I have been trying to situate myself in a remote job for a few years. But my main obstacle has always been a low level of experience. I am sure that is why many people decide to join a BootCamp. I looked through a few online and ended up booking a call with TripleTen. Their website was robust and their reviews on Glassdoor were strong. So I decided they were the best fit for me considering their goal is to support you until you get a job and even after the fact.

I chose the QA engineering BootCamp (6 months) and I am now approaching the end of the course. I like that we have deadlines and time limits because my issue with learn-at-your-own-pace courses is that there is no consequence for just not doing the work. The success managers they assign to each student make sure you are progressing well and offer useful resources to help with the more difficult sections. The tutors are available nearly every day to help with problems in the coursework or even bugs that may arise for some users. The course has even been altered to fix certain things from the students' suggestions (ex. wording or unclear explanations). I look forward to diving into the career prep part of the program and hope to secure a job within the next few months. TripleTen backs you up with a strong team to bolster your resume, LinkedIn, and interview skills to make sure you land the job. They also provide an opportunity for externship programs after course completion to get some real-world work experience. I would recommend TripleTen to anyone looking to make a change in their career for the better. I am currently enrolled in TripleTen's Business Intelligence (BI) Analytics bootcamp. I wanted to get more insight in the Data Analysis field, so I decided to join TripleTen. I am finding this program very valuable for coding and analysis because material is industry related and organized. It is self-paced bootcamp which allows me to focus on other stuff concurrently. Platform does suggest completion dates to keep students on track. The projects and assessments are great to evaluate learned skills. Besides interactive platform, TripleTen offers help from reviewers and tutors at flexible hours to ease learning process. Tutors and reviewers create a team environment similar to a company. There are weekend workshops to grasp new concepts as well. TripleTen’s externship program is a good asset toward getting a job in the industry. Anyone looking to learn IT skills, TripleTen’s platform and team will be a great investment. I highly recommend TripleTen for everyone, but it is a great bootcamp for working individuals. There is a lot covered in the bootcamp. Since the material is industry picked, it will be little challenging, but TripleTen’s dedicated team is there to help. I'm currently enrolled in TripleTen's software engineering bootcamp and I have no complaints.  So, to start from the beginning I decided to start learning Software Engineering for a few reasons.  I originally graduated from SUNY Oneonta which is a New York State University and got my bachelors in Business Administration.  After graduating with this degree I started looking for jobs.  I applied on LinkedIn, on company websites, and reached out to friends but in the end after months and months of searching I got no replies to jobs I wanted.  The only jobs that would answer me were door to door sales jobs but being the quiet person I am, that was not for me at all.  So I then started to work at my neighbor's construction company and after working there for a few months of long hours and 60+ hour weeks I decided I needed a change.
 I began researching for new careers that I found appealing.  I had many different thoughts on potential careers and at the end the career that made the most sense for me was software engineering.  The reason software engineering was my top pick was because of how flexible some software engineering jobs can be.  Also, when I came across it I found it to be kind of like a puzzle and I’ve always been a big fan of puzzles whether it is playing sudoku or solving a Rubik's cube.  
After researching different ways on which I can potentially become a software engineer.  I stumbled across bootcamps and after examining many thoroughly I found TripleTen.  What stood out to me with TripleTen was how they provide externships and the reviews were outstanding.  The fact that TripleTen provides externships alone is a key factor as to why I decided to join.  Every other boot camp I found didn’t offer anything close to it.
While enrolled in TripleTen and working pretty much a full-time job sometimes it can be challenging to balance it all when working on a hard project.  However, once you get in the groove of things it isn’t too bad.  What I like to do during weekdays after work is to try to get in two to three hours of studying or just something related to what I am learning at the time, whether it is a side project, researching, or watching youtube videos.  Then on weekends or if I am off from work I like to spend upwards of four hours studying or working on a project.  What I found works for days when I am going to be coding for a while is I like to take breaks and do something productive after maybe an hour of studying like go for a walk, cook something, or workout.    In total I like to try to aim for 15-20 hours of studying per week.  Also, the good thing about TripleTen is the fact that if you are falling behind for any reason they allow you to take time off of the course.  I have taken a couple breaks off of the course.  One was for a vacation and another was to work on some projects on the side and look back at what I have learned in the previous lesson.  
I think TripleTen has many features that greatly benefit its students.  For example, the tutors, the discord, the success managers, code review, and the projects.  The tutors are great as you can schedule biweekly tutoring sessions to either help with projects or with any material you are struggling with and let me tell you they are way more helpful than I would’ve thought.  Some tutors also hold office hours which is a scheduled time per week when anyone can join and pop in and out to ask questions.  They also have these like 1-5 times a day on average which is amazing.  Also, the discord is a great help.  Sometimes when I am working on a project I have trouble with some of the work and I send in anyone's questions in discord and either a tutor will answer or a student will answer pretty quickly.  The discord is also good for just chatting about anything with other students.  If you join TripleTen you will also be assigned a success manager who helps keep you on pace with the work assigned.  They are the person who you go to if you need to request an extension or a break and it really helps to make the learning experience smoother having all these sources or help.  The code reviewers have helped me on every project.  Once you submit your project the code reviewers will make notes in your code for areas to improve or areas that need to be changed which is a huge help.  Lastly, the projects are a great time.  When working on the projects it is the coolest experience seeing yourself build entire websites that you would;ve never thought you would be able to do.  I believe that TripleTen has helped a huge amount with my goals of becoming a software engineer with these features.  They even offer career help where they guide you on how to build your LinkedIn and how to basically reach out for jobs and eventually how to take an interview to land those jobs.
Some tips I would give to someone who is new and just starting their coding journey I would definitely make sure that it is something that you can see yourself doing.  For people that want to take this path I would definitely recommend the TripleTens software engineer course.  I have been very surprised with all that the bootcamp offers, especially at its cheap price.  Before purchasing the course I would first recommend that you talk to someone on the phone about the course to get a better understanding before fully committing to it.

