Le Wagon provides a comprehensive course to learn web development from scratch. Although the web dev bootcamp that I completed was focused on Ruby on Rails, the Object Oriented Programming (OOP) is something that I took away from this experience and will be able to use when learning other frameworks. Not only, the course gives you the basis for acquiring further tech skills, but also it teaches you the day-to-day workflow that all software developers use (regardless of the language/ framework): Bash and Git commands in Terminal & how to work with GitHub repositories. This is something that I've never came across when trying to learn coding online by myself. 
They also have an experienced career team that is enormously helpful after the bootcamp when searching for a new job. They help you update your CV, LinkedIn and GitHub profiles, prepare for the tech interviews, and provide a ton of other useful resources for you to be able to land your first job in tech.
Another biggest advantage of Le Wagon is its 20K alumni network. A lot of people are super engaged and supportive and it feels like I got an incredible chance to have access to this crowd.

I joined the Le Wagon Web development bootcamp. The courses are well structured. Teachers are there to help promply everyday, and can always solve the tricky programming problems.  I liked how light and welcoming the atmosphere was. And also how throughout the process everyone was very accessible. I really enjoyed the sense of community I felt during bootcamp.It was a life-changing experience in terms of learning how to code and soft skills. The english course is a must, helps a lot people how don`t have much use of it in the daily basis. In terms of people and community, I don't think I've ever been so welcomed so fast anywhere. I met some amazing people and I will definitely keep in touch with everyone.About the Le Wagon staff, I will just say that each one of them has a special place in my construction as a web developer, as a professional and personally as well. the main perks of this bootcamp : a short but intense training path, with good tools (you can improve your code et review lessons after the training), an operationnal and "learning by doing" training, a big community of alumni (always kind and available). Prefer the pretential training if your are starting coder. Read less
