When I first considered a career path, I wanted something that was not only exciting but also offered ample growth opportunities. After careful research, I discovered that cybersecurity perfectly fit these criteria. It's a field that is constantly evolving, with new challenges and threats arising every day. The demand for cybersecurity professionals is at an all-time high, mirroring the rapid advancement of technology in various industries. With this realization, I decided to embark on a journey to become a cybersecurity expert. When it came to choosing the right program to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge, the SMU Boot Camp stood out to me. The university's privilege and good reputation in delivering high-quality education were key factors that influenced my decision. I knew that by enrolling in the SMU Boot Camp, I would gain more than I could expect from any other program. My experience with the boot camp surpassed all my expectations. The curriculum was designed meticulously, covering a wide range of cybersecurity topics that are relevant in today's digital landscape. One of my favorite aspects of the program was the emphasis on practical skills and hands-on learning. Through SIEMS analysis, Linux commands, and cloud security and encryption, I acquired valuable expertise that is directly applicable in real-world scenarios. Moreover, the instructors and teaching assistants at SMU Boot Camp were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. They were always available to answer questions and provide guidance, ensuring that I had a clear understanding of each topic. I can't emphasize enough the importance of taking advantage of every resource available, attending classes diligently, and engaging with the instructors and TAs. Additionally, going the extra mile by conducting independent research further solidifies your understanding and enhances your overall learning experience. The Bootcamp was an amazing Experience for me, before my graduation from the university and since when the Bootcamp start it was a whole guide for my career and my future, I learn how to be confidence and how to face the job market so I can be proud that I'm Re:coded graduated student also the learning knowledge From the instructor  who put effort day by day to make us understand everything  and the follow up from the career services all of this make change in my career and my work personality, Today I'm working as a frontend developer remotely each time I met someone in my domain or someone who really need this Bootcamp I'm always talking about my brilliant experience and the support that I have because this is not a community it a second name for me that I'm proud to have it  

I had a bit of knowledge in web development prior to enrolling in the UConn Full Stack Flex Bootcamp. I had been teaching myself through FreeCodeCamp, Udemy courses, and just reading and trying stuff on my own. While these methods gave me a decent foundation, I was having trouble understanding concepts and didn't really have any direction of what to build or do. I was also skeptical of signing up because it's a lot of money to spend if the program doesn't end up working out.  In short, I wish I had enrolled in this bootcamp sooner. My instructor, Michael, (and in his absence Ross) were incredible at teaching us and helping us learn complicated topics. My TAs were wonderful as well. Nathan and Chris were always willing to meet early/stay late with us to help us with any homework or projects we were struggling with. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this bootcamp or the people who work it. While EXTREMELY fast paced, I feel I learned an incredible amount and it was worth every penny.

All five of my rating categories being 5 stars is for a reason. My personal experience with QuickStart hasn't been a short one because occasionally staff and recruiters will still check up on me (that's impressive because it's been 2 years since I graduated).

Curriculum: Jam packed curriculum that does contain everything you'll need for tests/exams. Not sure about you, but I'd rather have a boot camp that over informs me on the topic I'm preparing for.

Instructors: I think my instructor's name was Bill. Phenomenal at what he does and an industry expert. So he gave us a heads up on when to look at certain topics and differentiate between an academia standpoint and then how it's done in practice throughout the industry.

Job Assistance: I actually got my job halfway through the course before they officially started helping. I could put N/A for this portion but I put these projects from the boot camp in my resume and know I only got the position due to having taken this boot camp. It made finishing the course harder with a new job, but I did finish things out.

Overall Experience: Typically the overall experience is an average of all other metrics and so this would naturally be a 5 star. I had some worries about how I'd pay for all this and chose one payment type, but that ended up being rough for my situation. QuickStart was actually willing to help me change back my payment method/plan to the one I should have done from the get go though so bonus points and kudos to them for being flexible. Note: I did not convince them to help me by yelling at them or acting like they owed it to me.

