Nucamp bootcamps offer excellent and affordable training for entry-level jobs in tech. They provide the flexibility of 100% online, part-time, self-scheduled study with the accountability and support of active mentoring and live, online workshops. Bootcamps include Cybersecurity (15 weeks), Back End, SQL, DevOps with Python (16 weeks), Front End Web & Mobile Development (17 weeks), Full Stack Web & Mobile Development (22 weeks), Solo AI Tech Entrepreneur (30 weeks), as well as AI Essentials for Work (15 weeks), an intro to Web Development Fundamentals (4 weeks of HTML, CSS, & Bootstrap), and a Job Hunting Bootcamp (4 weeks for anyone, educated or self-trained, looking for hands-on help with finding their next job).
Students of Nucamp's longer bootcamps are prepared for junior, entry-level jobs. In addition, several bootcamps prepare students to take industry-recognized certification exams from JSE, Python Institute PCEP, and CompTIA, etc. Nucamp offers career services to its graduates, including 1:1 career coaching and exclusive access to Nucamp’s curated, nationwide job board. Graduates enjoy lifetime access to their curriculum, including updates, and to Nucamp's online learning community for continued networking and career support.
Nucamp is on a mission to make quality education accessible and affordable to everyone. See their website for scholarship opportunities. New bootcamps start every 5 weeks with a dedicated instructor guiding small cohorts of typically no more than 20 students. Admission is open to all 18 years and older (some states require HS graduation or GED). To enroll in a bootcamp, complete Nucamp's online registration form.

NuCamp
Very flexible option for learning to code while having a fulltime job and a family. Without Nucamp, I'd never been able to have a chance to learn coding!

Though I had a decent start in each of them, I often found myself stuck and needed guidance. I knew a part-time bootcamp would bridge the gap. Being a beginner, I started with Web Fundamentals - our instructor was very knowledgeable. The in-person workshops kept me accountable and motivated me to keep moving forward. I am looking forward to joining the Front End course offered by Nucamp. I would have liked the course to be perhaps a week or more longer and focus on 1 or 2 more projects which would better help reinforce the concepts learned.

I work full time and can't really justify doing a bootcamp that would require me to be in a classroom every night. With Nucamp I am able to learn online after work during the week and go to class for a few hours on the weekend. This gives me the chance to ask questions and get help with the stuff that just doesn't make sense. Overall I'm very happy with the classes and the staff at Nucamp.

It allowed me to keep my current employment while I was gaining coding skills. It is not perfect, but it is a great balance between money, skills and time. I researched many coding bootcamps that starts from 6k and up, and I don’t see reason to accumulate more dept without guarantee of future employment.

The way Nucamp is able to offer these low prices is by not owning classrooms, and using online curriculums. They were refining their formula back in July and each weekly workshop got better with portable projectors and screens, and higher quality of interaction between content, instructions and support. Having an instructor with you and helping with the concepts and walking you thru the project is very helpful, as well as being with your other classmates. In terms of workshop locations we went to different libraries and a cafe that was huge and almost empty - we had a section just for our group. It can be surprising at first! Until you realize you can have a beer and pizza while coding. You should know that the cafe will expect the group to consume while you're there- again that's how nucamp can is reducing the cost.
I'm looking into the Full Stack program now- I have a job and don't really want to take the risk to quit and pay $10k+ for a full-time bootcamp. Nucamp is certainly the better alternative to any part-time bootcamp offering their curriculum online at the same price of in-person!!

I joined the first HTML course back in July and really appreciated the level of support offered by the instructor. Nice blend of online and in-person workshop as well, really helped me stay on top of it week-by-week. I ended up finishing the course! I'm now looking into the full stack program, too bad nucamp moved to Tacoma (I'm in Seattle) but totally understand the opportunity there. Hope they come back soon to Seattle! Hard to beat the price.
