    Wyncode: #1 Choice for Miami

If you are serious about being part of the growing Miami tech scene, then Wyncode is your best choice for the following reasons:

Great curriculum (content), constantly changing: The program is built with a full stack approach, meaning that by the time you leave you have enough knowledge and practice to create working web applications. The languages taught (Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) are extremely popular and hence your skills are very ma...

Wyncode is the only option for Coding Schools

I graduated from a good university with an Economics and Business degree, having done multiple internships in Private Equity. I wasn’t feeling fulfilled in the internship when they offered me to join full-time, I hated the hours, and I didn’t feel like I was really contributing as much as I could have. So I took a leap of faith, moved back to Miami, and joined Wyncode September after my college graduation and I can say that without a doubt it was the BEST...

Great UX course with personal project

The BrainStation User Experience Design Course was a great introductory / mid-level UX course. The instructor provided real-life applications and examples of the theory being presented week-to-week. Students also had to apply the concepts learned in class to a personal project. The content also seemed to be up-to-date and spoke to a number fresh / relevant concepts in UX.

    Advice to future students...

    Content Light

The digital marketing course advertises itself on being taught by industry professionals instead of teachers out of the loop. While this has its it's advantages, it also means most of the content isn't taught in a way that induces learning. Of the several lecturers and dozen lectures, only a couple had actual actionable and valuable information. If you have any experience in marketing you probably won't find this worth the cost. Their end of term presentation was also graded by someone with n...

    Hi there,

We appreciate you taking the time to write a review. All of our courses are taught by industry professionals with experience and relevant expertise that can be brought to the classroom. This is to ensure that our students are learning the latest skills, most relevant trends, and techniques that will help them to be competitive in a business and technology landscape.

Our Digital Marketing course is an introductory course that is designed to give students a comprehensive overview of the digital marketing field, including topics like social media marketing, email marketing, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, analytics, and more. Students are given the skills and knowledge to know how to create an integrated digital marketing campaign, and how to use some industry standard marketing tools.

We always recommend that prospective students speak with one of our Learning Advisors to ensure that the course is a good fit for your background, experience, and goals. If you already have experience with digital marketing, this course may not be your best bet, however we offer more specialized courses and training options that offer a deeper dive into a specific area of digital marketing. These courses include Google Analytics training, SEO training, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, and more.

If you would like to discuss your experience with a member of our student experience team, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at contact@brainstation.io

    The Wyncode Experience

I decided to change my life and learn to code, and thanks to Wyncode and their amazing staff, I was able to do so in a mere 9 weeks.

Don't get me wrong, 9 weeks may sound like a short amout of time, but the amount of knowledge and experience I acquired at Wyncode you really can't put a price on it.

Prior to joining Wyncode, I was the Sr. Executive IT Recruiter at my former employer, an award winning recruitment and staffing firm here in Miami, FL. The last 6 months of wor...

    Ruby on Rails Bootcamp Review

This was the right decision for me; it layed out a number of best practices, forced my to discover how I best learn to code and gave me the confidence and foundation to pursue a carreer. I have been working as a programmer since two weeks out of school making very good money. I am stilll very much a junior developer but I have come to enjoy the struggle that coding brings, that begain at Wyncode.

The content covered is relevant and interesting. I really like appreciate that  our final project is based on a real life problem that we need to solve. This requires us to apply the knowledge we've been learning each week. Before I took the classe, I read that the class size was small and I was really looking forward to it because it  fosters better learning. Unfortunately I was enrolled in one of the biggest classes they ever had. That makes a big difference because I found...

    Hi there,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re really happy to hear that you enjoyed the content and the final project in the Digital Marketing course.

While our class sizes vary, we will sometimes have multiple instructors and TA’s depending on the number of students in the class to ensure that all students are given the support they need.

Our Digital Marketing part-time course is an overview of the many facets and topics under the digital marketing umbrella. This includes learning about search engine marketing (paid search), SEO, email marketing, social media marketing and more. This gives students a comprehensive understanding of how to create an integrated digital marketing campaign. If you are looking to dive deeper into a specific aspect of digital marketing, we also offer courses including Search Engine Marketing and Social Media Marketing, and training options that focus on specific tools including Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and SEO training.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss your experience further, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at contact@brainstation.io

The course is great so far! The contest is relevant to a large group of such a diverse student base. However, some of the topics I feel require more attention than others. For example, in the first couple of classes, there was a lot of overview on what a brand is (which I'd hope the class already knows), and, while I understand it's important to touch on for brand voice/tone on social, lot of time was focused on how to reply to customers on Twitter. I wish this time could'...