Lastly, if you ever get to speak to Gwen, one of the recruiters, or Bill/William, one of the instructors, they are very valuable connections to have.

I came into the boot camp knowing very little about development and came out knowing more than I thought I ever would it’s a great way to sharpen your mind and your knowledge I think that if you have any kind of desire to learn a field like this even if it’s just expanding your knowledge this is worth it in the end you learn so much in a short period of time 

I have recently graduated from Merit America and have quickly found a new job using all of the knowledge that I have studied. This is a rigorous and fast paced course that definitely takes a lot of time and commitment, but the technical and professional knowledge I have gained is immense. The people I have met throughout my cohort and coaches during this program have all been wonderful and inspiring.   This course has directly led to me getting a new job at a much higher rate. I couldn't be more thankful for these people and this organization!  

If you are passionate about learning, and developing your skills in cybersecurity, look no further than this course. Having recently graduated from the bootcamp I can say that I've never had a group of instructors as passionate about teaching and cybersecurity as those I've found here. I have taken courses on HackTheBox, TryHackMe, TCM, and a number of others and the level and quality seen here is unmatched. The course itself is designed to be challenging (it is) and is geared to help students develop a deeper understanding of the concepts and skills need to land their first job in cyber. They encourage students to ask questions, improve critical thinking skills, and most importantly, develop hands on knowledge and experience needed to truly be impactful from day 1 of landing a job. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced in your skills you will learn something from this course.

I am a single mom of a young daughter and I also have a full time job. I decided to join the boot camp because I wanted a career that I could be proud of and that would allow more flexibility in my schedule. 
During the boot camp, I had to grow parts of my brain that had never been used before. I had to work most nights and weekends, and sometimes I was exhausted. 
But on the flip side, I got to play with creative solutions, make “art” in my designs, and make new friends. I also learned a ton (zero to developer).
 Also, my instructor was amazing- so patient and helpful, and he went far and above his required time to push us through to the end. 
Most importantly,  I got to show myself and my daughter that you can do anything you set your mind to, and that hard work pays off. She and I both had to sacrifice during these 6 months, but it was worth it to show her what dedication looks like. 

The teachers in this program were exceptional, providing unwavering support throughout both the ups and downs of the coursework. Beyond the classroom, they also offered valuable guidance on launching a career in cybersecurity. Their dedication to their students' education and career success was truly commendable. This program not only equipped me with essential cybersecurity knowledge but also empowered me with the confidence and skills to embark on a successful career in the field. I highly recommend this program to anyone aspiring to enter the world of cybersecurity.

The boot camp prepared me for my career transition into IT. Since I was new to IT, it helped give me a wide breadth of knowledge so I could land a job in IT. I think the boot camp was a good value for the price to get all the personal time with instructors that you receive. The sheer amount of hands on experience helps you gain much more knowledge than if it was purely classroom based. I would recommend this boot camp to anyone interested in changing gears to IT.

This program helped me learn and grasp concepts I could not on my own so fast. Gained familiarity with Routing, Switching, Dynamic routing along with Firewalls, VPN's and troubleshooting. 

"I decided to embark on this course because I like technology and I was drawn to the idea of becoming a software developer. I retired as a classical ballet dancer after 20 years and decided to completely change my field of study, which required a tremendous emotional storm. However, through methodical study and measured approach, I always stayed present and never got ahead of my own thoughts.

I enjoyed every single challenge, but the biggest one is working accurately in such a short time. A three-hour class may seem long, but I assure you, it's not enough time. You need to always work ahead.

My humble advice to other students: if you are going to do the bootcamp, I can tell you, it is worth the time and effort. There is so much infrastructure around that will help you succeed, but you have to be willing to put in the hours (and endure some mental strain). As a retired ballet dancer who was used to moving and exercising for over 8 hours a day, in terms of mental effort, this bootcamp was the hardest thing I have ever had to do in my life: and I would do it again if I had to. I enjoyed every second of it."

