Learn Virtualization at These 37 Virtualization Bootcamps

Hello everyone!
Before starting the bootcamp I was super scared that I wasn't going to be able to follow the classes and understand the content but it turned out to be way better in so many aspects than I could've ever imagined. From my fellow coleagues, to the professors and to the whole staff of Ironhack everyone helped each other out so much that made the whole bootcamp and the whole proccess of learning new things so much easier.
I want to give a special appreciation to Diogo Capitão, the PM on the Lisbon campus for making sure everyone had everything they needed and to attend to everyone's necessities makinhg sure everything went as smoothly as possaible.
On a last note I just want to say it was one of the best decisions I made recently and I highly reccoment it to everyone wanting to shift carreers to any of the bootcamps available.

As an individual coming from NO computer background what-so-ever, I want to  share my experiences.

First of all, I have a great support system at home that allowed me to focus 100% on this course for 4 months. I was able to take a recourse to prepare me for the full-time program. 

The first month was HARD. I thought I was going to give up. The assignments are fast, and I spent all of my free time studying. It was difficult not to compare where  I stood to others in my class. At my toughest moment, I reached out to my Career Services Manager and my TA. They both helped encourage me and offer support when I needed them. 

I would say the most important take-aways for those looking to join the bootcamp: Make sure you have a support system. Don't compare yourself to others in the class. Stay dedicated and find the motivation behind why you're doing this. 

Coding Dojo has great resources throughout the course, that continue on for 6 months after you graduate. There is also an option to pay more for a yearly alumni pass. 

I joined ReCoded Algeria Bootcamp back in june 2017, currently i'm still a student in it and will hopefully graduate by December, the whole bootcamp was nothing but an amazing experience, from the mentors, to the career prep teams, to the choosen students, to the provided materials and feedback, truly the best. It wasn't onlu great academically but felt homey as well with the shared love, laughter, memes and even personal experiences from everyone included. I HIGHLY recommend it! 

They adopt the project-based learning method by instructors who are experts in their field. It also shows how the problems we may encounter in the sector can be solved. Not only problem solutions are shown, but also how to deal with a possible problem is explained. Training programs are updated by following the current developments and needs in the sector.

Great feeling when it's done, how these challenges shape your way of thinking to solve different problems. Engaging in these exercises not only sharpens your problem-solving skills but also instils a sense of accomplishment. The structured approach to tackling diverse challenges each week broadens your perspective and enhances your adaptability. It's amazing to see how each challenge contributes to personal growth, fostering creativity and resilience. Overall, it's an enriching experience that not only improves technical prowess but also moulds you into a more resourceful and confident individual.

I am a french mathematician and the bootcamp was exactly what i was looking for : A good way to learn and apply datascience ! The staff is amazing, the location, their network, everything was amazing

I recently completed the full-stack software development program at Sabio School of Software Engineering, and I can confidently say that it was a transformative experience that exceeded all my expectations. I chose the bootcamp at Constructor Academy for two main reasons: First, their emphasis on modern web technologies such as Javascript/React, Python/Django, Docker, and Gitlab CI; and second, its location in Zürich West, a dynamic part of modern Zurich that I was already familiar with from previous job experiences.

After spending several years in digital product management and leading teams of software engineers, UX designers, and product owners, I wanted to pivot and transition into a software engineering role myself. Undoubtedly, my prior experience in website development, experimentation with web technologies, and close collaboration with software engineers facilitated my engagement with the rigorous curriculum. I particularly appreciated the integration of lectures and hands-on exercises. Learning new concepts in the mornings and immediately applying them in practical exercises in the afternoons provided a sense of daily achievement and steady progress. The most rewarding aspect of the bootcamp was undoubtedly the group assignments, especially the final project (capstone project), where we honed our teamwork skills and successfully developed a nearly functional product from inception to completion in just three weeks. Additionally, the vibrant learning environment at the Zurich campus and the opportunity to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds who shared a common passion added immense value to the experience.

The bootcamp played an important role in finding a software engineering position at one of Switzerland's leading universities a few weeks later. I am grateful for the invaluable experience gained at Constructor Academy.