I enrolled in Tripleten with little to no knowledge or enough time to commit to starting a journey in an industry that was new to me. Fortunately, the staff is really down to earth and attentive. Everything from material, projects, and communication is seamless and well organized, all you have to do is put in the time to learn. There is a lot of support for you to accomplish all the goals they put in front of you as not only do you get a personal "success" mentor to ensure you are finding strategies to move forward, but also a discord server to speak with mentors, graduates, career development and other peers going through the program with you, which makes it easy to stay engage and motivated. 
All the information you need to complete projects is accessible and presented with a lot of care, digestible, and charming tone. 
although the material was all new and daunting to me. The way new information was presented through each stage of the bootcamp made it much more approachable. You get to work at your own pace and have the resources to work at a fast pace. There is always help, from tutor hours, where you can have a one-on-one with someone to go over the material further, and also the discord server where you can ask anyone from tutors, grads, or peers to help you at any moment throughout the day. Always got a response for any issue I had with the project or in general within 5 to 10 minutes max.
Best part of it all is the support given after you have a concrete understanding of the profession, tools, and essential skills, they offered the opportunity to start a career acceleration program,  where you can have hands-on experience with one of the companies they are associated with.

I signed up for TripleTen because I wanted to leave the healthcare field and get into something more remote and more fulfilling for my personal growth. After a significant time weighing my options, I chose TripleTen. I found their course engaging and well-structured. I think that they really spell things out for you without holding your hand through it. It is only for the self-driven but I still think that they are forgiving with their due dates and allow you to take some time off if you need it. After graduating from University, I spent 9 years as a Web Developer then went on a hiatus and became a stay at home mum. I am now looking to return to the tech workforce so I started looking for online bootcamps to boost my confidence, refresh my skills, learn something new and motivate me to get back into it! Amazing community and support
What is truly comforting is the amount of support you get from tutors, senior students, fellow students, success managers and career advisors. If you are stuck on a lesson or project there are a lot of resources that will help out. Success managers check in on you and make sure you are feeling well and are on track.

Student participation and externships
There are also opportunities to participate in further activities such as Code Jams and further along in the course you have an opportunity to complete an externship with companies they have partnered with, which will further prepare you for entering the tech workforce.

Background:

As a freshman in college, i took a course titled, "algorithmic thinking and programming," which sparked my interest in programming and software engineering. Unfortunately, this was second semester, and i was concerned that if i switched majors to computer science, i was would be behind the other students & ultimately graduate late. I refrained from making the switch, but my passion for SWE lived on. As i rounded off my junior year, i realized that i was not going to be college student forever, and would have to join the workforce soon. This raised the question, what do i want to do for the rest of my life? My college major would only lead me to jobs that i would not enjoy. So, i began programming again. I read DSA books, made small JS HTML CSS & React projects by following tutorials on Youtube, and more. I knew that i was going to join a bootcamp following graduation, so i wanted to gain a little momentum. 