You learn a lot from your instructors but asking questions is a good way to learn more then the course material. Also, whatever the recommendation is for your computer specs get something a bit better it will help you a lot! I had to buy an emergency hard-drive from filling my 1tb. And ram seems like it's on short supply when your running two vms. It just saves you a headache if you get 32gb ram and like 2tb or more of storage. The Mini Booth Camp arrangment is very punctual.... it contains fruitfull lesson and hands-on exercises.... recommend this so much to explore more about machine learning disciplines :).... If you intend to take chance in very early wave of the knowledge and relate machine learning theory to practice, then this Mini Booth Camp will be a good starting point :)

TDX cyber security professional boot camp gave me what I needed to get a foot in the door to IT. I built a solid cyber security concepts foundation and gained hands-on experience working in virtual labs. I was able to find a job and also further my education by enrolling in a Masters's program focusing on cybersecurity compliance. It gave me more than I needed, and I am grateful to have enrolled in the cyber security boot camp.

After careful consideration, I found my calling in cybersecurity due to its dynamic challenges and societal significance. Monash University's Boot Camp was the ideal platform for me to enter this field. The program's hands-on projects and the supportive instructor made learning a joy. Its industry-aligned curriculum fueled my journey. I loved the immersive projects reflecting real-world scenarios. To future students: Dive into learning, network actively, and keep exploring!

I give my full endorsement to the Washington University Full Stack Development Boot Camp. My only regret is not taking advantage of it sooner, and if you're reading this, hopefully you won't wait as long as I did.

I spent 15 years in my first career, a full-time Middle School English teacher, but despite the time and commitment I was putting into my job, I rarely felt like my compensation matched the effort I put in to my job, but teaching was such a specialized field and when I thought about leaving, I always assumed I would need to spend lots of time and money if I ever wanted to change careers, so I habitually talked myself out of it. Finally, my wife and I reached a point where we realized that we would need some expensive medical help to expand our family through IVF and no teaching jobs where we were located in St. Louis offered insurance coverage for those procedures...I needed a change of career to a field that would support me and my family through this need, and that's what finally pushed me into looking for a change. After interviewing and researching multiple options, I ultimately settled on the Full Stack Coding Bootcamp through Washington University- St. Louis, and boy am I glad I did.

The program appealed to me in a wide-variety of ways. The most convincing aspect of this boot camp was absolutely the program's unique appeal to old-school and new-school methods of thought alike. In a six-month intensive boot camp, I would be exposed to the most up-to-date and groundbreaking technology and languages (sometimes these can go out of date/style during a 4-6 year degree path) while also having the prestige that a well-regarded University like WashU provided in the eyes of more traditional hiring entities. In reviewing upwards of 15 programs, this was a unique combination that was truly only offered by one place.

When the program began, I was worried because so many of the members of my cohort were younger or had done coursework to prep them for this class while I was coming in totally fresh. I quickly learned that the program adapts to fit the unique needs and personalities of the members within it. I cannot say enough kind things about my teacher, Tom, and my TA, Matt, both of whom took the time after their own full-time day jobs in the tech field to give us experienced, competent, flexible, and confident guidance throughout our course. More importantly, as a teacher in my "past life", I was impressed with the instructional style the program offered. The teacher and TA would provide instruction and demonstration of a skill, and then, in a breakout room with one or more peers, I would work through a coding activity with my peers that required the skill just reviewed as a class. This format gave me the support needed on activities that I found particularly difficult as well as the freedom to learn hands-on and "figure it out" when going through the activities with my classmates. Even if my classmates and I couldn't figure something out, our teacher and TA were constantly floating from breakout room to breakout room to ensure support was provided to those who needed it when they needed it.

I also really loved the challenges and group projects. With each weekly challenge, I found myself building full stack applications that could do things I only dreamed about designing before this program. The inclusion of three major group projects similarly allowed me to learn what it would be like to work collaboratively on a development project and truly prepared me for my career. More than that, I got an opportunity to work closely with a lot of people from different backgrounds than my own, many of whom have become valuable resources and close confidants during the boot camp process.

