I recently had the unfortunate experience of enrolling in a program with Simplilearn, and I must say that it was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to think twice before considering any courses or programs offered by this company.



One of the most glaring issues I encountered was the abysmal customer service. The representatives I interacted with were consistently rude and unhelpful. It seemed as though their main objective was to extract as much money as possible from me rather than providing genuine support and assistance. Whenever I had inquiries or concerns, their responses were dismissive and lacking in professionalism.



Furthermore, the company's claims of offering a hassle-free refund policy within a 7-day period turned out to be completely misleading. When I decided to withdraw from the program and requested a refund, I was met with silence. There was no proper response or acknowledgment of my request, let alone any effort to initiate the refund process. It became evident that their priority was to retain my payment rather than providing the promised service or honoring their refund policy.



The overall experience left a bitter taste in my mouth and reinforced my perception that Simplilearn is primarily focused on monetizing their courses with little regard for customer satisfaction. I found it disheartening that a company claiming to provide quality education and support would fall so short in these areas.



In conclusion, my personal encounter with Simplilearn was incredibly disappointing. The unhelpful and rude customer service, coupled with the lack of response and adherence to their own refund policy, showcased a company that prioritizes profit over its customers' needs. I would strongly advise prospective learners to seek alternative platforms that prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver on their promises.

I recently completed the Professional Certificate Course in Data Science at IITK and it was a great experience. The course content was comprehensive and well-structured, combining the theory and practical aspects of data science. The instructors were knowledgeable and experienced, providing helpful guidance throughout the course. The course provided a good blend of lectures and hands-on activities, which helped to strengthen my understanding of data science concepts. Overall, I highly recommend this course to anyone interested in learning data science.

I recently completed the Executive General Management Program offered by Simplilearn and it was an excellent experience. The course was comprehensive and covered all essential aspects of general management. The course material was comprehensive, up-to-date and easy to understand. The instructors were extremely knowledgeable and provided a great insight into the topics. The course was well-structured and organized, and the online platform was user-friendly and easy to navigate. The course also included several case studies and interactive sessions that gave me the opportunity to apply what I was learning to real-world scenarios. Overall, I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to develop their general management skills.

I recently completed the Professional Certification in Product Management course from SP Jain School of Global Management and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The course content was comprehensive and provided a very practical approach to product management. The course was structured to cover the fundamentals of product management and to allow students to develop their own skills through hands-on experience. The instructors were knowledgeable and supportive and provided excellent feedback. I came away from the course with a much better understanding of product management principles and techniques, which I am confident will be invaluable for my future career. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to further their knowledge in product management.

I look the ITIL certification course and then the exam. Did not pass. Asked for a refund but right away they started how I need to complete all their activities etc. basically everything not to return the money. 
I purchased the exam from a different company and they provided a lot study materials. I actually found the materials from the other company more useful and helpful. I passed with the other company. I really think you should research well before you choose the company

I have taken a course on CEH - Certified Ethical Hacker from SimpliLearn. At first trainer is required to publish pre-reading  online material. Videos created by trainer mentions that he would cover the topic during live session and the live session do not address the topic. Secondly the trainer take frequent breaks so the 4 hours class reduce to 3 hours. Thirdly, trainer takes quiz but never discusses the outcome so the quiz is again waste of time. Now the total learning time further reduced by another 30mins. Fourthly, trainer was never prepared for the session which implies that the examples that he uses for demo doesn’t work and he try to fix his environment. Finally, when you complain to management they took 1 year to provide resolution that too after many follow-ups and they enroll you for the class even without asking about your availability. Moreover, they don’t even re-instate your labs and ask you for to pay the labs from your pocket. My advice don’t fall trap in the discounts offered by these crooks as they waste your time and money and you are still without the learning.

Simplilearn is a scam. You are better off with upwork courses for $15. They took $7,200 of my money and I canceled two months before the course started. They did not reply and tried to dispute the charge saying I had completed course materials.

The courses that Simplilearn provides are just amazing and top notch service provided. Trainers are really helpfull and provided timely support as in when required. I would really recommend Simplilearn for whoever is looking forward to do a course in Data Science with Python.

Pavan was impressive. He has taken everyone on board with different technical backgrounds. The course has covered most of the DevOps practices and tools being used currently in the industry. It has given me the confidence to go out and challenge myself after getting my handy dirty in the labs provided.

The students are not helped in any way by explaining the subject, course contents, only the subject that is wanted to be taught. The lessons are very monotonous, the answers cannot be received about the questions asked, insufficient examples, not even worth a penny of the money you pay, narrow content topics, zero communication and no resolution in any problem. I wholeheartedly and sincerely recommend that you do not attend any of the courses, do not waste your money. Stay healthy and knowledgeable.

Excellent program and instructors

They are total fraud and scam. Most of the reviews you see are from their management team. Stay away from this fraud. 

Horrible experience - overly priced, lack of complete transparency and learning management system is wonky. Not worth the $2,546.94 they are trying to charge me for this course. 

It was a good course. Pavan the trainer was clear with his words and wanted to be sure everyone is clear. I liked it 

Mixed experience...

The support and service offered in very bad and once you pay your hard-earned money you get the worst treatment ever. The course content is average but the tutor changes after two classes and there is no proper handover. The new tutor will start all over again.  Also for my batch, the student dropout was too high that we were told that they are discontinuing the batch which shows the quality of the course. As I was not finding this course useful and as the quality was not great I asked for a refund. They have not addressed my concern so far nor they responded to my queries.
