The immersive experience aims to create well-rounded technology professionals, and also gives students the option to take the course at their own pace. There are also no set starts dates or rigid scheduling. Students can enroll at any time, study from home, and choose whatever study schedule they would like.
The Tech Academy’s bootcamps cover topics including computer science fundamentals, programming basics, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, C#, Python, Bootstrap, jQuery, React.js, project management, Agile, Scrum, MVC, version control, Java, and more. Each bootcamp also includes a Live Project, where students gain real-life experience to add to their resume as well as job placement assistance.
None of The Tech Academy's bootcamps require any tech background or experience. To apply, applicants need to take an IQ test with logic-based questions (to ensure applicants can read, write and perform basic math), followed by an admissions interview.
The final part of every The Tech Academy bootcamp is the Job Placement Course which covers interviewing skills, resume writing, where to find tech jobs, and gives students access to job placement staff who assist students in landing technical positions.

Full-Stack Software Development (Part Time)
I've always been passionate about new technology, language programs and how websites were built and maintained but I never knew how to go about getting involved. I researched several coding boot camps, tried to self study by utilizing free code camps and a bunch of other third party coding sites but I truly did not know how to get started in the right direction. I researched several coding boot camps, tried to self study by utilizing free code camps and a bunch of other third party coding sites but I truly did not know how to get started in the right direction. After reviewing hundreds of reviews on The Tech Academy, talking to a recruiter in person and taking a test on whether or not the tech field was for me, I chose the The Tech Academy. This is place is amazing! Granted, I am brand new to the tech industry and everything was and is still challenging to me, they help walk you through every course and explain why the programming languages do what they do. They have intermittent quizzes and tests during and after every course you take. They are available to talk to on the phone and e-mail everyday of the week. They truly, truly care about your success and will go the extra mile to make sure you can accomplish your goal on learning software development. I honestly still don't know everything there is to know, the world of tech is ever-changing, but I'm confident I know enough to get my foot through the door as an entry level developer. This program will test you and push you the brink of "I can't do this!" but trust me, if someone who doesn't know anything about the tech world such as myself can graduate and feel confident in my abilities as a programmer, then I know you can too! You certainly have to dedicated your time after work for about 4-6 hours if you work full time, and your weekends for the next 9 months will be full of studying (I took the part time full-Stack software development course) so I was constantly busy all the time. If I can do it, anyone can. I was new to programming and didn't know anything until I started at the Tech Academy. I would unanimously recommend it for anyone wanting to change careers and get into programming! Their job placement team at the end of the course wants you to succeed and get a hired! I had a great boot camp experience with The Tech Academy. I did my coursework online from home and this allowed my life to be much more flexible. However, that flexibility also made it difficult at times to have the motivation to complete the coursework. Other than my own motivation issues, the boot camp has a lot of good content to learn from. The curriculum had a lot of small projects to work on and had great explanations of topics. The only downside to the curriculum is the beginning ...I had a great boot camp experience with The Tech Academy. I had a great experience with The Tech Academy. I did the Software Developer Bootcamp and came out of it with significantly more knowledge and confidence in my coding than I had going in. The structured layout of the overall course was great. In the beginning, they start you off really basic and keep things simple.