I just recently graduated from Code Platoon's Immersive Full-Stack Software Engineering program this month and I can't say enough positive things about this program and the staff that work there. I was extremely worried starting the program because I had a previous bad experience with another SE Bootcamp called FlatIron because they didn't actually teach you any lessons in the bootcamp and only offered minimum support for learning the concepts, so I wasn't sure what to expect going into Code Platoon's program. However, I had absolutely no reason to worry because Code Platoon is far superior to the other bootcamp and the staff genuinely care about their students and will put the time in to make sure you understand the topics and concepts. The instructors presented the lectures in ways that made it easy to follow and ask questions and if you didn't understand they'd break the concept down a different way to help make it clear. They always encouraged questions and class participation and were always available to offer assistance to students if you are struggling. I felt as though they really cared about ensuring each one of us in our cohort was successful in the program. They also offer a robust curriculum that prepares you with the fundamentals as well as languages such as Django, PostgreSQL, Flask, React, etc. We also always had TAs available to help us during class hours and after hours to ensure we weren't getting stuck on problems or issues. During the program they also setup Beyond Tech Talks and brought in employers to prepare us for topics we needed to know going into a tech career. Finally, their Career Services and Job Assistance also goes above and beyond as they incorporate several topics like behavioral interviews, technical interviews, job search best practices, etc to make sure we are prepared for job searching as soon as we complete the program. We also got to talk to employers like Google and DFR to learn about interviewing process best practices and what to expect in your first role. During the program they also set you up with a mentor and a volunteer resume coach to offer you additional support and resources. Code Platoon truly goes above and beyond to make sure their students are setup for success. As I stated above, this bootcamp is top notch and by far the best bootcamp out there for active duty military members and their families, as well as veterans and their families. I'm so grateful I was given the opportunity to complete this bootcamp. They also offer a variety of ways to pay for the program so you have flexibility. You won't regret attending this bootcamp!

I absolutely loved my time with Yellow Tail Tech's Linux for Jobs program. It gave me a strong understanding that's been super helpful as I prepare for certifications. Unlike other courses where you just read endlessly, Yellow Tail Tech gets you hands-on right away. From day one, you're working with Linux, which is awesome. Three months flew by because I was so engaged, a total contrast to other classes where I couldn't wait for them to end. Yellow Tail Tech's approach is dynamic, comprehensive, and supportive. It's for anyone who wants practical learning in a friendly environment.

16 weeks may seem like a daunting time commitment, but the course is so worth it! The way the Data Science Dojo crew runs their bootcamp program is very thorough. The lessons and homework flow very intuitively. The modules covered build on concepts in a way that really helps with understanding. The instructors really promote class interaction which is good for tackling these topics in such a short time, getting our engagement rather than simply lecturing at us. They also encourage participation in a class Kaggle competition, which helps with additional free-form practical application of the concepts covered in class (plus some friendly competition for motivation). Most importantly, the instructors are very interactive, hands on, and passionate. They want to see every cohort succeed in their learning and you can see the labor of love that goes into teaching us, providing quality content both in the sessions and via the course site. This really sets them apart from other bootcamps, especially those provided online.

The course covers all the hot topics in the Data Science field, grounding in the perspective that the bootcamp is looking to prepare students with a broad range of experiences. I appreciate the context they provide and the thought that went into exposing us to a little bit of everything and the skills to jump in. 

CyberNow Labs was a God send for me. I had wanted to get into Cyber security for a while but didn't know where to start. I got an email about the course and I applied for it. Received a phone call and spoke with someone regarding the course and told them by background. Also I told them that I have an active security clearance. That's when they said I might qualify for the scholarship being offer though that program. Well I got the scholarship and my journey started with CNL. I have been in IT for over 30 years. But the experience that I have gain attending CNL really blew my mind. The staff and the instructors are the best. They are very passionate, very knowledgeable and excellent at what they do. The tools and techniques that I have acquired, now really enhance my overall skills. I now have the tools and experience to be a valuable asset in the Cyber space.
The course is setup so that you as the individual can become a successful Cybersecurity Analyst. I was able to get a new job after a few months in the course and now my job is going to be adding a cyber security appliance when the new system is installed. I credited CNL for preparing me for this new challenge on my job once it's up and running. The CNL staff and instructors are amazing people who really know their craft. So if you have an issue once your in the course, please reach out to the CNL staff so that they can assist with helping you seek the best resolution. Jigsaw Labs does a great job in preparing you to be a data engineer. The first portion of the course involves going through software engineering covering back end development. Starting out with going through some basic fundamentals of coding involving arrays, dictionaries, functions, and tests. Everything builds on itself starting from day one ensuring that one is able to gain continued practice and exposure to the concepts in different formats. From there it goes into learning about codebase navigation and implementation. Ensuring that you know how to setup a codebase for a project, and are able to navigate a codebase and make changes to the code. Afterwards, it takes you through SQL, OOP, and system design to fully bring together the construction of backend tasks and logic as a software engineer. 

