However I felt like I needed a little boost to get my career going. This class provided that. It was a fast paced course. I feel the class covered more advanced topics than I was anticipating. The TA's, Instructors, Student Success Manager, were all very helpful. If you had a question or didnt understand something i could count on them to answer the question.... Read Less
I do wish the class would have covered more git training. We did go over it, but I feel having a dedicated week to it would be beneficial. Especially in the areas of when something goes wrong, and perhaps something to help students with what would be the best approach in certain situations.
That being said, I feel like everything else I have learned is monumental in advancing my career. I learned what it was like working on a team of programmers. The other class members were helpful, and I had fun helping some of them.
Overall I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to advance their programming knowledge and is dedicated in pursing a career in programming.

As a recent grad, going through the program offered at Operation Spark was the best decision I've ever made. I use to work for a small company in New Orleans as an IT desktop support, and going from the hardware side of computers to learning how to create web applications all on my own is quite a feat.
Yes the program itself is quite difficult, thats why the program is called immersion, but being able to offer real life skills in fullstack development, I wish I had this opportunity when I was younger.... Read Less
