I am not completely satisfied with the service. Revert time from support team should get improve. That is my expectation from any institute. Because for PMP 99% students are experience holder, they expect some kind of professionalism.

I recently had the pleasure of attending the Certified Scrum Master course with Gaurav Rastogi. His teaching style was the perfect blend of fun and learning. Despite being a Scrum Master for almost 2 years in one of the top Fortune 500 companies, I gained new insights and clarity on several grey areas within Scrum. The process to identify and sign-up for the Scrum course was seamless. I was able to achieve my objective as planned with no blockers. I had taken the Certified Scrum Master Course from KnowledgeHut UpGrad. It was a great experience dealing with support staff. They provided a good discount for this course and exam fee. Post registration, I received all the necessary emails. During the training, regular reminders were received so that I did not miss any class. Mentor was very good. I took CSM certification from Knowledgehut in March. The certification classes were so interactive and knowledgeable. For not a minute during the two days of the workshop, I felt bored or if the class was meaningless. If I faced any issue, the support from the faculty and the tech team was pretty instant.
