What a roller coaster. From beginner in AI to AI engineer with agentic automation, AI coding, loacal models, rag, langgraph, maschine learning and natural language processing - in 3 month, If are motivated enough, you can do it. There is always somebody around who is willing to help you - but typically you get just a hint and some motivation to solve your problem on your own. This is even better for real life without tutor. Great - I enjoyed it. -

I joined Turing College's 13-week, full-time AI Engineering program after many years as a software engineer, but with no previous experience in web development or building LLM applications.
What I appreciated most was the hands-on approach. Each sprint ended with a working AI-powered application, so I was constantly pushed beyond simply understanding the concepts and had to actually apply them. The 1:1 project reviews with experienced Senior Team Leads were particularly valuable for discussing my technical decisions, getting feedback, and exploring possible improvements.
I also appreciated the learning environment. Daily stand-ups, a Junior Team Lead available throughout the day, the virtual classroom, and a small group of fellow students made an intensive online course feel much less like studying alone.
The program does not magically make you an AI expert in three months - and I don't think any course can. What it gave me was a practical foundation and the confidence to continue learning and building independently.
For an experienced software engineer moving into AI engineering, I found the program to be a very effective way to gain practical experience and become comfortable building real AI applications independently. -

Built three real AI agents in three months, not just watched tutorials

Turing College's AI Engineering programme runs about three months and covers LLM application development, LangChain and RAG, AI agents, and a capstone, with electives in deep learning, NLP, and agentic coding on top.
What stood out was the balance. Every sprint had a real curriculum to work through, not a loose "figure it out yourself" structure, but inside that curriculum there was genuine creative room to bring your own idea and build it the way you actually wanted to. I ended up shipping three AI agents by the end: a career coaching tool that grounds every answer in real evidence instead of guessing, a multi tool agent for exploring Berlin's electronic music scene, and a night train planner for Europe that refuses to invent a route that doesn't exist.
It was more intense than I expected going in. This is three months of actually building, not watching videos and nodding along. What made the difference was the mentor review process, STLs reviewed my work every sprint and gave feedback that changed how I approached the next one, not just surface notes on what to fix.
The cohort was small too, and we had a daily stand-up where everyone shared what they were working on and what was actually hard that day. Hearing other people hit the same walls made the hard days feel normal instead of like I was falling behind.
If you want to learn AI engineering by shipping real, working projects rather than following a tutorial, this delivers. It's demanding, but the intensity is what makes the projects actually good by the end. -

The course was well structured and we were guided professionally by the team leads. The reviews for each individual project were refreshingly detailed, went into depth, and continually motivated me to take things a step further. By the end, I was able to build projects by using tools with AI that I hadn’t imagined I’d be able to learn in such a short space of time. And not just in terms of just building something, but understanding what I was doing, why, and why not. Thank you!

I’m very satisfied with this AI Engineering course. As a mid-career software developer, it helped fill an important gap in my skills and gave me a much better understanding of how to build software with AI. Now, it's my responsibility to bridge my domain expertise and AI knowledge that I acquired from this course.I wouldn’t say I learned everything about AI, but I certainly feel well prepared for what’s ahead and better equipped to apply AI in real-world software development. -

Slower than I planned — and better for itI enrolled in the Data Science program expecting to finish in about 8 months. It took considerably longer, and that turned out to be the best thing about it.The structure is self-paced, which sounds easy until you realise nobody is going to carry you — the projects genuinely require you to understand what you're building. Every sprint was harder than the last, and each one ended in a live review with a senior team lead who asked real questions. Those reviews were the single most valuable part of the program for me. You can't bluff your way through explaining your own architecture to someone who knows the field, and the feedback I got afterwards consistently pointed at things I hadn't seen myself. The curriculum kept pace with the field, which matters in this area. By the later sprints I was building agentic AI systems with modern tooling rather than working through exercises that had aged out.The other unexpected value was the people — discussions with peers and open sessions with lecturers pushed my thinking further than studying alone would have.Honest expectation-setting for anyone considering it: if you're self-motivated and want to actually understand the material, this is a strong choice. If you want a fast checkbox certificate, look elsewhere. The flexibility is real, but so is the workload, and job-hunting afterwards is its own full-time project. Thanks to the Turing College team, the STLs and JTLs who made it what it was. Recommended. -