After graduation, i spent 8 months saving money before i decided to invest in Triple10's full stack web development program. Fast forward a couple months and I am nearing the end of the bootcamp! My experience so far has been great. The material is comprehensive and gives you directly applicable full stack job skills. No superfluous general education classes, like the ones you have to take in college, just dense and relevant material. I now have the skills needed to build and deploy a full stack application from the ground up. I look forward to not only applying these skills on the job but also in my personal projects, which i hope can be used to better the world!

For all those reading this message, I do believe that investing in Triple10's bootcamp is a sound decision. Make no mistake, you must work hard, and having a natural proclivity towards software engineering, or technical things in general, will make the process much easier. TripleTen is a coding boot camp with multiple programs to choose from. I started back on February 2, 2024. I'm 21 and I had no clue what I wanted to do. My life consisted of (before doing this boot camp) waking up, going to the gym, going to work, and then playing games. I hated how little money I was making and I was doing absolutely nothing about it. Wasn't going to school, wasn't applying to any jobs, and I genuinely felt like a bum. I hated how I felt every day knowing I could do even better but I just didn't know how or what to do. One day I was watching YouTube and I got an AD on this boot camp and I said what the heck, I clicked the AD and it took me to a webinar an hour+ long and I watched the entire thing. I said why not schedule an appointment to talk with someone about it, I'M NOT EVEN GOING TO LIE, I completely dodged the call when I saw it and went on about my day. A month went by, still felt the same way and the AD COMES BACK, so I attended the webinar again and scheduled it again, AND THIS TIME I WENT WITH IT. I spoke with a lady ( Emma Tilley ) amazing lady, really nice and honestly pretty motivating, when I was speaking to her, to go through it. She answered all my questions and concerns and well I began with the boot camp! It's been a great experience, one thing I will say! Yes, you can learn all this for free if you're talented enough to teach yourself everything you need to know but I'm glad I went with this company. THE COMMUNITY IS AMAZING! extremely helpful, they have a discord server, and if you have any concerns no matter how big or small they'll help you they even have an AI working in their servers so you can ask it questions about your codes and it'll give you extremely helpful advice and if it couldn't answer your question then their tutors that will AND BY CHANCE your question still isn't answered, you can ask your success manager who's main job is TO MAKE SURE YOU GRADUATE AND GET THAT JOB. My success manager is Mina Miric, an amazing person who always checks up on me and sees if I have any concerns. There's no way you graduate and won't get a job when you attend this boot camp, they're spoon-feeding you a job, you just have to do the hard part and eat, but if you can do that you will be glad you did it. It's nice knowing that everything will be okay. I highly recommend this boot camp, I will always promote this company and will always recommend it to people. There are a lot more benefits to this boot camp but I won't go into it. If you're on the fence about it, I'm telling you right now, just do it. I'm doing the BI Analysis program, of course, it's hard but they make it easy and it's hard to fail when there are so many people trying to make sure that doesn't happen! I GENUINELY, STRONGLY FEEL there's no way you fail when you go with this boot camp, absolutely no way you don't graduate and get that job. Coming from a background in chemistry, I developed an interest in the IT field and decided to pursue testing. I am pleased with the program so far. It is well-designed for beginners, with lessons structured into manageable segments and opportunities to gain practical experience through tasks.After completing tasks and projects, the reviews provided valuable tips to enhance the performance of my projects. TripleTen is a great bootcamp for those that don't mind being in a remote environment. It provides the ease of being able to do things at your own pace so you can balance it with multiple responsibilities as opposed to other boot camps that want you to be active the whole day. I chose TripleTen because I liked that it was affordable compared to other boot camps that were charging over $10,000. I also like that it has a money back guarantee option which gives me more hope in their job assistance. My study habits include reviewing the material and also asking tutors for help when I get stuck. I also like to go on the discord because sometimes other students have asked the same questions I have. One of my favorite features is the code review because it really helps me understand what I've done incorrectly and the reviewers will even leave edits for improvements which helps me write cleaner code. Code reviews have always been completed within 24hrs so I like how quick paced it is. I am currently a BIA (Business Intelligence Analyst) student, where I am on sprint 5 out of 7.  I am currently an math educator looking to switch into a tech position once the school year ends. When checking out their website, TripleTen requires you to take a career quiz to see where you best fit.  They ask questions based on what you like to learn and what kind of career you are looking for long term.  Once you are matched, a representative contacts you to tell you more about the program. 

