I have taken the PMP 35-credit hour course through other providers and can easily say the upGrad experience was far superior. I would recommend the virtual classroom approach and ask as many questions as possible. Our class also set up a Whatsapp group for additional studying and application feedback, etc.

I recently completed Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), SAFe 6.0 POPM, and DevOps certifications through KnowledgeHut, and here’s my detailed feedback:Pros:

1. Well-Designed Courses: The course material is structured thoughtfully, making complex topics easy to understand. The interactive sessions, real-world examples, and hands-on exercises made the learning experience both engaging and practical.
2. Certification Availability: KnowledgeHut offers a wide variety of certifications from reputed institutions, which is a significant advantage for professionals looking to enhance their skills and career prospects. The PSPO, SAFe 6.0 POPM, and DevOps certifications I pursued were seamlessly aligned with industry standards.

Areas for Improvement:

1. Customer Support for Course Sanctioning: There’s a noticeable gap in responsiveness and clarity from the support team, particularly regarding course confirmations and queries. Delays in resolving concerns can be frustrating and need to be addressed for a smoother user experience.
2. Better Offers and Discounts: While the courses are high quality, the pricing could be more competitive. Offering better discounts or package deals for professionals enrolling in multiple certifications could greatly enhance the value proposition.

Overall Experience:Despite some challenges with customer support, I found the KnowledgeHut platform to be an excellent resource for professional growth. The certifications I completed have already helped me gain deeper insights into agile methodologies and DevOps practices, and I look forward to applying them in my career.If KnowledgeHut can enhance its support services and introduce more attractive offers, it has the potential to become a go-to platform for certifications and professional training.
