Coding Temple is an online technical training provider that offers pathways in Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, and Quality Assurance with three different learning options available: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Self-Paced. Incredibly Informative Journey
When I started my journey at coding temple I was unsure how it was going to go. I’d always wanted to learn but wasn’t sure if I was good enough. But the course work and information provided by coding temple really helped me and I was able to learn something I’ve always wanted. With the help of people like Dylan Katina my backend specialization teacher I was able to learn a language (Python) that I struggle a lot with grasping. This Software Engineering Course tested me and challenged me, but I think it was for the better! I am proud of the knowledge that I gained. Overall, I had a great experience with this program and would recommend it to anyone who is motivated and wants a faced paced software engineering program. Saying that, I also would like to address the intensity of the program. We do aim to get everyone through the program at the fastest available pace that does not compromise the level of detail we go into. This does make the bootcamp a fast pace experience. However, we will continue to review and evaluate the recommended time to be allocated for studying and make sure we clearly define and break down all the elements involved in the experience to make sure no student gets caught off guard.

A truly pleasant experience
I joined Coding Temple in November 2024 for the Software Engineering track. I can say without a doubt it was worth every cent. From flexible payment options, to the instructors and constant events. I felt like there was always something going on that I could join and hop into to get involved. Yes the course work is a bit difficult at first but there is more than enough support to reach out for help and guidance and additional teaching and coaching. From flexible payment options, to the instructors and constant events. I felt like there was always something going on that I could join and hop into to get involved. If I could I would do it all over again and dedicate more time to the taking part in events and trainings.

Don’t waste your time
I completed the self paced course in late 2023 and I enjoyed my time learning new skills and working with great instructors and tutors. I felt supported and encouraged during the course and there were tutors readily available to help. Once I completed the course this completely changed. I had to reach out multiple times to get transitioned into the alumni slack and once I was in there it took weeks and multiple forms before I could meet with someone to look over my resume and my LinkedIn...I completed the self paced course in late 2023 and I enjoyed my time learning new skills and working with great instructors and tutors. I felt supported and encouraged during the course and there were tutors readily available to help. Once I completed the course this completely changed. I had to reach out multiple times to get transitioned into the alumni slack and once I was in there it took weeks and multiple forms before I could meet with someone to look over my resume and my LinkedIn. Once I got a meeting schedule the person I worked with was a tremendous help but he told me he was leaving CT at the end of the month and I would not have to fill out another form again and someone on the alumni side would reach out. Weeks went by and nothing happened, again multiple forms and sitting around waiting to hear back. The next person to reach out to me then proceeded to tell me I had to change everything I just spent the last month working on with the previous career employee. I became extremely frustrated and felt abandoned during my post graduate experience and job search and decided to abandon a career in software development because of this. The career side seems understaffed and I couldn’t get consistent help over the span of 6 months, while there were some resources available I felt they were not worth the money I paid and it didn’t match the personalized help I was promised I would receive when we went through orientation. If you’re looking for a bootcamp I recommend to find one that doesn’t collect any payment until a job is secured or else you may find yourself in my situation with empty promises.Ruta Kuisyte of Coding Temple
