Codeup gave a a new career that I love

Codeup helped me launch a new career as a software developer. The curriculum was well-designed, giving me the opportunity to work on real projects and hone my problem-solving skills. One of the biggest advantages of the bootcamp is that it provides hands-on, practical experience with coding and building things, rather than spending a lot of time on theoretical knowledge.

Codeup also screens their applicants, ensuring that only those who are capable of thinking logi...

    Best Texas Coding Bootcamp

Going through the Full-Stack Web Developer program at Codeup was one of the best decisions I've made. The program covers a lot of ground in a relatively short time span. In all honesty, it was very tough. But overall, it was an amazing experience!

The staff are incredible, there's no doubt about that. There are too many people to name, but I have to give a special shout-out to my teachers, Justin and Javier.

In the end I found a job through Codeup's hard working placement t...

    Challenging , Fun, and Humbling

My time at Codeup was an amazing experience. From the start the staff is nothing short of amazing. I have to give a HUGE shout out to Casey Edwards, Ry Sutton, and last but not least Doc Rob! Thank you for all for your kind words, patience, and always being a positive force for us! They really make you feel at home and at the same time make you want to push yourself further. I will forever be great full for all those that were apart of my journey at Codeup. Thank you for helping me make ...

Best decision in choosing a Data Science Program

Previous to my experience at Codeup, I had spent a year off and on looking for the right Data Science bootcamp where I could attend full time while also still supporting my family. I could not have asked or found a better program.

Even from the initial onboarding experience, to the introduction and school-walkthrough, the coursework and also the career-finding process, I am so pleased with the support I received from this program. The coursework was challenging and kept me accoun...

    Codeup Changed My Life

To say that my decision to attend Codeup's Data Science program was a good one would be dramatically under-representing the impact it has really had on my life. A year ago, I was in a role that left me underpaid, overworked, and generally unhappy. I had seen billboards around town advertising Codeup's programs, but I had never done more than a quick Google search to read about their course. One day, I decided that I was going to give it a more in-depth look, actually requested informatio...

    Life changing career accelerator

Prior to joining Codeup, most of my professional experiences are in the art/creative field (never thought I would be in tech). I was hesitant to commit to a full time program, but I'm SO GLAD I did. The instructors are incredibly patient and helpful, some of them are in fact one of the best teachers I've had including college. In less than 6 months, I acquired more than enough knowledge and beyond comfortable to deliver projects as a data scientist. With the help from professional placem...

    You won't regret choosing Codeup

I'll start by saying that you will get out of Codeup what you put into it, and I'm not talking about money. If you're not willing to put in the effort required to learn, grow, and land a job you will struggle. That being said, if you are serious about changing or upgrading your career, Codeup is one of the best schools to help you move into the tech industry.

Codeup has some of the best instructors out there. They have industry experience, so they won't just teach you how to use t...

Excellent & in-depth Data Science Training

As a recent graduate of Codeup data-science booth-camp, I am pleased to state my experience through the program was totally worth my vested time and money. Prior to deciding on this choice, I made some extensive research on local booth-camps in my area and non could match the quality and depth of the curriculum. In addition, the admission staff was well-versed with the programs, was patient answering my questions and most important made me feel as a valued student. With this understandin...

    Great place for switching careers!

Codeup's bootcamp is a great, realistic approach to learning software development in a reasonable amount of time. Many other bootcamps promise you that they can guarantee placement after a 12-week course, but that seems incredibly unrealistic. Codeup set a realistic pace to about 5 months which made it more feasible to complete when you have kids and other obligations. Their content is wholesome and practical, but most importantly the instructors work really hard to ensure that every stu...

    Codeup is the Best

I have nothing but great things to say about the Codeup Data Science program.  I loved the instructors, curriculum, and the job placement team.  We started with “hello world” and worked all the way up to creating machine learning models.  The learning didn’t stop with programming. Coding is just the tip of the iceberg to what this program prepares you for.   No shortcuts, 9 am to 5 pm everyday.  You get group work, homework, and plenty of support along the way.  They have a proven system...

When someone is contemplating a career change or looking for a way to get into a certain career field without prior experience, it can be a very overwhelming and uneasy time.  Codeup is an expert program that bridges that gap and is successfully able to teach and prepare students for a rewarding career.  Personally, their data science program was more than I hoped for in helping me obtain the training, experience and confidence to feel prepared for my career change!

    Jumpstart Transition Into Tech

I stumbled upon Codeup at a networking event after talking with two students coming up to the end of their cohort. I have always been interested in all things creative but somehow always ended up with jobs that required the least creativity and problem solving. I was drawn to tech several years ago but having no prior experience or exposure found myself wading through blogs and YouTube tutorials, somewhat aimlessly, not really knowing where to start. I had heard of bootcamps before but, as...
