I had taken the Certified Scrum Master Course from KnowledgeHut UpGrad. It was a great experience dealing with support staff. They provided a good discount for this course and exam fee. Post registration, I received all the necessary emails. During the training, regular reminders were received so that I did not miss any class. Mentor was very good. I took CSM certification from Knowledgehut in March. The certification classes were so interactive and knowledgeable. For not a minute during the two days of the workshop, I felt bored or if the class was meaningless. If I faced any issue, the support from the faculty and the tech team was pretty instant. The prices of the training offered by them were competitive as they offered a good discount. The communication for the training related things was done perfectly. Kbowledhegut's safe agile course was really helpful. Trainer was super experienced and equipped with all the tools to collaborate in a remote environment with participants.
