If you're making a career change like I did, taking a bootcamp like this one at GA is a great way to start by learning with likeminded people from different backgrounds and really gain knowledge needed for your first UX role. UX is constantly evolving, so in addition to the course, it would be important to continue learning about new innovations, emerging technologies, and case studies from others about best practices.

I found TTS through a local networking event where a regional representative told me about the bootcamps offered, and I decided to enroll in the Full Stack Web Development course. I had the absolute best time in this course! I learned so much about front-end and back-end development including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as well as specialized frameworks to create beautiful web pages and interactive applications. The back-end education and concepts we went over during our object-oriented programming in Java section were also incredibly valuable to me since I do not have a computer science degree. Overall, I would definitely recommend TTS to others who want to change careers or supplement their knowledge because the comprehensive nature of the bootcamp really allowed me to feel confident saying that I am now a full stack developer. Also the TTS community is extremely friendly, and they have been wonderful on a personal level.

You can also take what you learn and find a role on your own. But when you have support, it is easier to achieve your goal.

First week is going to be theory and role plays. All coaches are super positive, encouraging and supportive. You will do a lot of homework - but it is worth it. Starting from the second week you are basically diving into real Ed tech SDR full-time job life through working for one of the partner companies - with meetings, coaching/mentorship, prospecting etc. As for me - I can’t imagine better start, I was in Hillary’s team and she is amazing (truly cares her team members grow and succeed), I was getting all needed attention, knowledge and support. Teammates - positive and supportive (If I needed something and couldn’t do/find it as a beginner - someone from the team was ready to help). As a result - I’ve got knowledge of need-based SaaS sales, learned Salesforce/Salesloft/Wingman, got experience in sequencing, adding/qualifying leads, cold calling (64+ calls per day), having conversations with prospects, leaving voicemails, working with emails and appointments setting. Trainings with Maurice and Hilary were useful and inspiring. Thank you, all Fuel Sales team for such an opportunity!

I've got to say it took me a few weeks to make my decision to enroll to this course -not only because the admission fee seems a bit high, but because my job leaI've got to say it took me a few weeks to make my decision to enroll to this course -not only because the admission fee seems a bit high, but because my job leaves little time for anything else during weekdays.
However, after having finished the course, I don't regret my decision. I've taken other Digital Marketing courses (both online and on-site) and this is easily the best in my experience. The course encompasses all major digital marketing subjects, from social, email, influencer, SEO/SEM to more complex topics such as AI applied to digital marketing. The Office Hours videos provide a chance to interact with actual practicioners from various industries. The course is also an excellent excuse for networking, which is important if you want to transition to the digital marketing world. The capstone project forces you to re-study and apply everything you see throughout the course and unlike other courses, the capstone is graded by the same star faculty that delivers the lessons.
Beware: the course is packed with information and additional mini-certifications that require time and brainpower. It isn't a walk in the park, prepare yourself for many, many weekends doing assignments and studying (at least 13 hours a week.)
The course is worth every penny, though. I liked it so much that I'm currently taking the other Professional Certificate course available (Product Management.) I'm applying many of the things I learned to my current job, something I cannot say of other courses I've taken.
All in all, if you can afford it, go for it. Be ready to work hard, but also for a gratifying journey.