From Self-Study to Software & AI Engineering: My Turing College Journey

I want to sincerely thank Turing College for the Software and AI Engineering program. For me, this course was much more than just another online learning experience, it became an important turning point in my journey and gave me a real path toward a career change into tech.
I am also especially grateful that I had the opportunity to study through a scholarship. Having access to such a strong program without financial pressure meant a lot to me. It gave me the chance to focus on learning, building, and improving myself, and I do not take that opportunity for granted.
Before joining the program, I was learning coding by myself. I tried many different resources, followed tutorials, built small projects, and also worked with WordPress and page builders to create websites. That helped me understand the basics of building for the web, but I often felt that something deeper was missing. I could create pages, but when I needed custom logic, specific features, backend functionality, or a stronger understanding of how real software systems work, I realized that I needed a more serious foundation.
At the same time, I was thinking a lot about the future of programming. AI was changing the software industry very quickly, and I did not want to become someone who only knows surface-level tools. I wanted to find a real path into the programming field, become competitive in the job market, take my first steps toward a junior developer role, and build the kind of knowledge that could help me grow into a strong professional over the next 5–10 years.
That is one of the biggest reasons this course was so important for me. It did not make me feel afraid of AI replacing developers, it helped me understand how to work with AI, how to build with it, and how to think like a modern software and AI engineer. Instead of only trying to catch up with the industry, I started to feel that I could adapt to where the industry is going and build the skills needed to become more advanced, confident, and future-ready.
The Software and AI Engineering course helped me move from self-study and surface-level coding into a much more structured and professional way of thinking. I started to understand not only how to write code, but why code is written in a certain way, how to solve problems step by step, how to think about architecture, and how frontend, backend, data, and AI systems connect together.
The learning path was challenging, but also very motivating. I started with Python programming, logic-based tasks, chess logic, and automated reports, and then gradually moved into full-stack development and more advanced AI engineering topics. I worked with concepts such as LLM applications, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, ChromaDB, AI agents, deep learning, and NLP. Every sprint gave me a new perspective and helped me build confidence.
One of the strongest parts of the program was that it was not only theoretical. The course pushed me to build hands-on projects and create a real portfolio. My capstone project, SearchTour, became one of the most meaningful parts of my learning journey. Seeing it included as a Turing College showcase project alongside other strong student work was a very proud moment for me. It showed me how far I had come and proved that I could design and build a real AI-powered product idea using modern software engineering and AI engineering concepts.
I also want to especially mention the reviews, feedback, STLs, JTLs, lecturers, organizers, managers, and everyone involved in the program. The feedback was not only technical, but also motivating. It helped me understand my weak points, improve my thinking, and see how professionals from the field approach real software problems. Many times, their comments and advice gave me extra motivation to continue when something felt difficult.
What I really appreciated about Turing College is that the program does not simply give you information. It pushes you to build, think, explain your decisions, improve your work, and become more independent. That kind of learning is very valuable, especially for someone like me who came from self-study and wanted to become more serious and professional in software engineering, full-stack development, and AI development.
This course changed my life in a very positive way. It gave me motivation, structure, confidence, and a much clearer direction. I now understand code and AI engineering much better than before, and I feel more prepared to continue growing as a developer.
I highly recommend Turing College and the Software and AI Engineering program to anyone who is serious about learning modern software development, Python programming, AI engineering, and building practical real-world projects. It is not always easy, but it is absolutely worth it. If you are motivated, curious, and ready to build, this program can give you the structure, support, mentorship, and professional guidance you need.
Thank you to Turing College and everyone who was part of this journey. I am proud that I completed it, grateful for the scholarship opportunity, and thankful for everything I learned. -

I just finished the AI Engineering course at Turing College. The curriculum is intense, but it’s structured well.AI is one of those fields where the more you learn, the more you realize how much you don't know. Turing College handles this reality well; their instructors are experienced and do a good job of breaking down complex topics so you aren’t just spinning your wheels.
If you’re looking for a program that pushes you and actually teaches you how to navigate the field rather than just handing you theory, this is a solid choice. -

