    Dear Anonymous,
    Thank you for your review.

We appreciate your opinion and respect your point of view. However, we do want to make a couple of points clear to keep the information posted here accurate.
Our job support team is made up of four people (Wyntalent team) plus our co-founders, making it one of the largest job support teams of any code school. We invest in this area because we want to help our graduates find jobs as quickly as possible and assist in them finding their second, third and fourth jobs as well.
We also provide lifetime access to job support which is a unique and useful tool Wyncode offers to its alumni. Just recently, we saw a couple of alumni from our 2016 and 2017 programs, meet with our Wyntalent team to discuss their careers, and in hopes of securing their 2nd and 3rd jobs post Wyncode. This exercise rendered 3 job offers at very prominent tech companies for one of our alumni.

Our Lifetime Job Support applies to all Wyncode Alumni of our (full time) UX/UI Immersive Bootcamp and Full Stack Web Development Bootcamp programs -- something they can take advantage of whether or not they post a review.

To clarify the claim that “hundreds of graduates … remain unemployed”, we are including our Job Placement Report for 2017 (we are working on final numbers for 2018), which is reviewed and verified by a third party accounting firm to make sure we are transparent in our reporting, see here: https://gallery.mailchimp.com/314a6b43e959479339760bd4a/files/5d088d5e-958b-47ef-98ce-a5f5185a206b/2017_Job_Placement_Report_small_.01.pdf
We are one of only three code schools in the country that have an independently verified report that shows exactly what happens with our graduates after graduation. This data is verified by a large accounting firm for accuracy. For example, in 2017, we were proud to maintain a 90% job placement rate among job-seeking graduates and are on track for a similar number once the 2018 figures are compiled later this year.

We hire the best instructors in the space. All of our instructors must pass a rigorous technical assessment and demonstrate that they are able to teach effectively. We are very proud of our teaching team since our inception as a school; to name a few all-stars - Full Stack instructor Ed Toro, who holds a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from M.I.T and has over 12 years of experience in top tech firms prior to teaching at Wyncode from 2014 to 2018 -- and Andy Weiss, our current Head Instructor for the Full Stack program - who comes from a background in education holding a Masters in Education from Harvard University and prior to joining Wyncode, was the Lead Engineer at Mark Cuban funded Nuro Retention. Our UX/UI program is lead by the amazing Gessica Tortolano, who has more than 20 years of experience in Product and User Experience Design - having worked for clients like Google, Gap, Samsung, IBM, Coca Cola, The Miami Heat, Carnival Cruises and more.

For recent graduates interested in teaching, we have a tiered TA system whereby TAs can join the team in a junior position and move up the ranks and eventually reach the level of an instructor. Typically, our junior TA’s are part-time as they consist of the top performers from each cohort, who are quickly hired by our hiring partners at the end of their cohorts.
Should you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us at Wyncode anytime. We are always here to help!
