    A Great Experience

Coding Temple was a truly amazing opportunity. The focus on .Net and the smaller class size really sets it apart. The curriculum is in-depth,  well taught, and really practical. They're also great about connecting their students with recruiters and advocating for them. I booked a coding job less than a day after I finished. Also, they make themselves available to you post graduation as you progress in your career. This can be an invaluable asset if you want to brush up on a t...

    .NET Course

The .NET course was really helpful and learn a lot about different concepts and used various tools throughout the course. The instructor is really good at teaching different concepts and good at explaining how each concept works for all languages. He was also good at helping out with hands on concepts and work with strudents one on one to help understand the concept better. We build many different applications throughout the course. I worked on building a e-commerce application for a cloth...

    Introduction to JavaScript

Great class.  Ryan (organizer) and the professor do a great job with the students and assisting in problems that may arise.  The classroom space is relaxing and engaging setting.  Plus, they provide food and drinks!  I look forward to taking other classes.

    ASP.NET Part Time Bootcamp

I was a student for Coding Temple's first cohort and I can defnitely say that it was a valuable experience. The instructor, Hitesh, was an expert at all the topics that were covered and was able to answer every student's questions and provide us his insight from his career experience. The class size is kept under 8 students so everyone has their indivdual attention and learning needs accomodated for. There are multiple projects assigned throughout the course that forces you to take a "lear...

    Weekend Workshop

I attended the introduction to C# event through Meetup this weekend and it was much more informative than I expected for a free workshop.  The presenter/instructor, Avi, that taught the workshop was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

My main intention for attending the workshop was to see if I would fit in the 12-week course that is coming up in January and I was assured that my very limited understanding of programming would be just fi...

    C# Workshop

I attended Coding Temple's C# workshop this week and found it really helpful. I was not too familiar with the language prior to the session, but the instructor did a good job at introducing it to us. I talked to a couple members of the team afterwards as well and they were really helpful in answering all my questions about the courses they are offering. I can't wait to see what big things this school will do!

    My journey with Coding Temple

This is the only SE bootcamp I have experienced, so I cannot compare to others, but overall I had a positive experience with Coding Temple. I did the self paced SE program. While learning the core material Coding Temple made some changes to the structure of the teaching, it felt hard to keep up with the changes for a little while, but it seems like the changes are settled down. Katelyn Mehner was a great resource while learning the core material, ready to help with any question you throw...

Thanks so much for sharing your experience - we really appreciate it. We know the self-paced program takes a lot of self-motivation, and it’s clear you put in the work. That makes all the difference.
You're totally right that there were a few changes happening while you were learning, and we appreciate you rolling with them. We’ve worked hard to make sure things are more streamlined now, and it’s great to hear that came through.
So glad to hear Katelyn and Dylan had your back - they’re amazing and we’ll make sure they see your kind words.
I also noticed you gave 4 stars to the curriculum - if you’re open to it, I’d love to hear more detailed feedback so we can keep improving. Feel free to email me directly at rutak@codingtemple.com anytime.
Thanks again for being part of the community - we’re rooting for you and excited to see where you go next!

    Thanks!

Teaching support was strong, prep could be better.

They are always trying to improve, which is great. Things will change often, but if something doesn't work out, they’ll help you go back to the older version. The staff is great and easy to reach.
The core curriculum felt fast-paced and didn’t go very deep into some topics, and it was hard to grasp without a technical background. But overall, I enjoyed the program, especially the backend specialization. They offer other specializations too.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful - I really appreciate your honesty and your kind words about our team :)
I'm especially grateful you gave shout-outs to Dylan, Michael, Sean, and Yessica - they care so deeply about student success, and it means the world to see that reflected back. I made sure your feedback got to them!
You're absolutely right - we’re always evolving and trying to improve, but we know that pace of change can sometimes feel like a double-edged sword. Thank you for acknowledging the effort we make to listen and adapt when something isn’t working - and thank you for sticking with us through the updates. We also hear you loud and clear on the need for deeper foundational support, especially for folks coming in without a tech background, and that feedback is already helping us shape what’s next.
I also really appreciate the callout about advanced problem-solving sessions. That push to go further - and see how experienced engineers think through complex problems - is something we’re working on reintegrating into our new live support calendar. Your comment was perfectly timed, and we’ll be using it to inform our next steps.
You’ve clearly put in real effort, real care, and real reflection - and that’s what makes this journey work. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we’ll be here cheering you on when you’re ready to start the job hunt. Please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ve got your back. 💪

    Many thanks

    Supportive Instructors, Intense Program

I recently completed the part-time, online Software Engineering Bootcamp at Coding Temple, specializing in Front End Development, and overall, I had a positive experience.I chose Coding Temple because of its strong reputation, the included career support, and the flexibility it offered—I needed a program that could fit into my busy schedule while I worked full-time. That said, I want to highlight both the high points and the challenges of my journey.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this, and huge congratulations on completing the program while juggling full-time work — that’s no small feat, and we see the grit it took to get here.
It means a lot to hear how impactful Allan and Daniel were throughout your journey. They truly go above and beyond, and your shoutout is so appreciated — I’ll be sure to pass this on to them directly.
You also raised an important point about the mid-program transition. I’m genuinely sorry that shift created moments of confusion and made it harder to get the support you needed. We're actively working to smooth out those rough edges and ensure every student always knows exactly where to turn — no matter what phase they’re in.
I’m so glad to hear you walked away with a strong foundation and a finished final project you can be proud of. You’ve already proven how dedicated and capable you are — and we’re here for you through the job search phase too. Let us know how we can keep supporting you.
You did an incredible job. Thanks again for being part of the community and sharing your story so openly. 💛