AI Ethics course is genuinely impressive. Its organized in a way that moves logically from foundations (historical context, ethical frameworks, bias sources, fairness metrics) through technical interventions (pre-processing, in-processing, post-processing) and finally to organizational and regulatory implementation (Fair AI Scrum, governance, architecture-specific approaches, EU AI Act/GDPR).The deliverables are practical rather than essays, you build actual tools you could hand to an engineering team.
Overall, this is one of the more serious applied AI ethics course I've seen particularly for someone aiming at an industry role. -

My learning journey with Turing College has been a truly valuable and rewarding experience. The program is well-structured, practical, and designed in a way that helps learners develop real skills step by step.
One of the strongest aspects of Turing College is the quality of its educators. The educators are among the best in their industry, and their knowledge, guidance, and professional feedback make the learning process much more effective. They do not only teach the concepts but also help students understand how to apply them in real-world situations. Another unique part of this program is the open session, where learners can clear their doubts directly. This creates a very supportive learning environment and gives students the confidence to ask questions, discuss challenges, and improve continuously.
There are also many opportunities to dive deeper into topics through additional sessions, learning resources, and practical tasks. For learners who want to explore beyond the basic requirements, Turing College provides enough space and support to grow further.
I also truly appreciate the administrative team. They are open, supportive, caring, and always ready to help when students face personal or academic challenges. Their understanding and flexibility made a meaningful difference during my learning journey.
Overall, Turing College is a great institution that combines high-quality education, industry-relevant learning, strong mentorship, and genuine student support. I am grateful for the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to build practical skills and grow professionally. -

It covers the essentials: bias, fairness metrics, transparency, accountability, and the EU AI Act – and pushes you to translate those principles into real decisions, not just understand them on paper.
It works for both technical and non-technical people. The practical pipeline section at the end is optional — if you come from policy, compliance, or business, you can skip it and still get full value from everything else.
A few honest things to know:
— The course is information-dense and self-directed. You need to be genuinely motivated.
— You also join a community of people working across AI Ethics, AI Engineering, and other emerging fields. These are areas still finding their shape in the world, and being surrounded by people serious about them was an unexpected but real benefit.
— And like any course: what you do with it afterwards is entirely up to you. You can walk away with a solid theory foundation, or you can build on it, apply it, and turn it into something real.
The course gives you the tools. The rest is your choice.
Happy learning! -

I recently completed the AI Ethics & Fairness program at Turing College, and it has been a genuinely meaningful and rewarding learning experience for me.Before joining Turing College, I often felt that a lot of online material on AI Ethics was repetitive and not always clear in terms of how concepts apply in real-world systems. This program helped bridge that gap by providing a structured, end-to-end understanding of fairness in AI.What I appreciated most was the strong focus on applied fairness, not just theory. The program covered the full lifecycle — from bias detection and fairness metrics to causal analysis, intervention strategies (pre-, in-, post-processing), and governance frameworks. One of the most valuable parts of my journey was building a Fairness Implementation Playbook. It helped me move from just understanding concepts to actually thinking through how fairness decisions are made in real systems — including risk classification, validation, and audit-ready documentation. This really changed how I approach AI systems today. The learning experience also felt very human and interactive. We had regular standups and reviews with JTLs and STLs, where we received feedback, guidance, and practical workarounds. Some sessions were about how we were progressing and coping, while others were open discussions based on questions (including anonymous ones).I personally enjoyed asking a lot of “what if” questions — sometimes random, sometimes very specific — and I was pleasantly surprised that many of them were actually discussed. It created a space where curiosity was encouraged, not dismissed. The mentors were patient, supportive, and very accommodating, which made it easier to explore complex ideas without hesitation. There was also an optional implementation sprint. Initially, I was hesitant, but the STL encouraged me to give it a try and explore the coding side. That push made a big difference, and I’m glad I took that step — it added a practical dimension to everything I was learning. The sprint-based structure kept me accountable, and the continuous feedback helped me grow both technically and analytically. I also appreciated how the curriculum connects fairness concepts to governance and regulatory contexts, which is especially important for high-risk AI systems.Overall, I would highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to go beyond surface-level AI ethics and build a deeper, more practical understanding of fairness in real-world applications.Thank you to the Turing College team for the support and learning experience — I’m truly grateful for it.(P.S. As part of this journey, I’ve also built and published my Fairness Playbook and implementation work on GitHub.) -

