The program management provides excellent support—reliable, responsive, and genuinely helpful, especially when schedules get tight. The program covered all the major topics in Data Science and Generative AI in great depth, with sessions led by MIT faculty as well as Great Learning mentors. What I liked most was that the same topics were often taught twice — once by MIT faculty focusing on academic concepts, and again by top industry leaders who shared real-world examples and practical experience. On top of that, we also had revision classes to ensure we developed a strong understanding of the topics.


I also really appreciated how well the entire program was executed, and I would especially like to give a shout-out to Samuel Moris for his outstanding support. He proactively took care of every step needed for us to progress smoothly through the program. He was always available whenever help was needed and made sure we were able to balance classes with our personal lives.

I know coding, I am very good at coding and it has shocking to me that suddenly people leaning on AI are better than me. Of course I have to type and they just tell the machine what to do. Dang it!, and what else could we expect? For decades we have been working on making things easy. Easy for the user, easy with new solutions we come up with. Science Fiction movies portrait a future with robots and smart things helping us with our chores. Well, that future is here and we'd better embrace it!

I started with the "No Code AI and Machine Learning" precisely for that, I want to expand my vision and be able to function, as an IT professional in this new AI environment. When I talked to the recruiter, she said that the course was exactly what I was looking for, MIT and Great Learning promised it, and they have been delivering on the promise. I am learning how AI work, first with the Machine Learning technologies (ML) and later with the Unsupervised Learning Neural Networks (NN). You see?, it sounds like Science Fiction, now I understand the phrase "it is learning from experience", when Ultron was getting self-created in the Avengers movie saga. Yes, he did it by means of Neural Networks, what else?   

In all seriousness, The course is comprehensive and has a clear view of the position these technologies have in the industry. I find it very useful for Prediction, Optimization, Risk Management, Medical solutions, Research, Banking, etc.

One more thing: When I registered, I noticed the "No Code" adjetive in the title. At first I noticed some friendly friction in between the coders and no coders, having No-Code tools expands the scope. Think about it, the focus is not your ability to code, the focus is that, as long as you understand your data, you find solutions and are able to deliver. If you do not code, you are still ahead. And if you know coding you can create a solution - using your creativity and the same principles and knowledge learned in the course.

I have recently completed MIT No-code AI with Great learning 12 weeks traing courses. It was wonderful experience.  The courses are designed very practical. Many hands on sessions and wide range  of industrial examples. 3 hands on projects were nessary and helped me to understand the statistics theory and hands on experience. Great Learning teams managed whole training courses very well. Kept us informed. Kept communication lines open with learners. Also Great Learning responsed to our quiries quickly through WhatsApp or forum. I am really happy that I made decision to attended this 12 weeks training courses. 

In an environment saturated with information and hype about artificial intelligence, I wanted a structured and credible way to understand the fundamentals. This motivation led me to enroll in the MIT No-Code AI and Machine Learning Bootcamp.

First of all, I was skeptical about online classes since I have been in college since 1998 and I had been used to take my classes in person. However, covid changed the way we see education and online education boomed in 2020. I decided to wait until 2025 to start taking classes for AI and math and all the beautiful scientific discoveries in IT. I picked this No code for AI since everyone I work with (mostly uppermanagement) is not code savy and I wanted to bring them up to speed with this No code approach. The instructors and mentors are amazingly knowledgeable. The materials are challenging and very well designed. I can say that this is the best online class I have since I took a couple with MIT xPro and there are not as good as this No code for AI class. I have a statistics minor in my Bachelors degree and everything came together with this class and making AI work. I am so blessed of this learning opportunity and the superb materials and knowledgeable experienced staff for this class. Looking forward to potential MIT PE IDDS classes in the future.

 When I started my journey in the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning course at MIT, I thought: Here come those boring courses with a certificate from a famous university. But as soon as I actually began studying, my journey turned out to be completely different. Even as a Brazilian, the experience has been amazing. The teaching style is very clear and detailed, making a complex subject feel simple and turning the learning process into something truly accessible. I highly recommend this experience to everyone — join MIT and keep evolving! 

Enrolling in the MIT-PE Applied Data Science Program was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my career. The program provides a perfect blend of theory and hands-on experience, equipping students with the skills needed to tackle real-world data challenges. 

The instructors are industry experts who not only teach the fundamentals of data science but also guide students through practical applications using Python, and machine learning frameworks. My overall experience on this program was awesome - from the video lectures to mentored learning sessions to the hands-on sessions, i could have asked for more. The Program was excellent  from the point of application, through the Program proper and the graduation. Embarking on MIT’s Data Science and Machine Learning course, I had high expectations, and they were not only met but exceeded. My primary objective was to expand my knowledge of advanced modeling techniques and refresh my Python skills, and this course delivered on both fronts. As a working professional in analytics with experience in regression models, I gained invaluable insights that enhanced my skillset and gave me a new ‘playbook’ for approaching problems. I’ve been able to immediately apply what I learned to hypertune models I use professionally, optimizing them for accuracy, computational efficiency, and adaptability to evolving business needs.

The MIT IDSS program provided us with a strong foundation in data science and machine learning, enabling us to extract valuable insights from data. While the program effectively covered core concepts and algorithms, we believe it could benefit from a more in-depth focus on statistics and mathematics for students without a strong background in these areas. This would ensure that all participants are equipped with the necessary quantitative skills to excel in data science applications across various fields, such as healthcare, finance, and marketing.

