happy with the DA bootcamp, I learned a lot and always felt supported by the teachers and mentors. I think the time dedicated to python/Sql is not well balanced, I would like to have more Sql classes and to learned how to use them both together. After all both are important to a data analyst job.
