Great Investment to a New Career

I wanted a career change and I wanted it fast. Before I join Sabio, I only taken a few intro classes to programming when I was in college. But Sabio Pre-Course was very insightful and got me to up to speed for the main course. The 3 months of bootcamp went by really fast. Sabio is not a boring class that you go to everyday and sit there for hours listening to lectures while you're trying to stay awake. No! You are there to work. There is always something to do, fix, an...

    Best Return on Investment

I come from a business background and can assure attending Sabio will be one of the best financial decisions you make. When I graduate college it cost me around 40K+ and over four years of my life to land me a job that only makes about 35 thousand a year.  That was about a .87 to 1 ratio.

Attending Sabio, it was a fraction of that price of college, only three months (6 months if you including pre-work) and the result is a position as a Web Developer making quadruple what I paid f...

The best decision I've ever made

Prior to attending Sabio, I was working at a small tech company out in the San Fernando Valley as Business Analysts. During my time there is where I became interested in programming and wanted to see if programming was something I can do. On my free time and weekends, I would spend hours on free coding sites such as codeacademy or freecodecamp tackling their exercises. While I was at work, I would often find myself asking members on our development team for advice and tips on programming a...

    Amazing school with amazing people!!

So I checked out a few places before deciding on a bootcamp, one wouldn't let me visit their campus until I paid full tuition, another's website was broken, and then there was Sabio.

I first went to the info session with pages of questions that Gregorio gladly addressed one by one, immediately after I went and sat in on the remainder of that night's prework class. The fact that they let me sit in on a few classes before paying made me believe that THEY believed in what they were ...

    Great Experience

I was sent through the Sabio program by the corporation I work for, as part of an effort to expand the company's internal pool of software developers and provide career growth to employees. Sabio is the only bootcamp in Los Angeles that was able to provide the type of training my company required. When I returned to my job, I felt extremely confident that I could take on my new role in the Technology Department.

One of the best things about Sabio is that we worked on a real-life...

    Best Career Move

I received a job offer before I even graduated the program.

It took me 6 months of weighing my options to make the leap to start Sabio. I looked at traditional academic paths to becoming a developer: including degree and certification programs, but factoring in waiting for a semester start date, required classes only being offered certain semesters, prerequisites, etc., the process would have taken years (even though I had already received a Bachelor's degree).

    Sabio is the real deal...

Just like everybody else on here, I shopped around for a coding bootcamp in Los Angeles. Spoke to a few reps for various coding camps and their "pitch" just didn't seem real.

I found Sabio, and started reading Gregorio's (CTO/Co-Founder) blog. Talk about passionate. This guy is intense and doesn't F around, he means business.  Automatically fell in love with his mission and his general overview of the industry. The tech industry needs a shake up, and I want to be part of it. Came...

    Thank you Sabio

I don't normaly write reviews for anything, but this is a special case. Sabio treats their students like family and I want to write this review as a thank you.

I chose Sabio because I vibed with the teachers. Go to one of their intro nights and start taking Pre Work to get a feel for it.

Before Sabio I had no real experience coding. I was hired for a full time coding gig 2.5 weeks after the course ended. Sabio gave me massive support from learning through getting hired...

    Best decision I ever made

i have shared my story multiple times, you can check out Sabio's blog on the 100th student if you would like to read further. I will keep this short and sweet. I couldn't have made a better decision when choosing Sabio. The instructors and owners are the most caring individuals! Your career/future couldn't be in better hands. Trust what they have set up and be honest with yourself on what you expect to get out of this. You only get what you put in! Thank you Sabio!

    Just do it

Hi there - you must be ready for a change. So was I. I set my life on a new course with the help of Sabio.

I was working a decent job, making a decent wage, being decently fulfilled in my work. However, I wasn't doing as much as I could and I knew it. I had heard about these bootcamp things and decided to look around.

I browsed for Los Angeles programs right here on coursereport. I thought the reviews for Sabio were too good to be true, but decided to check it out. I we...
