Overall, good
A lot handle while you're already working but worth it. You could learn a lot of the curriculum on Datacamp, but if you're looking for the structure it's a great place to start. I've also had pretty good experiences with the team working there, so I'd even recommend on a customer service level. All around, good program.Overall5.0Curriculum3.0Job support5.0Instructors5.0 -

Great Program
This program was hard; but so worth doing. It has increased my skillset, and I feel confident I will land an excellent job. The support Springboard provides helps students be successful. The rigorous curriculum and hands-on experience not only challenged me to grow but also equipped me with the practical tools needed in today’s biomedical informatics field. I truly appreciate the mentorship and guidance I received throughout the program, which made a significant difference in my professional development.

Data science career track
The data science program goes quickly through the material and doesn't have any fluf. They give you face to face mentors and are quick to respond with problems you may have. The tuition is about $10000 and their classes are mostly data camp. You are paying for the person interaction and job search help. Which if you can keep up with their requirements and don't get a job you get your money back.Overall5.0Curriculum3.0Job support5.0Instructors5.0 -

Springboard's Data Analytics Career Track - Foundations to Core
Forty-plus hours, and the transformation is complete! I'm thrilled with the skills I've gained on this deep dive into data, including:- Getting hands-on experience in every phase of the data pipeline: wrangling, analysis, and visualization.
- Mastering the essentials: Using SQL, Python, and Excel to pull real insights from raw data.
- Bringing data to life: Creating powerful reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Learning to speak 'data': Now I can turn any dataset into a clear, actionable story.

Stellar mentorship in a poorly paced program
Overall, my experience with Springboard was quite positive. The thing that really stood out was the mentorship that I didn't receive in my four-year degree. I was coming in from a four-year degree in psychology and looking to polish my UX/UI skills in addition to the User Research skills I gained during my degree. If you're a bit of a perfectionist like me, having the structure of a course rather than self-learning so you don't get stuck in a loop of it not being good enough is really, really helpful. I cannot state that enough. My mentor had worked for Fortune 500 finance companies and was currently working in the UX field. Actual hiring managers also reviewed our projects. I came away with skills and a portfolio that I'm proud of, and I think that was owed in large part to the quality of the Mentor that I was paired with so my experience may differ from yours, but if any of the other mentors are like the one I got then Springboard is absolutely worth the time and effort as well as the cost.
Speaking of the cost, I really wish they would just get rid of the job guarantee as a way to get you into the program. I think if you're going into a program primarily with the motivation of saving money or not having to pay money, versus the quality of education, then you're not going into it the right way. This is still cheaper than a master's degree, but whether you'll need a master's degree depends heavily on your field. I don't see too many UX designers with them, so I don't know how necessary it is. You also get six months of job help after graduating, which is intensely valuable. Again, you could learn this on your own and save the money. Most of our course materials were stuff you could just look up on YouTube, but you won't come away with something as polished generally without the structure and guidance that a mentor can provide. I wish all universities were like this bootcamp as far as the mentorship model. Again, if you take your time and go longer than the nine months and self-pay, you'll come away with the quality portfolio, but most of the negative reviews are from people who tried really, really hard to finish in the nine months, which is rushed in my opinion. I think Springboard should be a year and a half or two-year program, and that most people won't come away with a competitive portfolio if they rush to meet the nine-month deadline to get the job guarantee. So please be OK with spending a bit more money, and take your time. Accept that you might have a little bit of debt and come away with a polished portfolio with their excellent mentors.
If you can afford to take your time with it and potentially not get that guaranteed refund, then I highly recommend Springboard, but if your primary motivation is to come away without taking on any financial burden, then I think that would be extremely difficult to do without compromising your portfolio and just generally difficult to do in the first place. There's a lot of fine print and most people I know either took longer than the recommended time or didn't qualify for the job guarantee refund for a lot of other reasons. I highly recommend Springboard for those looking to polish their UX/UI skills.Overall4.0Curriculum3.0Job support5.0Instructors5.0 -

Springboard software engineering bootcamp
For the Springboard Software Engineering Career Track, the well-structured, self-paced format is a major strength. With a consistent effort of dedicating time daily, it's possible to complete the comprehensive curriculum in 7–8 months.
The bootcamp's project-based approach allows you to build a full-stack application by the end of the course, providing hands-on experience. The capstone project was instrumental in building a full-stack application and boosted my confidence in frameworks and languages. Bi-weekly mentor calls were crucial for staying on track throughout the course.Overall5.0Curriculum5.0Job support4.0Instructors5.0 -

