From day one, the course was well structured and a nice balance between theory and practical, hands-on projects. The curriculum is well-designed, covering a wide range of topics, from basic programming concepts to complex algorithms and data structures. My instructor was exceptional. They were able to bring their previous experience into the classroom and give us some good tips and tricks on how our days will work when we are a developer. They were always available for one-on-one sessions, to answer questions and provide guidance on projects.
Another highlight of the program was the collaborative environment. I was initially skeptical that an online program would be particularly engaging but we worked closely with others in the class, and have even met with them in person after the course finished. We worked on numerous group projects big and small that simulated real software development scenarios.
In conclusion, The skills, confidence, and connections I've gained are invaluable. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to make a significant impact in their professional life.

First of all, I have a great support system at home that allowed me to focus 100% on this course for 4 months. I was able to take a recourse to prepare me for the full-time program.
The first month was HARD. I thought I was going to give up. The assignments are fast, and I spent all of my free time studying. It was difficult not to compare where I stood to others in my class. At my toughest moment, I reached out to my Career Services Manager and my TA. They both helped encourage me and offer support when I needed them.
I would say the most important take-aways for those looking to join the bootcamp: Make sure you have a support system. Don't compare yourself to others in the class. Stay dedicated and find the motivation behind why you're doing this.
Coding Dojo has great resources throughout the course, that continue on for 6 months after you graduate. There is also an option to pay more for a yearly alumni pass.

The lesson plans are clearly defined and offer in depth practice for each language you'll be exposed to. The deadlines for finishing a Sprint (2 week lesson plan) are always clearly shown and your Success Manager will check in to be sure you're still on track to finishing and offer support if you need more time or have questions. All in all, I'm really impressed by the coursework and am appreciative of the tutors for their help so far. I'd definitely recommend TripleTen to friends if they show interest in learning code!

While the learning progression is rapid, the curriculum is well scaffolded to bring learners along. There is a strong focus on the soft skills required to work as a part of a modern development team as reinforced by projects and assignments in teams of various sizes. Turing's ability to impart soft skills was something I didn't fully appreciate until after I had worked in the industry a few years and was sitting on the other side of the interview table. Undoubtedly, my prior experience in website development, experimentation with web technologies, and close collaboration with software engineers facilitated my engagement with the rigorous curriculum. I particularly appreciated the integration of lectures and hands-on exercises. Learning new concepts in the mornings and immediately applying them in practical exercises in the afternoons provided a sense of daily achievement and steady progress. The most rewarding aspect of the bootcamp was undoubtedly the group assignments, especially the final project (capstone project), where we honed our teamwork skills and successfully developed a nearly functional product from inception to completion in just three weeks. Additionally, the vibrant learning environment at the Zurich campus and the opportunity to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds who shared a common passion added immense value to the experience.
The bootcamp played an important role in finding a software engineering position at one of Switzerland's leading universities a few weeks later. I am grateful for the invaluable experience gained at Constructor Academy.

And through the curriculum I would ay for the most part is structured very well in some cases you will find your self seeking the answers online or through your network. Not Ideal a bad thing but it is note worthy.
Was it worth the money spent I mean its not the cheapest course out there I was looking for an academically accredited course my self and the structure I needed to be successful. It was a great challenge for some one who's always been classed as a slow learner in academics to put my hobby into real skills.
I didn't utilize many of the benefits during the course ie tutors or mentors. Sadly my main mentor had to leave when he joined the US Army in a new exciting role. I could have reached out for a new mentor although working as much as I do it was not really something I had the time for. I had a solid grasp of the course the whole way through. This is very hustle and bustle if your doing other things on the side such as working full time or part time.
The overall courses were very well presented but as mentioned above there will be times you need to do some external research whether through the web or slack. Its bound to happen. Curriculum is great overall personally speaking I feel students should continue to have access to the course after completion as this is online and the overhead should be fairly minimal at worst. Maybe even if its only a year or so after just so they can go back and refresh on some stuff if they wanted to not that there aren't other sources of information.
As for the Job Assistance its there pretty standard stuff such as CV, Cover letter, and Linkedin support in making yourself stand out. They tend to have ins to recruiting circles and can get the scoop prior to a company posting a role. You wont out right get a position just by completing the course you need to take action yourself to make this happen they will support you as much as they can in the process.
Final thoughts:
Was it worth the price tag? To an extent I would say yes if structure and having a university accredited diploma is what your looking for. Overall I think I enjoyed it even knowing I can get the same knowledge else where cheaper or even free. I wanted structure and deadlines as it makes me work better. I also wish Code Institute could partner with companies and move graduates possibly into internships or Junior roles with companies directly just a nice help boost. Overall, the bootcamp is great - you learn a lot in a short amount of time. I would recommend a bootcamp if you are in a hurry to change careers. That being said, LHL is not responsible for the overarching job market / economic climate. When I graduated every tech giant was doing mass layoffs. Bear that in mind before making a decision. Nothing is guaranteed. After a total of 8 months (which includes 3months of bootcamp) i finally landed a junior dev role. And I was lucky. That being said, the support from career services was good. They help where they can. If I were to use an analogy: they are a passenger in the car you are driving. Is it worth the money? I'm not sure. I think that they do a lot of behind-the-scenes work that indirectly benefited me.
Overall, if you are passionate about tech and want to start your career, give it a go. Life is too short.
For curriculum I would prefer not spending a week on Ruby. I think the curriculum would be better served with an extra week with React or learning Typescript. Pivoting out of Javascript for a week didn't feel worth it to me. On top of that none of the TAs who picked up my request-tickets knew the language. The only fringe benefit of the Ruby week was that it was nice to see the MVC approach.

Por ahora no podría hablar de mucho más pero lo que es toda la metodología y la enseñanza es muy buena. Aprendí programación de forma autodidacta y tuve un proyecto durante 10 años en los que programaba prácticamente a diario por lo que he empezado el Bootcamp con una buena base y aun así, siento que aprendo y mejoro con cada clase.

Last November I subbed for a guy at a theater who was leaving to take a coding bootcamp. I was like, wait, a what camp? You mean I can learn how to do this coding thing for real?
Last week I launched my app, built from the ground up in Java and Spring, with the things I learned from Coding Nomads. Feels great!
Coding Nomads has been great. I liked it so much that I started their Javascript course recently. Here's what the founder said about my capstone project: "Your capstone is among the best we've ever seen here at CodingNomads and we've worked with hundreds of students. So, job well done!"
My intention is not to leave pro audio, but I do see software development as my next career act. Ideally, I'd like to keep building Tracebook and SubAligner, while doing freelance development work for manufacturers, AV companies, and the live event industry.

I left the program feeling confident in my coding skills and having already accepted an offer with a starting salary nearly 60% higher than my previous job. I think NSS’s real competitive edge is 1) their wide network of employers who regularly hire from their programs and 2) the fact that they are a nonprofit. They really want you to succeed and get a great job, and they will do everything in their power to help you do it. Also, they want to do it as cheaply as possible, which is not the case with any other bootcamps I’ve seen. Great instructional teams, great career training, and great networking opportunities. This is a career launching program. Best decision of my life.
