Challenging, good, educational, informative
The experience was good although there are a few things that I was abit unhappy with. I felt the communication was abit slow, perhaps due to the amount of students versus the mentors, but it did slow me down abit because it took a while to get help when I was stuck. But other than that, the curriculum was good, challenging but very informative. The requirements were clear. The support team was extremely helpful and offered good services.Melanie of HyperionDev

Hyperion Dev Software Engineering Bootcamp
As someone who did not know anything about Software Engineering, The Hyperion dev team involved in the Software Engineering Course was extremely helpful. Not only did they make it easier to understand , they also were very interactive with their learners . The only down side I have is that, the dates of the submission for the tasks are to little . Some tasks are quite big and require a lot of time and they only give you like 2 days to complete it. Waste of time
I enrolled in the three-month data science course. If you consider doing it, do yourself a favour and not waste your time. The whole curriculum is a nightmare. After a reasonably relaxed introduction to Python, you will be overwhelmed by the data science tasks. The lecturers barely have tangential knowledge about data science. Therefore, you will spend most of your time on Youtube. The learning material is brilliant for Python and useless for data science. I recently completed an online full stack web development bootcamp and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The course material was comprehensive and covered everything from HTML and CSS to JavaScript and backend development frameworks. The instructors were knowledgeable and always available to answer questions or provide extra support.

4. Landed my dream job 4months later earning top dollar.
Cons:1. Was marketed as a 3 month bootcamp when in total it took me 6 months which wasn’t a problem for me but if you are expecting it to be 3 months think again and plan accordingly.
2. Parking at the Cape Town location was horrible if you are planning on doing the in person bootcamp make sure you have extra money for parking each day or make lift arrangements
3.structure could have been a bit better as there wasn’t really a schedule to follow you just wait for the lectures to tell you when to come in
4. The last level of the bootcamp was in my opinion useless as it introduces us to a topic that has its own designated bootcamp (machine learning and data science) there’s no way you can mention that you have experience in that part on your CV with only doing 5 tasks on that topic. I personally feel that section needs to be relooked at