From Career Break to Data Science Career with Springboard
I enrolled in Springboard’s Data Science Career Track (Foundation to Core) after taking an 8-year career break. Before that, I had worked as a web developer, and I wanted to transition into a data scientist role. For anyone coming back after a long break, it’s important to find a program that keeps you motivated, provides a structured approach, and helps you upskill with confidence.Springboard offered exactly that. The curriculum is comprehensive and project-based, the mentorship is outstanding, and the career services provide continuous guidance. The job guarantee gave me the extra assurance that I wasn’t alone in this journey—they are committed to your success until you land a role. Most importantly, the program kept me accountable. Between mentor calls, deadlines, and career coaching, I stayed consistent in my studies and built momentum day by day. This not only helped me finish projects but also showed future employers that I was serious and committed to coming back stronger.I highly recommend Springboard to anyone looking to restart their career, especially after a break. It’s more than just a bootcamp—it’s a supportive path to re-enter the workforce with new, in-demand skills.Overall5.0Curriculum5.0Job support5.0Instructors5.0 -

Buyer Beware
Attended the Data Science course program, had a very difficult time getting the right mentor assigned to my needs and style or learning. I had no choice to drop out and then the school continues to refuse to refund me even thought I could drop out and get a refund. I am seeking legal advice since the school is not cheap and school refuse to give me a refund even though it clearly states in the signed agreement by both parties. I would ask other students about the school and experience before signing up as school is for profit and it does have student best interest.Overall1.0Curriculum1.0Job support1.0Instructors1.0 -

Hands-on, supportive, career-transforming
My experience in the UI/UX Design Career Track exceeded my expectations. The mentorship was truly meaningful, guiding me through challenges and helping me grow as a designer. The advising staff was always supportive, providing practical advice and encouragement whenever I needed it. I particularly valued the opportunity to work on an industry design project with a real-world client—it gave me hands-on experience, taught me how to collaborate professionally, and showed me how to apply UX principles in a real business context. Throughout the program, I gained not only technical skills in research, wireframing, and prototyping but also the confidence to pursue a career in UX design. This program has been instrumental in shaping my growth and preparing me to make an impact in the field.”Overall5.0Curriculum5.0Job support5.0Instructors5.0 -

Great Program to Learn New Skills
Hello, my name is Nathaniel Perry. I joined Springboard's Software Engineering Career Track straight out of my B.S. in Parks and Recreation to gain tech skills I could use to either pivot completely into tech or enhance my capabilities with GIS/mapping-tech for backcountry sciences. I had an amazing Mentor, Abhijeet Mohan, who was there to help me through the whole program. I recommend this program to anyone looking to learn coding skills, enhance their resume with a certificate or just learn new skills with guidance.Overall5.0Curriculum5.0Job support4.0Instructors5.0 -

very informative
Coming from a non-IT background, I initially found it quite challenging to grasp the technical concepts introduced during the boot camp. Everything felt new and unfamiliar — from basic programming logic to understanding tools and frameworks that are commonly used in the tech industry. However, with consistent effort and a dedicated approach, things gradually started to make sense. The learning curve was steep, but what helped me the most was staying disciplined and setting aside regular time for studying, practicing, and revising what I learned each day.The boot camp itself is incredibly informative and well-structured. It covers a wide range of topics, giving participants a strong foundation in various areas such as web development, databases, APIs, and more. The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive, often breaking down complex topics into simpler parts, which really helps someone without prior exposure to IT. There are also practical assignments and projects that reinforce learning through hands-on experience. In short, while the beginning can be overwhelming for someone without an IT background, the key is to remain consistent. If you're able to commit time and effort, this boot camp can provide a solid and comprehensive introduction to the tech field, opening new career opportunities.Overall4.0Curriculum5.0Job supportN/AInstructors5.0 -

Fantastic Program
Cybersecurity Career Track:
One of the best benefits of Springboard was the structure that it provided me. I was sorely lacking discipline on in my self-study process, so I reviewed this program, and had a great feeling. Fast forward today, and I have walked from Springboard more confident, well informed, and hopeful. The courses, and labs were plentiful in information, and gave you direct experience with the Cybersecurity world. The support service was quick, flexible, and understanding. The my mentor was the difference was patient, kind, and super encouraging. One of a kind. One piece of feedback I'd offer is to change the comptia sec+ section to Professor Messer. Unfortunately, the LinkedIn learning version of the comptia training was unengaging. Overall, highly experience here.Overall4.0Curriculum5.0Job support5.0Instructors5.0 -

Amazing curriculum with outstanding support
Joining this Data Analyst Bootcamp was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my career. The curriculum was both challenging and well-organized, providing a solid foundation in key tools like Excel, SQL, Python, and Tableau, along with important concepts in statistics and data storytelling. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the support system My mentor was exceptional — not only technically skilled but also genuinely invested in my growth. The career coach was amazing too. Her guidance on resumes, mock interviews, and job searching was incredibly valuable. I felt much more prepared and confident thanks to their advice and insights.Overall5.0Curriculum5.0Job support5.0Instructors5.0 -
