I've had an interest in Data Science and AI-related topics for a while, but was never quite sure how I would go about preparing myself for the field. I had taken some smaller individual courses, which helped, but I felt I need more.
Springboard emerged as the best all-around solution for me. Their bootcamp is compact and dense (suggested 6-7 months), but trainees have the option to proceed at their own pace. The flexibility is invaluable, especially for folks who are working full-time and have other obligations. The curriculum was awesome and one of the strongest reasons for me in choosing this program. It covered so much - Data Science Method, Python programming, Data Visualization, Statistics, Machine Learning and AI, Big Data, etc. It also provided a ton of hands-on experience which really helped to build confidence in the material. All along the way, I was helped by the Springboard staff who were simply amazing! From my first call (an assessment of my suitability for the program) to my invaluable weekly mentor calls, career coaching calls, to my course completion emails and discussion, they have always been knowledgeable, super positive and done all they can to support my progress. I cannot recommend Springboard enough!

The quality of the training program is unbeatable. The professionals who make up the teaching staff are of the highest level, both as teachers and as human beings. The kindness and closeness, as well as the positivism in the low moments of such an intense experience, have made that, time after, I still feel moved when I remember them. Moreover, the on-site experience of the course has been crucial for me. I could not imagine it in any other format. The quality of the transmission of the contents, as well as the coexistence with the teaching team and the rest of my classmates, both in my course and those of WebDev and Data Analysis, would not have been of such a high level and would not have exceeded my expectations if it had not been in a face-to-face format. I highly recommend this formula. It feels like a summer camp and you feel it when you leave, but in this case you don't just take friends for life, you change your professional life forever. I miss you all!

Previously, I worked in the nonprofit arts sector and had no tech experience. The Skillcrush program is very supportive of women, career-changers, and under-represented groups in tech, which I found very uplifting and encouraging. The courses were very informative, fun and the right amount of challenge. The community of students and teachers provided a ton of support along the way. I felt prepared to apply for jobs; the coaches were very helpful during the job application and interview process.
I highly recommend Skillcrush! I love my career now and wouldn't be where I am today without Skillcrush.

Tech Academy has a robust curriculum that can take even the most novice students with no coding experience and give you the tools to be a legitimate developer. They have very encouraging and motivated staff that are ready and available to help out when needed. This was a very intensive program(that is the whole point of a Bootcamp) where you must really be dedicated and willing to put in the time and effort to succeed. With so many lower cost options The Tech Academy can get quite expensive. That being said, there are so many lower cost options that you may dip your toe into the pool of software development but The Tech Academy is really a one-stop shop if you are really serious about being a full-fledged developer. Their curriculum is very extensive. It at times can get a bit repetitive with some of the content but also it is a way to really make the information sink-in. I had a great experience at The Tech Academy and would highly recommend to anyone who is serious about jumping into this field.

I have nothing against reminders, but sometimes it’s just too much. I was choosing between five different schools, all of which had pretty strong curricula. But I settled on WBS Coding School and their Data Analytics bootcamp, and then expanded my studies to Data Science - and that was the best decision. The program is very structured, intensive, and dynamic, with daily theory sessions on a specially designed platform that includes plenty of links to additional resources (LMS), the opportunity to complete training and get certified on LinkedIn, meetings with instructors for code-alongs (hands-on practice), and independent exercises reviewed by instructors, plus a retrospective at the end of each project or module. I’d especially like to thank our incredibly wonderful, responsive, supportive, and professional instructors, especially Marcus, Semira, and Mersha. I would recommend this to those who already have at least a basic technical foundation or are willing to work hard, as there is a lot of material to cover on your own, and it requires discipline and diligent work. But what I was most looking for was hands-on practice and real-world projects. Here, I created my portfolio on GitHub, and now I have something to show a potential employer. The skills I gained during the course are more than enough to get started in the profession. I highly recommend this school. You'll like it.

I almost didn't sign up for a bootcamp and wanted to do it myself with online courses. I couldn't really justify a remote camp because why not just do it through udemy otherwise? So I wanted something I could attend in person both for accountability and for atmosphere and environment. I also wanted something affordable.
The fact that the course was only 13 weeks was another big plus. I wanted to be done, and be working on my own projects and looking for a job. So this course gave me what I was looking for.
And hey, another huge perk? I was able to live in the student housing provided. :) The course was great! I am in an IT group on Facebook and a lot of the members stated that the curriculum they get through their degree programs doesn't prepare them because they don't extensively get to participate in hands on labs. The instructors are real world experienced individuals at Claim Academy, and are very knowledgeable. They are truly invested in the success of the students. I have recommended the program to so many of my friends.
