I've had an interest in Data Science and AI-related topics for a while, but was never quite sure how I would go about preparing myself for the field. I had taken some smaller individual courses, which helped, but I felt I need more.
Springboard emerged as the best all-around solution for me. Their bootcamp is compact and dense (suggested 6-7 months), but trainees have the option to proceed at their own pace. The flexibility is invaluable, especially for folks who are working full-time and have other obligations. The curriculum was awesome and one of the strongest reasons for me in choosing this program. It covered so much - Data Science Method, Python programming, Data Visualization, Statistics, Machine Learning and AI, Big Data, etc. It also provided a ton of hands-on experience which really helped to build confidence in the material. All along the way, I was helped by the Springboard staff who were simply amazing! From my first call (an assessment of my suitability for the program) to my invaluable weekly mentor calls, career coaching calls, to my course completion emails and discussion, they have always been knowledgeable, super positive and done all they can to support my progress. I cannot recommend Springboard enough!

First of all, I have a great support system at home that allowed me to focus 100% on this course for 4 months. I was able to take a recourse to prepare me for the full-time program.
The first month was HARD. I thought I was going to give up. The assignments are fast, and I spent all of my free time studying. It was difficult not to compare where I stood to others in my class. At my toughest moment, I reached out to my Career Services Manager and my TA. They both helped encourage me and offer support when I needed them.
I would say the most important take-aways for those looking to join the bootcamp: Make sure you have a support system. Don't compare yourself to others in the class. Stay dedicated and find the motivation behind why you're doing this.
Coding Dojo has great resources throughout the course, that continue on for 6 months after you graduate. There is also an option to pay more for a yearly alumni pass.

I needed a career change after I was laid off in December 2024, and tech offered a much higher pay ceiling and relative low barrier to reskilling. I started my program in January 2025 and finished in September that same year. While I completed the Data Science program, I actually ended landing a role as a Technical Support Engineer. What TripleTen taught me was the soft skill of self-direction and adaptability. The program was self-paced, so completing lessons consistently through my own drive was vital to completing the program on time. The lessons were a good mix of theory and practical coding, which gave me plenty of practice for each progressively more complicated concept. The lessons built on each other, but given the nature of bootcamps, depth is not possible. This course did an excellent job of exposing me to high level concepts in Machine Learning (Supervised, Unsupervised), model building, and various kinds of analyses. It is vital that the student recognize their weak points (mine was SQL) and take their own initiative to strengthen them. Overall, TripleTen helped me immensely in breaking into tech, but just not the way I was expecting.
The Career Acceleration program is helpful because it forces a focused job search instead of a shotgun approach. At the time of this posting, the job market is extremely difficult. I submitted well over 200 applications from October 2025 to May 2026 before landing a job. What helped me the most was starting my networking early. I reached out to a colleague when I started the program, and told him what I was studying and asked if he would tell his team and keep an eye out for any opportunities he could send my way. Mock Interviews are helpful for reducing nerves and gaining confidence in various interview formats. The career coaches are there to help you, and you should take every opportunity to get their help. The overall support from the class managers and mentors was also excellent. They were very responsive, supportive, and communicative throughout the program. Really appreciated how they handled schedule adjustments and delivered information, even when I had many questions on assignments, they were always helpful and understanding, which made the bootcamp experience much more comfortable and manageable.

I had the absolute best time in this course! I learned so much about front-end and back-end development including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as well as specialized frameworks to create beautiful web pages and interactive applications. The back-end education and concepts we went over during our object-oriented programming in Java section were also incredibly valuable to me since I do not have a computer science degree. Overall, I would definitely recommend TTS to others who want to change careers or supplement their knowledge because the comprehensive nature of the bootcamp really allowed me to feel confident saying that I am now a full stack developer.
