Le Wagon

The Wagon is an intensive, human and educational experience. I've never learned so much in 9 weeks! It's a great way to get started in coding, in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Every day, we start with a short lecture, and then we practice all day long with a buddy system, which is really effective. The school also offers a wide range of complementary resources for post-course training. By the end of the course, I'd acquired a good grounding in developing applications with Ruby on Rails and could continue to learn other languages. 
The end-of-bootcamp project is also a good way of measuring progress, facing challenges and learning to develop as part of a team.  Read less

Tired with my life's current situation, I decided to enroll at Le Wagon Tokyo's full time Web Development course and change my life and career. I can honestly say that it was a daily butt whooping, but I loved every moment of it. I gained so many skills, met so many great people, and before I knew it, I was presenting my final project with my group in front of 200+ people. If given the chance, would I do it again? I joined Le Wagon Tokyo for the part-time web development course (batch 1188) and I am so happy I took this decision. 

The curriculum is solid, complete, well structured and very interesting.
The teachers and TAs are amazing and very supportive, with both strong teaching skills and technical skills. I really appreciated their friendliness, and that they really do care about the students.
Also, working in pairs with a buddy helps to support each other and keep the motivation up, and working in teams for the final project was also a great learning experience.
Being able to join both onsite and remotely (even though I recommend to go onsite, especially Saturdays for more fun) is also very helpful for those who have a full-time job or live in other cities.

Overall, I learned a lot and had a lot of fun as well.
I think it is probably the best coding bootcamp in Tokyo and definitely strongly recommend it.  Read less

Many say Bootcamps don't make sense as you can learn everything online. I disagree with this notion, as attending Le Wagon Bootcamp only strengthened my belief. I took a nine-week data science boot camp in Barcelona, which was a great experience. I met great classmates who motivated me to learn more and improve as everyone progressed so quickly. Moreover, by attending Le Wagon, you get lifetime access to their platform with all the lectures and materials. As an Industrial Engineer from Argentina aiming to relocate to Amsterdam, I chose Le Wagon's Data Analytics full time bootcamp—and it exceeded my expectations! 
The learning environment was both challenging and rewarding, complemented by Friday drinks and memorable events. Also interacting with people from everywhere was incredible.

I recently had the privilege of attending a web development bootcamp that has exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for something special. Le Wagon's bootcamp was a true experience. In 2 months, you learn how to do font and back end, go through several languages and plugins. The classmates are so diverse and from many different industries or even generations which makes it a fun and initense human experience also. It is accessible to anyone wishing to learn how to gain coding knowledge fast and in a good why. J'ai passé 6 mois intense, où j'ai pu voir de A à Z les fondamentaux du développement Web. Du Back, du Front, des exercices, des flashcards, des leçons en vidéo, des projets de groupe, des sessions de livecode, le campus virtuel ! C'était une superbe expérience où j'ai pu apprendre à codeur. Les cours sont très bien expliqués et les profs sont toujours dispo pour aider. Le rythme est pas facile avec un travail à temps plein, mais je m'y étais préparé. A la fin de la formation, il y a des ateliers pour trouver un emploi, faire son cv etc.

Where to start? First of all my journey has been amazing with Le Wagon. I am a mum of 3 who relocated to a foreign country and doesn't have a professional background or any special education. When I first started this boot camp course, I felt like an alien but one thing my batch manager said was "Trust the process"  and those words couldn't be any truer. I went from crying and thinking it was impossible to not asking for help as much or solving errors in ways I didn't know my brain could think. My confidence spiked and I started believing I could do this. I trusted the process and completed the program. Bootcamp complet, les notions sont bien amené par des professeur compétent la plupart du temps avec la possibilité de visualisé des vidéos de cours préenregistré pour comprendre certaines notions parfois non saisies. Très intense avec beaucoup de cas pratique qui aide a comprendre le métier. Le système de question pour les profs est bien faite et des plus petits groupe d'étudiant pour les exos permettent de partager ses questions et ses difficultés facilement.
Je recommande vivement pour toute personne qui aime apprendre dans le partage. Ne convient pas forcement a tout le monde car très intense avec parfois peu de temps pour assimiler des notions quand même assez complexe.  Read less

I really enjoyed the data science boot camp. I started with zero experience in coding and university-level knowledge of maths. So it was a very tough 6 months run, but the teachers and managers at Le Wagon are very useful and they make sure you keep up the speed. I think what I liked the most was the project month. You come together with a bunch of other students and you have to develop an idea and create a product. It was amazing and I learned a lot! Read less

The Bootcamp provides an amazing entry into the world of Data Science It is a very fast paced learning journey for which the student must be well structured and willing to commit the time every day, every week and every month.