I took part in the AI Engineering course at Turing College, and it was genuinely a fantastic learning experience. The course covers LLMs in great depth, and the quality of the material is excellent, you really walk away feeling like you've gained knowledge that's both practical and meaningful.
One of the highlights for me was how approachable and responsive the instructors were. Whenever I had a question, I always got a clear and helpful answer, which made a big difference in keeping up with the content. The weekly discussion sessions were also very interesting, sharing insights and discussing topics with our group and picking up different perspectives made the whole experience feel collaborative and enriching.
If you're curious about how AI can genuinely improve your everyday life and how to use these tools responsibly and effectively, this course is absolutely worth your time.
One suggestion for the course team for future batches: the lab exercises could be even more impactful with a bit more interactivity. Rather than simply running cells and observing the output, it would be great to have guided explanations of what the code is actually doing at each step or a weekly optional session focused on working through the labs together, for those who want to go deeper into the code, could be a wonderful addition to an already strong program. -

As a recent Data Science & AI graduate, after 16 months I can confidently say that joining this learning program was absolutely worth it — even considering the cost. While there are plenty of online learning resources available, the real challenge is choosing the right ones, organizing them from beginner to advanced level, focusing on what truly matters, and most importantly — staying motivated to finish. Turing College solves all of that by offering well-structured, logically organized learning materials divided into sprints. After each sprint, you’re required to complete two code reviews, which I found to be one of the best ways to grow and learn from your mistakes. The reviewers are both fellow learners and industry experts in senior roles. In addition, everyone provides peer reviews, which helps you develop not only technical skills but also soft skills — improving your English, explaining complex concepts, asking thoughtful questions, presenting projects, and giving or receiving feedback.Everything is fully online, with an individual pace (but still guided by deadlines).I can honestly recommend learning with Turing College. I have been studying full-time in Turing College for 6 months already, and the remaining 6 months are on the way. The curriculum is well curated, open source materials such as articles, YouTube videos, and courses on the learnt topic. During the Data Analytics program, I have acquired skills in Advanced SQL, Tableau (some choose Power BI), and understanding the main types of calculations, such as LTV/CLV, ARPU, and time-based cohort analysis. Plus, you can learn Python for Data Analysis and Special Modules like Product/Marketing analytics.
The primary feature of this course, which is particularly helpful, is the inclusion of hands-on projects and reviews from peers and mentors (STLs). STLs are professionals with 2+ years of experience in the field and can look at your work with a professional eye. I have received excellent insights and advice. The possibility of reviewing the work of others yourself provides new perspectives on the topic and possible solutions to the given problem. The main communication is happening on Discord, where you can access help from peers, JTLs (Junior Team Leads, learners who have been selected to carry out the sessions, where you can ask your questions), and STLs. So, if you feel stuck with your project, you can always ask for help!
During the first 6 weeks, you will have the mandatory stand-up with STL and JTL (update meeting), which ensures the smooth entry to the program flow.
Deadlines are pretty smooth put and give you a lot of space to finalize the project. There are also 40 days of deadline extension available for the whole program duration. So, if something happened, you can have additional days to do the project.
There is also job search assistance, but I have not yet made it to this stage.
I enjoyed the process so far! It gives enough flexibility and at the same time keeps your learning on track.

