Nucamp

I started Nucamp in hopes of pursuing a new career, and they've definitely catapulted me in the right direction. The small class setting and efforts to give you support through out the week when your working on your own was a great help. Even just seeing other students questions answered a lot of mine. 10/10 would nucamp again.

The 4-week Web Development Fundamentals course was a great way for me to test the waters before diving in and committing to the advanced (and longer) course. It would've been great to have had in-person workshops, but the online sessions were really helpful. The weekly workshop exercises were the best part of the course and applying the whole learning by doing approach. It would've been nice to have had more mini-practice exercises throughout the week. I'm more than likely moving on to the Full Stack Web & Mobile Web Development course. Overall, it's a great crash course, and I'm definitely recommending it to my friends and family. Recommended.

I chose Nucamp because I saw the price and the schedule that I liked. It was very hard work. even though it was a bootcamp , the work load was overwhelming. with the help of the instructor, we were able to complete the course. We still have some work to do on our own, but I am somewhat satisfied with the experience.

I chose Nucamp because of my ability to continue to work full-time while still attending in face classes that reinforced my learning. There were many opportunities to practice skills and you could spend more time reviewing concepts by having the material accessible to you all the time. The classes are very affordable and my teacher is wonderful.

I like the convenience, and organized, understandable presentation of the content. The videos/slides were constructed very effectively. I learned a lot in a relatively compressed amount of time. The assignments also challenged just enough to make it interesting but not too overwhelming. The workshops were helpful sometimes but not entirely necessary for me personally (I did learn some nice tidbits from the instructor that weren't in the material, especially insight into the industry and what actually working a job with these concepts actually entails). Overall, would recommend so far. Gonna do the full stack course next.

The 4 week Web Fundementals course was great. I've been learning with free online only courses for a while, only to get stuck and have nowhere to go. Nucamp was different because you had both the instructor and fellow students to help and give feedback if you ran into a problem. I'm extremely glad I took it and looking forward to the full-stack program.

The instructor was a working "coder". He was very knowledgeable, patient and gave off the impression that he wanted to be there and not that he had to be there. Also when I would run into issues he would help me work through them and not always giving me the answers up front. 

Great value for money and the course is well paced which kept me stimulated and motivated to complete the work. It can be challenging working full time and completing the weekly work but the work load is small enough to maintain a job, but you will still be able to learn a lot.

I choose Nucamp because they seemed like they really cared about people learning to code at an affordable price. Which when you make anything affordable that really shows you care. When the 4 week course started it really showed, because gave me a great support group to lean on and a lot of great resources to get the information. And my instructor was great. He was patient with us and took the time to explain the information in Layman's terms.