I took the MIT - No Code and Machine Learning course in the summer of 2024. I highly recommend the course to people new to the topic and wanting to learn more on the latest in the world of AI and machine learning, as well as get some experience using tools such as RapidMiner and Dataiku. The instructors were friendly and highly knowledgeable, and the course assistant (Saumya) was very attentive and helpful with requests for information and scheduling change requests I occasionally needed.

This year, I crossed the threshold of 50. My eldest daughter has just graduated from college and embarked on her career journey, while my younger son is still navigating the adventures of elementary school. For the past 17 years, I’ve been a freelance translator, working with Traditional Chinese in Taiwan. I’ve worn many hats—mother, wife, linguist—but one of the greatest challenges has been to maintain my health, physically and mentally. After all, there’s no backing down when life gets tough. As a mother, I am the rock for my children. My words, actions, and even the way I handle stress all leave an impression on them. No pressure, right?Despite the whirlwind of responsibilities, my passion for learning has never wavered. This year, I decided to venture into uncharted territory by enrolling in MIT's No-Code AI Program. I figured, if I’m going to keep translating, I might as well learn how AI works in the world of text translation. Honestly, I still get a kick out of telling people that I’m back in school at my age. Between video classes, 11 weekly in-class tests, and extra learning materials, the program feels like a microcosm of on-campus life at MIT. Yes, it’s as intense as it sounds. But every time I tackle an AI concept, I’m reminded of why I’m doing this: because I believe in staying curious, no matter the stage of life.Now, let’s talk about the juggling act that is life. After marriage, I became a wife and mother—roles that demand attention around the clock. My time is often fragmented into homework help, meal prep, and life’s endless to-dos. Upskilling during this chaos? It's like playing Tetris with hours instead of blocks. Yet, somehow, squeezing in professional growth amidst a sea of commitments has become my personal sport. Some of my friends lovingly call me a workaholic. I like to think I’m just an enthusiast for a full life.Whenever my friends ask me for advice, I tell them: Stay true to yourself and own your decisions. We’re all faced with countless crossroads in life, and it’s our responsibility to choose our paths. Regret, after all, doesn’t come with a handy “undo” button. If you know what you want, go for it—because if not now, when?I have a role model who inspires me: Michelle Yeoh, the Malaysian martial arts actress who won the Best Actress Award at the 95th Academy Awards. Her speech moved me to my core, especially when she said: "Ladies, don't let anybody tell you: You are ever past your prime." These words resonate with me deeply, because every phase of my life—from 20 to 30, 40, and now 50—has carried the same message in different packaging: Keep dreaming. Keep striving. There’s no expiration date on growth.And speaking of dreams, I still hold one close to my heart. One day, I hope to sit in a United Nations meeting, helping to translate Taiwanese Traditional Chinese. No Code AI & Machine Learning course through MIT managed by Great Learning is an excellent opportunity to immerse one's self in the world of artificial intelligence and machine learning.  The course explores modern tools to simplify data extraction and management, AI & MI history, on-going development and present state operations.  
The course is fast paced and requires discipline and focus.  No Code references data tools which do not require a programer background to comprehend though it would help.  Projects are separated by an approach a data scientist would take to complete the prompt or a business interpretation presentation.  While the tools themselves were a lot for me to get my head wrapped round, the business interpretation was well in my wheel-house to execute.  I spent the better part of my weekends going through lectures to keep up with the program's pace.  My favorite part was the recorded lectures and then the weekly live mentor sessions.  It is absolutely impossible not to learn something cool ever week from some over-the-top, down to earth smart people.  If you are up for a great learning challenge this is an excellent option. 

This course definitely met and surpassed all my expectations. It had the perfect combination of mathematical-statistical theory and coding practice. I had taken some courses before in which I was taught what lines of code to run in order to use a certain model, but they all missed the math background that was behind it, which for me is the most important part. You can ask ChatGPT to tell you which lines of code to run, but you can't ask ChatGPT which is the best model according to the data that is only visible to you. There are many questions and decisions that will arise depending on how you manage the data, that only a strong statistical background can help you solve and make.That's one side. The other side that really impressed me is how ready the project managers are to help you. Enrolling in these courses while having a full-time job is really difficult, even more so if your academic background is not related to data science. But project managers in this course completely understand how difficult it is and give you second chances, new opportunities, and solve all your questions. Of course, you have to stick to a schedule, but they really make an effort to prevent your learning journey from becoming unmanageable. They were all very present during the course and I am really thankful for them.

The No code / Low code AI Machine learning course has provided me with a wonderful foundation upon which I can continue to build. The materials were very details and the video lectures were detailed and thorough. One of the best parts was the mentored learning sessions w Akash. Going through the material and then being able to talk about it and work through examples was great. Amazing support and communication from great learning (Juhi) as well.

This is a great program to get started with data science. It is very challenging as it is a 12-week program with new topics week after week. If you already know Python and higher-level math, then the 12 weeks will be sufficient. If you don't know Python and/or don't have the higher-level math. You will want to complete all of the pre-course work and buckle up for an exciting, frustrating and rewarding adventure into data science.

I'm incredibly grateful that I had the opportunity to take this 3 month program for Data Science and Machine Learning. I came into this program as a software developer wanting to transition into building Machine Learning models. It was such a comprehensive learning experience and I'm walking away with not only a real world application for Machine Learning and AI techniques and application but also, a better in-depth review of all the statistics and calculus calculations that go behind it. There were 3 case study projects that I can now add to my ML portfolio. My Great Learning platform is user friendly and always responded in a timely manner if you ever had a problem but there no problems with the actual dashboard/platform. The teachers from MIT were really helpful in digging deeper into the different machine learning algorithms, with SO much helpful and informative content.