I dedicated around 20–30 hours per week, often adjusting my schedule around other commitments. Each day I had access to:- multiple open sessions with expert mentors and peers,
- daily standups to stay connected and aligned with others,
- and constant opportunities to practice and get feedback.
The peer review system is a core part of the learning experience. It helped me improve both technical and communication skills, and taught me to give and receive constructive feedback – just like in real-world data teams.🔹 Supportive community & expert career coaching
The Turing College community is professional, inspiring, and highly collaborative. You’re never learning alone – the team provides:- structured learning paths,
- weekly mentor check-ins,

My Experience at Turing College (Web Development)

My journey at Turing College has been a great one so far. It’s definitely challenging, but also incredibly rewarding. I came in with some self-taught experience in frontend development, and even with that background, the course pushed me to learn many new things and grow as a developer.
One of the things that stands out is the intensity—it can be a bit stressful at times, especially with the deadlines. However, the supportive and helpful community really makes a difference. There’s also the option to extend deadlines when needed, which is great for flexibility.
I’m balancing the program with a full-time job, which can be tough at times, but it’s definitely doable. Despite the stress, I genuinely enjoy the experience and feel like I’m moving in the right direction.
Currently, I’m in the first sprint of the specialization module. I really appreciate that it begins with job interview preparation, which aligns perfectly with my goal of landing my first professional role as a programmer.
I haven’t gone through the endorsement process yet, so I can’t speak to that part, but given how positive my experience has been so far, I’m looking forward to it! -

Best Course
I really enjoy education, the networking system is amazing, you can ask tens of people about your issue, and everyone will do their best to help. You get hyped so much that later you want to help someone else. Deadlines also good, you can comfortably do tasks without worrying that you will miss it. You can finish most of them ahead of time. -

Turing Should Be the Standard in Education

I've been learning web development full-time (alongside my part-time work), and in short, I'm very happy with the course - especially the capstone projects and support from industry professionals, which help me rapidly improve my technical and soft skills. 👍
There are a lot of practical projects, most of which are followed by a review (or a few). The "passing" bar is quite high and demands dedication and motivation to complete, but it's very satisfying and rewarding once you do.
The learning process is fully flexible and self-paced as long as you meet the deadlines. And even if you don’t, you get a very generous number of extension days.
The community is awesome - learners at all levels and senior staff are there pretty much seven days a week, ready to help with any technical or even relevant philosophical questions you have.
I tried very hard to find something negative to say, and all I have is this - I’ve seen a couple of spelling and punctuation errors in the instructions and learner’s guidebook…
Overall, Turing nailed it and is in a league of its own when it comes to education. 🤩 -

Great place to start Data/AI careers

The way learning and everything is structured at Turing College is to help foster best talent and communities, and community being a key word here. Everyone is encouraged to help each other, share their experiences, their knowledge.
One cornerstone idea is with projects and their reviews - each learner has to do hands on, practical projects to showcase their abilities. These projects then get evaluated by fellow learners that have already progressed further and people working in the industry that provide mentorships. Doing it this way gives learners beneficial experience and showcases what they are good at or highlights some knowledge gaps that can be filled in.
Obviously with such a highly dynamic field as Data/AI, when some new innovation is coming out each day, the courses and materials need to be up to date, which TC tries to do with various content updates, community events and so on. Some outdated or unclear sections can be encountered, but again this is less of an issue when community shares their experience and provide better solutions that then get integrated into main material.
Another great thing about TC is the freedom and not being tied down with restrictions. The ability to go through the material at your own pace (provided you meet the generous deadlines) is great and the project requirements offer enough leeway to showcase your creativity and skills without feeling limiting.
Overall I'd recommend Turing College, provided you don't expect to be hand held each step of the way, because with all the freedoms TC provides, a lot of your success depends on your own work that you put in. -

Data analytics studies the best choice for whose who like flexibility and want to gain deep knowledge

I am glad that I chose to study data analytics at Turing College, because the study schedule is very flexible, the theoretical material is carefully selected, but most importantly, a lot of attention is paid to practical tasks. The program provides an opportunity to learn not only the main data analytics tools (Exel, SQL, PowerBi, Python, Pandas..), but also the opportunity to additionally deepen knowledge in specialized modules such as product analytics, risk, payment, marketing, financial analytics. Studies are organized in English, so it is a great opportunity to improve not only analytical skills, but also languages. Studies at Turing College are a great choice for those who want to study independently, like flexibility and want to gain deep knowledge in data analytics.
