I really enjoyed learning AI for Business Analytics at Turing college. The topics were very interesting and up to the current realities and tools available.
It was great feeling to write first codes with no prior experience and experience the magic happening behind :) One area for improvement is to further aim to align the material learned with the final task for the sprint - but not a major issue. Read less

I am learning Data Analytics. The projects here are real-world oriented which lets apply newly learned skills to real-world problems strengthening understanding of what the analyst does. Deadlines are rather good, you are also able to plan your learning time which gives a lot of flexibility. Community is goal oriented, helpful and aims to make your journey as comfortable as it can be. There is also a lot of space for your creativity, most tasks have a quite wide range where you can think yourself of how is it best to complete them.

The program covers pretty much the majority of core competencies a data analyst should have, the structure of the courses combined with the project and reviews, makes it a great combination of theory and practice. I've been learning data science through this fully online, self-paced program, and it’s been a great experience overall. There’s a ton of learning material available — at times it can feel a bit overwhelming, but there’s always a supportive team ready to help when you need it.The material is well-structured and builds up gradually. You start by getting a brief introduction to a concept, either through the learning content or a project, and then in the next sprint you get to dive deeper into it. I really like this progressive approach — it helps reinforce understanding without rushing you.The platform also uses a gamified project review system with clear rules, which helps keep you motivated and constantly learning. I've chosen Turing College among some options to study Data Analytics, and I'm very happy I did so.
The course is very complete, and you can learn about a lot of tools that are used in this field. It's organized in Modules, and every part of the module is reviewed by another student and by a professional. This Review method is quite efficient and it enhances the experience for both parts: the one being reviewed and the reviewer.
The whole experience it's well organized with deadlines and reasonable time frames, so you're always engaged but not under pressure.

For the past 10 months, I had intense yet very interesting journey into the world of Data Analytics. What stands-out in here, is that You get a lot of projects to make and then you are being evaluated by certain area experts. This is a very serious course which (although it allows quite a good flexibility of study time) is very demanding and rigorous about our commitment to them. This goes on a positive outcome (if you trust the process) because you will actually learn and you will actually have help when you need. I got enrolled on Turing college, the prestigious Edtech platform dominating the EU market as a Digital Explorers 24 participants. Here are my honest reviews:

Not reinventing the wheel: 
In building software solutions and beyond, it is common to say if someone has solved a problem, why do it again? From my experience as a self-thought-growing data professional, I have learned from a lot of platforms, most of which prefer to build their unique learning materials. Also, as a community leader, it’s common knowledge that learning resources are freely available on the internet, giving you lay your hands on the best in a short time. We are often lost searching for materials that work, and reaching out to senior colleagues for recommendations does the trick.

Access to industry Mentors:
My first-hand experience with learning gives me the opinion that you get the best learning experience when you have a direct mentor(s). I mean you have a person(s) that gives you tasks, allows you to put your thoughts together for the solutions, and eventually reviews what you have done for corrections. In most MOOCs, this feature is absent or not well executed and we often annex the power of grassroots tech communities to find senior colleagues who can review our work, and finding that senior colleague who is interested in your growth is not common. Turing College gives you access to Senior Team Leads (STL) – professionals in their fields with > 5 years of experience, allows Junior Team Leads (JTL), and peers to do these reviews for some modules, incorporating the community mindset in all of us.

Weekly Standups as a community
In a normal work environment, it’s common to do daily, weekly, and biweekly standups depending on your company culture. In Turing College, there are 3 options of weekly standups you can join to bond with fellow learners, a JTL and STL. I see these standups more as a community because you get the chance to hear how others are progressing, solve pressing problems, and discuss random industry trends. Also, there are open sessions separated by tech data stacks where learners can join randomly to solve the bugs they have with STL.


All through my learning experience at Turing College, I enjoyed every moment and wish I could learn there forever. There is this “Yes! I know this” moment you get after completing a module. My favorite module is the “Main Analysis Types”; learning and solving problems on concepts like 
 - Retention, Cohorts, and Churn
 - Funnels Analysis
 - Customer Segmentation and RFM
 - Customer Lifetime Value: comparing the Shopify approach to cohorts was fun