This all takes up the first half of the course. After getting through this, things begin getting interesting. Students are matched up with various companies for an internship that runs in parallel to the course for the remainder of the program. With this you get live practice and opportunities in a professional setting along with mentorship from the company you're working with and the jigsaw team of instructors. This opportunity gives the chance to practice things such as stand-ups, organization of job needs and demands and more important soft skills that contribute to the ability of one to become a strong and effective software and/or data engineer. All of this is in addition to the technical skills being learned and practiced from the opportunity. This portion of the class involves at least 6 hours with that time coming from dedicated in class time with myself and many other of my classmates choosing to put in more time outside of class hours. 

While this is taking place, we begin going through devops, cloud, analysis, and other current in demand data engineering tools(the curriculum is continuously updated to remain relevant). In my cohort we covered docker and learned how to work with it and then based on the response of the job market, terraform was included in the following cohort and made available to those of us from previous cohorts. AWS is the cloud provider of choice and we work with it and learn how to use parts of its ecosystem such as EC2, S3, Lambda, Glue, Athena, Redshift as part of constructing a data pipeline. We also work with leading/emerging technologies in the industry such as Airflow and Prefect for workflow orchestration, DBT, DuckDB, and more. Afterwards we worked with tableau to practice presenting our findings for our target audience in a concise way that delivers our message through things such as dashboards.

Last but not least, we get to part of what truly helps distinguish this bootcamp. The job support and preparation is amazing. As we begin nearing the end of our formal classes and instructions DSA and leetcode practice is incorporated. This is for both python and sql. Additionally, reviewing and gaining understanding of the core key concepts we've covered throughout the course, how they function, and how to use/incorporate it in an appropriate way in a live setting is covered. This helps prep for conceptual and higher level questions that test understanding. From there, training and prep for answering interview questions is done.

When the course officially 'ends' a continuation of interview prep and content review is done. This helps ensure we are able to maintain and continue growing our skills that we've learned over the previous 6-7 months. Additionally, the team of instructors meets with you to help curate a tailored plan to find a job based on your experience and interests. At this point, some people continue on with their internships, some get offered more permanent roles, some find new internships, while some just continue to practice. All this takes place while applying for jobs. Help is provided on that front with slack channels, groups, and more that can help us network and expose us to opportunities that we might have previously missed. 

When I was applying for a job, I was given help with things such as resume construction, mock interviews, conferences and more. Overall, I'll repeat the process and recommend the program to others. The content is top notch, the instruction is first class, and the opportunities one has available afterwards speaks volumes. It can be a lot of work to keep up and ensure you're doing your best and properly learning the content, especially if you're new to coding. Even though I had experience I still learned a lot from the course and had to put in my share of hours as well. However, it's well worth it because of the skill-set you come out with. Nothing is a guarantee. However, I can say with strong confidence that if one puts in a strong effort into the course you'll come out with something that will help move you down your career path.

De un curso a otro se fueron notando cambios, mejoras constantes, paulatinas pero firmes, lo cual logró que mí cursada vaya de Bien a Excelente. Aplican la eficiencia que enseñan, lo ves en sus excelentes campañas. 100% recomendado.

This program helped me learn and grasp concepts I could not on my own so fast. Gained familiarity with Routing, Switching, Dynamic routing along with Firewalls, VPN's and troubleshooting.

Excellent training. The course was great and I was able to work with different groups where I learn alot about team work and time management. The hands-on project gave me the reality of how work environment will be for me.They were flexible with my schedule and work with my pace. They assisted with job training and interviews. I have a data science background and landed a job as a data engineer after completing this course. 

I only wish Pipeline Academy lasted longer. Call me when you create Pipeline Academy part 2!
