Our Lnx for Jobs program focuses on Linux system administration and IT infrastructure through live evening classes, guided practice, and hands-on labs. Students develop practical skills in managing Linux servers, troubleshooting technical issues, networking, user administration, and Bash scripting.
The program includes preparation for the Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification. Classroom training lasts approximately six months, but students should plan for an overall one-year commitment that includes additional milestones such as certification preparation, apprenticeship, and career development activities.
Students should expect to dedicate approximately 10–12 hours per week to coursework and practice.
Prospective students can schedule a Career Strategy Session with an Enrollment Advisor to learn about the program and determine whether it aligns with their career goals. Students are expected to participate in live instruction, complete required coursework, and meet the academic and program milestones outlined in their applicable enrollment agreement.
Yellow Tail Tech provides hands-on training, apprenticeship experience, and Career Success support according to the applicable enrollment agreement. Employment is not guaranteed.

I really like the cloud for jobs program at Yellow Tail Tech, especially the instructors. They have a strong connection with the students because some of them were students themselves at Yellow Tail Tech. In every class, it feels like we're just hanging out with friends rather than attending a formal lecture. The instructors take their time to help us and dedicate extra hours to support us. They offer weekly and weekend sessions, giving us all the resources we need.I'm very happy with the course and enjoy it a lot. It's not a boring lecture, it's an interactive and exciting experience. Even after a full day of work, I feel energixed and eager to go to class because I enjoy learning.

Allan, our instructor at Yellow Tail Tech is incredibly knowledgeable about Linux Red Hat. When he talks and shows us how to work with the system, it's like seeing the future. It's inspiring to know he was once in our shoes. He's always ready to answer our questions, even though he has a lot of students. He's quick to respond on Slack too. Seeing past and present students succeed on the general channel is really encouraging. It shows that everyone at Yellow Tail Tech is committed to helping us reach our goals and get certified. I can't believe how much I've accomplished in just three months at Yellow Tail Tech. I feel fully prepared to take on the certification exam in Linux. There's nothing in the world of Linux that I can't handle because I know where to find resources and get the assistance I need.
