My experience with Actualize was amazing. The instruction was clear and hands-on, and my instructor was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Classes felt like a mentorship more than a lecture; we worked through real problems, got constant feedback, and built projects that solidified what we learned. The program emphasizes problem-solving and practical skills, not just memorizing code, so I left feeling confident in my ability to tackle real-world development work. I would recommend Actualize to everyone, especially beginners and career-changers who want strong fundamentals and caring, experienced instructors.

I’ve seen real progress and feel much more confident now. What I like most is that I can already see how these skills apply to real jobs, especially in AI and automation. Overall, I’d recommend it to anyone serious about learning practical tech skills and making a career change.

Just finished the year-long software engineering residency at Coding Temple and I can't say enough good things about it. The program is the real deal. We worked on an actual production mobile app for an oil services company with real stakeholders, real deadlines, and a real team. By the end of the residency I had built out features touching React Native, Flask, Postgres, AI integration with Gemini and Claude, biometric authentication, GPS proximity verification, and offline-first sync. Nothing toy about any of it. Ellijah, Justin and Sara were a huge part of why this worked. As a teachers and mentors they were incredible support throughout the entire program. Patient with the harder concepts, sharp on code review feedback, and always available when something blocked the team. They treat students like teammates, which is exactly the energy you want when you're learning to work on real codebases. Highly recommend Coding Temple to anyone serious about transitioning into software engineering. The depth is there if you put in the work.

The course is very comprehensive and at times intense but not as intense as I was expecting. It was manageable and I learned so much in such a short space of time. I wouldn’t say I felt totally prepared for that first role as a software developer but that’s more because of many companies’ unrealistic expectations on Junior Developers (and maybe a little bit of a self-confidence issue, too - I was a teacher with zero coding experience before making the switch). If you put in the work, you can make that career switch with Makers. They came highly recommended to me and I saw why.

Turing College's AI Engineering programme runs about three months and covers LLM application development, LangChain and RAG, AI agents, and a capstone, with electives in deep learning, NLP, and agentic coding on top. What stood out was the balance. Every sprint had a real curriculum to work through, not a loose "figure it out yourself" structure, but inside that curriculum there was genuine creative room to bring your own idea and build it the way you actually wanted to. I ended up shipping three AI agents by the end: a career coaching tool that grounds every answer in real evidence instead of guessing, a multi tool agent for exploring Berlin's electronic music scene, and a night train planner for Europe that refuses to invent a route that doesn't exist. It was more intense than I expected going in. This is three months of actually building, not watching videos and nodding along. What made the difference was the mentor review process, STLs reviewed my work every sprint and gave feedback that changed how I approached the next one, not just surface notes on what to fix. The cohort was small too, and we had a daily stand-up where everyone shared what they were working on and what was actually hard that day. Hearing other people hit the same walls made the hard days feel normal instead of like I was falling behind. If you want to learn AI engineering by shipping real, working projects rather than following a tutorial, this delivers. It's demanding, but the intensity is what makes the projects actually good by the end.

Big Blue Data Academy’s AI Engineering Bootcamp has been an excellent learning experience for me. It has been four intensive months, and the investment of time and effort was unquestionably worthwhile. The professionalism and quality of the programme were evident even before the first classes began, from the interview process to the pre-work materials designed to prepare us for our participation. From the first weeks of hands-on sessions, I was impressed by the expertise of the instructors, the quality of the teaching, and the overall delivery of the bootcamp. One of my main realizations, based on my personal experience, is that a programme like this can offer exceptional value to someone who wants to develop professionally, acquire practical skills quickly, or pursue a career change. Academic postgraduate studies can, of course, provide significant benefits, particularly in terms of theoretical depth and research experience. However, for someone whose main objective is to enter the field quickly, work intensively with modern tools, and gain immediately applicable professional skills, a well-designed bootcamp may be the more suitable path. Looking back, I believe that this type of programme would have been a particularly effective choice for me when I first decided to deepen my knowledge of the field. Big Blue Data Academy has many years of experience in developing its students’ professional skills in areas such as Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and related disciplines. In creating a bootcamp for the emerging field of AI Engineering, the Academy has clearly made strong use of that experience. The programme follows a modular structure in which the different subjects gradually contribute to the development of a broad and practical AI Engineering skill set. This is particularly impressive considering that this was the first cycle of the AI Engineering Bootcamp. I also noted a few areas that could make future cycles even stronger. 1. Greater continuity across the final modules The structure and progression were particularly clear throughout the first major part of the bootcamp. The transition from foundational topics to Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models, and Knowledge Graphs felt logical and well connected. Each module gave a clear sense of what had been learned and how that knowledge would support the next stage of the programme. This created a strong feeling of progression and helped us understand how the individual technologies and concepts fit into a broader AI Engineering workflow. In the later part of the bootcamp, particularly across the modules on APIs, MCP, MLOps, Docker, and Azure, I felt that this sense of continuity became less pronounced. Although the individual modules were delivered successfully and contained valuable material, they sometimes felt like independent courses rather than clearly connected components of the same overall learning journey. Future cycles could potentially strengthen this section by introducing a common end-to-end use case or project that continues across these modules. This could make the relationship between agentic systems, deployment, containerization, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and production-oriented AI Engineering more explicit. 2. A deeper focus on agentic AI and MCP I would have appreciated a deeper exploration of the agentic side of AI Engineering, with additional time dedicated to concepts such as tool use, orchestration, agent workflows, and the Model Context Protocol. The API module provided an excellent transition into MCP. However, MCP itself did not receive a level of emphasis proportionate to its growing significance within modern AI application development. Additional lectures and practical exercises in this area would help students gain a deeper understanding of how LLM-based systems interact with tools, external services, data sources, and enterprise applications. Given the direction in which the field is developing, I believe that agentic AI could become an even more central part of future bootcamp cycles. 3. A stronger connection between Docker and MLOps The Docker module was very well delivered and provided valuable practical knowledge. At the same time, its content felt closer to a general DevOps introduction than to a module specifically focused on MLOps. A stronger connection to machine-learning production workflows could make the module even more relevant to the programme. For example, Docker could be presented in the context of packaging inference services, reproducing model environments, deploying AI applications, managing dependencies, or integrating models into CI/CD and monitoring workflows. Of course, every bootcamp operates within time and resource constraints, and it is difficult to allocate the ideal amount of time to every subject in such a broad and rapidly evolving field. Overall, the AI Engineering Bootcamp was both a highly valuable professional experience and a meaningful personal journey. It provided me with practical skills, a clearer understanding of the AI Engineering landscape, and the opportunity to work with technologies that are directly relevant to the current market. I am grateful to the instructors and to Big Blue Data Academy for the effort, expertise, and professionalism they brought to the programme. I am confident that future cycles of the AI Engineering Bootcamp will continue to develop and improve, building on an already strong foundation.

I am happy to say that I am at the right place and getting the ROI :) The content quality in live classes is very good and provides in-depth knowledge (obviously wherever applicable). Teachers are very learned and the doubts are cleared then and there only even though having the option to book 1-1 sessions as well. The teachers know very well, how to create interest in the subject with which you will NEVER EVER get bored in the class :)