Halfway through my boot camp journey, I began applying to jobs and sending out my resume thanks in part to encouragement from my teacher and TA, who told me it was never too early to start getting technical interview experience. I was lucky to get a couple of interviews and actually got offered a job as a Site Reliability Engineer at Mastercard while my boot camp was still going on! Suddenly, I was making twice what I made as a teacher, working a hybrid position that gave me more time at home, and getting the necessary insurance coverage I needed so my wife and I could grow our family. I was making my dreams come true, and this boot camp had so much to do with that.

I am fully satisfied with my experience, and rather than pivoting away from boot camp and focusing on my new job, I've made the decision to commit myself fully to doing both for the remainder of the boot camp because of how valuable I found the content of the course leading up to my eventual hiring. Advice that I would offer to those considering this program is to do whatever it takes to get yourself enrolled. Make the leap of faith, block out the time in your life, let your support system know you're going to need them pushing you and keeping you motivated for the next half year and SIGN UP. For those who have already taken the leap, my advice would be that you get out what you put into this program, so don't try to skate by and work through the program with as little interaction with your instructors and peers as possible. The people who thrived in my cohort were the ones who talked during breakout sessions, who asked questions when reviewing concepts, who showed up to office hours before and after class each night, and who took advantage of the numerous resources offered by the program's strong support structure. I'll say it again (and a million times if one more person out there hears me): this program helped my change my life and that of my family. I am eternally grateful and can't say enough good things about it.

This was the first data science course I have undertaken, and I must say, it was worth the while.  There is a lot to study; the coaches provide extra materials that helps you understand everything. They are also very professional and designed the course curriculum in a way that’s suitable for all students.

The projects and exercises are very realistic, and once you complete 50% of the course, you are on your way to begin learning Machine, Deep Learning, and Data Science in-depth. 

The course is well structured, with self-paced courses and tutors were hands on ground to provide all the support I needed. The tutors took their time to break down complex concepts like as descriptive and inferential statistics. You'll also get a completion certificate at the end which is a major plus when job hunting.

The instructors at Metana are not just academics, they are active players in the Web3 industry. David works at Trustwallet & dhruvin is a pro player who don's bluff around your assignments. Feedback is brutal, sometimes it actually hurts, but it is what it is. This ensures you're learning from the best and most up-to-date knowledge. Plus, their passion for the technology is contagious!

From the moment that I begin my journey last August to working towards attaining my certification I was excited. It is not an easy decision to learn a new skill or pursue a different line of education. It is easy to know that after the hard work that you have done you can be the professional and an influence to others. I am so glad that I found this program and made the sacrifice to work hard to learn a new skill.
The hard skills that I have in data analytics were fined tuned as I moved through the Academy assignments. I have admit that I hit many roadblocks in studying but the mentor resources that are available gave me the support and confidence I needed to reassure me that I could do it. I am so appreciative of the work that the instructors, my peers and the mentors provided and I hope to be an influence and shoulder to lean on for any future student of Data Science that may need it.

This bootcamp taught way more than just a handful of coding languages, it taught me the best way to think like a programmer and how to learn new languages as new problems present themselves. Every instructor I had was great and they seemed genuinely invested in me actually learning the material, not just passing an assignment. This took almost every issue I have had with school and threw it out the window but was able to keep me engaged and accountable anyway. The career section at the end was invaluable and I still can't believe how straightforward it seemed to jump from a mediocre job with little future to the job I've always wanted and plenty of room to grow. I can't recommend this program enough, it genuinely opened more doors for me than I could have thought. Some of the instructors still reach out to see how I'm doing and to make sure I was able to reach all of my goals. Overall incredible experience, just make sure you are able to hold yourself accountable and put the hours in!

Excellent training. The course was great and I was able to work with different groups where I learn alot about team work and time management. The hands-on project gave me the reality of how work environment will be for me.They were flexible with my schedule and work with my pace. They assisted with job training and interviews.
