First of all, I have a great support system at home that allowed me to focus 100% on this course for 4 months. I was able to take a recourse to prepare me for the full-time program.
The first month was HARD. I thought I was going to give up. The assignments are fast, and I spent all of my free time studying. It was difficult not to compare where I stood to others in my class. At my toughest moment, I reached out to my Career Services Manager and my TA. They both helped encourage me and offer support when I needed them.
I would say the most important take-aways for those looking to join the bootcamp: Make sure you have a support system. Don't compare yourself to others in the class. Stay dedicated and find the motivation behind why you're doing this.
Coding Dojo has great resources throughout the course, that continue on for 6 months after you graduate. There is also an option to pay more for a yearly alumni pass.

The Community Managers, the whole team and fortunately my course partners were supportive from the start. I felt very well looked after, valued and supported throughout the course.
The course absolutely delivers what it promises - I couldn't have chosen a better bootcamp. The content is didactically excellent (and I say this as someone who has taught at a German university). The structure is designed to meet people with different levels of knowledge where they are. You can follow the course very well without any previous experience in data science - provided you have some technical understanding and a good grasp of data.
The teaching is a successful mix of sound theory and practical, project-based tasks that prepare you directly for working in a company. Those who feel overwhelmed are offered additional explanations and very detailed and empathetic support with technical challenges. Those who feel underchallenged can always try their hand at bonus tasks.
I have found the WBS instructors to be very well organised and very competent in over 95% of cases. Questions are answered individually, understandably and with a lot of patience - even in large groups.
Another plus is the career guidance, which makes it clear that this is a serious training programme. Of course, no one can guarantee you a job - the job market is very competitive at the moment - but the tips and tools you get on the course are practical and valuable.
I would like to highlight two lecturers who impressed me with their didactic clarity and patience: Markus Hoffmann and especially Vasil Georgiev - many, many thanks for your great work!

I attended the UX Design program back in 2019 and when my life took a turn and I needed to pivot, when I decided to go back to school for Full-Stack Development I decided to go back to Prime for their FS program. The experience at Prime is one not just of learning but support. From the instructors, support staff, and extensive alumni there is so much after program support. When i was researching other programs in my area, I couldn't find any that had the comprehensive support that Prime has for its students and alumni. To include career support as part of the program is rare but at Prime it's just another piece of the puzzle. I felt that in 20 weeks of the program, I absorbed so much. My instructors for the Full Stack program were so helpful. The saying is at Prime it is a fire hose turned up to 100. It's an intense, full time program that demands a lot of it's students. But that intensity is what allows its students to be more flexible, adaptable, and also fosters an ability to learn new technologies AFTER the program that we otherwise wouldn't have had the ability to understand.

I found TTS through a local networking event where a regional representative told me about the bootcamps offered, and I decided to enroll in the Full Stack Web Development course. I had the absolute best time in this course! I learned so much about front-end and back-end development including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as well as specialized frameworks to create beautiful web pages and interactive applications. The back-end education and concepts we went over during our object-oriented programming in Java section were also incredibly valuable to me since I do not have a computer science degree. Overall, I would definitely recommend TTS to others who want to change careers or supplement their knowledge because the comprehensive nature of the bootcamp really allowed me to feel confident saying that I am now a full stack developer. Also the TTS community is extremely friendly, and they have been wonderful on a personal level.

- The experience is specifically curated to enable a student's growth. There are special efforts taken to ensure participation from all. Each week you sit next to new class-mates and work with different peer groups on various hands-on workshops. This course provides support in all forms (academic, peer-to-peer, career, etc.) and you also form great personal friendships & relations.
- The network that you build through this course is invaluable. I joined a cohort of amazing peers with diverse backgrounds who were eager to extract and share knowledge. You are not only tapped into Moe's extensive network of product leaders & enthusiats but also form a strong Product Faculty alumni network.
It was amazing experience that got me hooked from the first class that I attended, to a point where I looked forward to the 8 hr class every saturday!

I really enjoyed my time at iO Academy. I chose this bootcamp mostly because it seemed to me that they proposed the most complete curriculum and they did not diI really enjoyed my time at iO Academy. It was a very intense learning experience, but it is delivered in the best conditions:- small cohorts (up to 8 students) so it is always possible to ask questions and interact with the trainers
- amazing trainers, always available and supportive
- carefully crafted curriculum, it really felt like they refined it year after year to find the best way and timing to go through the curriculum, so I never felt overwhelmed
I also want to point out that they put a really big emphasis on how to work as a software engineer (e.g. working in an Agile team) and not just how to code. I found this extremely valuable (maybe more than the coding?) as it is a huge part of the job and I arrived in my 1st software engineer position really well prepared and knowing what to expect. On the coding side, they were dedicated to teaching us best coding practices. I am currently working in my 1st position as a software developer and so far my line manager has been pleasantly surprised by how much I've learned at iO Academy!
It took me a 4/5 months to land a job but the job market is a bit tough at the moment. I got some valuable advice from their career consultant which helped me land my current position. I would not necessarily expect to just walk into a job straight after the bootcamp (some of the students of my cohort did though!). iO Academy was definitely worth the time and the investment, and I would totally do it again!
