I joined the AI Engineer internship as a student with no experience shipping AI products. I became tech lead for the backend and AI gateway on a 19-person team with PMs, designers and data scientists. I built and shipped LLM features, reviewed code, and earned the Tier 1 Certified AI Engineer award. It gave me real work for my resume and more confidence. I would recommend it to anyone who wants hands-on AI engineering experience.

Great learning experience!I had a really great experience during the bootcamp. It gave me the opportunity to learn a lot of new things, not just technically but also about working in a team, communicating effectively, and approaching problems in a professional way. Before joining, I wasn't very confident about my skills and was a little unsure about whether I would be able to keep up in a professional tech environment, but the bootcamp really helped me overcome that.One of the best parts was getting to work on a project from the ground up. Starting with an idea and gradually building, organizing, and connecting all the different pieces was challenging, but it was also one of the most enjoyable parts of the experience. It gave me a much better understanding of how real projects are structured and how different parts of a team work together.The instructors and PM were always supportive and approachable. There were regular meetings where we could ask questions, discuss problems, and get guidance whenever we were stuck. That support made the whole learning process much easier and helped us keep moving forward.I'm really grateful for the opportunity to be part of this bootcamp. Amazing journey as a data scientist with a talented group of PMs and engineers, developing an end to end MVP in less than two months. I fully recommend this experience as a milestone for anyone that is trying to pursue a career in AI development. I really enjoyed my time at the bootcamp. I could learn many many things and the most important part is that, in the end, I was feeling confident enough to get interviewed and to work professionally in a tech company. It was my first experience in team with technology (all my past job experiences was manual labor), and I was really insecure about whether I could work in a team, pressure, my skills and communication since it's a online thing. But things went well. The instructors and PM were very competent and efficient, we had many meetings to answer our questions and help us progress throughout the bootcamp. The work of building a company from scratch and structuring each piece of it, building from zero was really challenging and fun. In that way we can see how things work better. I gotta be grateful and congrats the PM Accelerator team to give this opportunity to everyone for free, because landing a job is really hard and many people are under confident in themselves, like I was (by the way, I actually landed a job while in the bootcamp), and it helps a lot. This bootcamp was a good experience. I worked as a full-stack developer and moved into a leadership role partway through. That gave me real experience managing a team, making decisions under pressure, and keeping things moving when work got complicated.
We worked with real sprints, real deadlines, and real problems. It felt like an actual job, not a class assignment.

I joined the program without much real-world experience, and by the end, I felt truly accomplished. I gave my best, learned a lot, and grew both personally and professionally. Before AI PM Bootcamp, I had been building my startup, Style Magnet, mostly alone for years. As a solo founder, I was doing everything myself, which slowed my progress and left me feeling discouraged, even though I was still committed. I joined the Product Manager Accelerator and AI PM Bootcamp mainly to become more competitive in the job market and gain hands-on experience working with engineers.

At the beginning of the program, I decided to pitch Style Magnet, and once it was selected, I built a team around it. With 11 weeks total, 6 of those working closely with developers, we moved faster than I ever could have on my own. The structure, collaboration with product managers, designers, and engineers, and clear roadmap helped us execute quickly and confidently prepare for a spring relaunch.

The experience made me a stronger AI product manager and founder, shifted me into a more strategic leadership role, and reignited my passion for Style Magnet and its long-term success.

The program offers great training for me to land a PM offer in a very competitive job market. It includes resume workshops, comprehensive curriculum, product portfolio workshops, and office hours. I learned so much and was really grateful for such a great community for me to develop professionally. I joined the program during my last semester at Northeastern University. Nancy guided me to repackage my whole experience and previous pm work by using different frameworks. I tried her networking and job applications trick to quickly land 4-5 interviews per week during an economic slowdown. I landed interviews with mostly big companies. 

 In this program, I could learn about core skills needed at different PM levels. For me, one aspect was I wanted to get into a technical role but with the help of the program, I could crack the Senior Technical PM role at Mastercard.  I learned to apply different frameworks and the best part was Nancy would help to correct your answers from an interviewer's perspective. The content in the modules is well arranged. On top of everything I got a chance to connect with the PMA community Where everyone is ready to help and you get also learn a lot from others' experiences. 
It was one of the best decisions to invest in this program. I would recommend the PMA program to anyone wanting to land a job as a PM or become a better PM.

I joined the program, quickly reconstructed my resume as recommended by classes, and started applying. I was able to land multiple interviews from FANNG companies and Startups. As Feature Lead on the COA AI Pipeline, I built a hybrid RAG retrieval system and an LLM-based evaluation harness that we actually shipped, not just prototyped. I also debugged real production issues along the way (Postgres RPC, RLS permissions), which taught me more about building reliable systems than any tutorial could. The mentorship from Mark and the team was consistent and genuinely invested in my growth. Strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to build real AI products, not just learn theory.

When I joined Cohort 9, I didn't fully know what to expect. What I got was a real project with real stakes; I was Feature Lead on an AI pipeline that shipped, with real bugs to fix and real metrics to hit. That's the part no course gives you.

 My experience with PM Accelerator was a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on an AI product in an international and multidisciplinary team. During the program, I worked as an AI Engineer on WonderWord AI, a project designed to help children transform worksheet content into stories using AI. My responsibilities included working with OCR, AI models, APIs, and integrating different parts of the application. One of the most valuable parts of the experience was working with people from different backgrounds, including product managers, designers, and engineers. This helped me better understand how a real product is developed collaboratively, from an idea to a working MVP. The program also gave me the opportunity to improve my technical and professional skills. Working with real deadlines, team meetings, and product requirements was very different from working on individual academic projects. I also appreciated the international environment, which gave me more experience communicating and collaborating with people from different countries. Overall, PM Accelerator was a great learning experience for me. I would recommend it to students and early-career professionals who want practical experience working on AI products and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. 

I'm Christina, a Computer Science graduate, and I was the AI Engineer and Technical Lead on the Homewise team in Cohort 8.Over 8 weeks, our team built Homewise — an AI home-maintenance concierge that turns a single photo and description into a full contractor verdict: a diagnosis, comparable quotes, and one explained recommendation. As technical lead, I owned the system architecture end to end — the multimodal LLM pipeline, the RAG-grounded Verdict Engine, and the agentic Find → Vet → Negotiate → Schedule workflow built with LangChain.What this bootcamp gave me goes beyond the product. I came in with a strong CS foundation, but working on a real AI product with real deadlines pushed me from "knowing the concepts" to actually shipping agentic systems — and it earned me a Tier 1 award endorsed by my team lead. The mentorship was just as valuable: the resume coaching alone reshaped how I present myself for AI Engineer roles, and I'm now applying to remote positions with far more confidence.My advice to future PMA AI Engineer interns: treat your project like a real product from day one, not a class assignment. Volunteer for the parts that scare you a little — that's where the growth is. Ask your mentors everything; they genuinely want to help. Even with 10 years of product management experience, I find this program to be very valuable. In today's highly competitive job market, it's important to know how to secure your dream job, not just how to do the work. The comprehensive product management training covered everything I needed to know to do the PM job better and pass the interviews. What truly made PM Accelerator stand out were the unlimited mock interviews and Q&A sessions, which gave me the rigorous preparation I needed.