In this program, I am learning how to be successful with Excel, SQL, Tableau, and soon Power BI.  The sprints are helpful in breaking down the basics of programs, and how it can be utilized.  You do not have to pay to have the programs in your computer, as the sprints tell you how to install them on the computer with no charge. There are also videos in certain sprints that explain how a certain function can be done.  at the end of sprints, there are projects that apply what you learned during your time, but also encourage you to explore other ways you can utilize the programs.  This is a way to work on your critical thinking skills.  Once you submit a project, it takes up to 24 hours to get it reviewed and approved.  However, the longest I have waited was 12 hours for approval.  The comments from the reviewers are also encouraging, but if there is something missing from the project, they allow you to make edits with the same project, so you would not have to do it again.  

Once the projects are completed in each sprint, they have lessons on how to land a job as well as how to work on your professionalism. The lessons that they provide include how to write a resume, professionalism, and communication skills.  TripleTen also has tutors available via Discord and have working hours where they can assist you with any project.  Within the chats, they have live chats on career building and have speakers to talk about how to land a career in the tech field.  They also provide a calendar that keeps you on track of when the projects are due.  They also do check in with you to see how you are progressing in the program, and are super friendly whether you are succeeding or struggling.  The calendar is very useful to give you an idea of how long each sprint should take, and how many hours should be spent on each lesson.  If you cannot meet a due date (because of personal reasons), they also offer project extensions, where they push your due date to give you ample time to complete a project.   

Overall, this has been a great experience so far and have been happy with my progress in TripleTen.  It may seem like it is fast paced and you do have to commit a certain amount of time and dedication to the program, but it is a great learning experience in a short time and if you are looking for an immediate career change.   Read less

I am currently in the QA Engineering program at TripleTen and just started my 7th sprint (out of 9). To give you my background, I work a full-time job and do not have any previous experience in tech. So far, I am very happy with the program. The course material is engaging with visuals and divided into small lessons, which I appreciate because it feels a little more casual and relaxed than reading textbooks. What I like about TripleTen is the great career support and the community, in addition to the course itself. Through seminars, one-on-one meetings with a career advisor, and reading career chapters, I have learned steps to network effectively, how to utilize my LinkedIn and other social media to stand out, and helpful tips for interviews etc. I got to meet some fellow students via discord and meetings, and appreciate how we encourage each other. Tutors are great resources when I struggle with studying. You can ask them questions during their online “office hours” and via the discord channel any time. 

That being said, I feel that some things are up to the students. I tried to spend at least 1-2 hours every day when I started the program, but I eventually needed to slow down because studying on top of keeping my life together and working full-time feels tough sometimes. Fortunately, the program allows you to study at your own pace, and the success manager is accepting if you need to delay your deadlines. I am planning on expanding my network and meeting new professionals out there even though it is out of my comfort zone because I heard that getting a job with no tech experience can take an effort. I have seen a few people voicing that the schedules for meetings and tutor hours do not align with their work schedules (especially for people who work night shifts). But again, the community is very supportive and there for your success. Overall, I feel that TripleTen is a great program, especially for those transitioning into tech. If you choose this program, I would recommend utilizing their support and getting engaged with the opportunities they offer as much as possible.

Wanted to get into tech/software-engineering and jumped into the bootcamp. I am in sprint 10 out of 15. This course is very organized with the way they teach and way they set up assignments and projects. The discord allows you to connect and ask for help from a multitude of tutors who are all friendly and welcoming to ask any questions. They are patient and go beyond their way to help. So far the experience has been great. I will say that this bootcamp is good if you're really self-driven and self-taught type of person. Especially if you're working a full 9-5 alongside this program. I find days exhausting and tiring so you really have to commit to wanting to dive into this space. I recommend spending more hours outside of what is expected to fully feel satisfied and excel from my experience. Overall, I have been loving this experience and excited to learn more as i finish up. I encounter this program through finding their ads on youtube and after enough time I looked into and say that it seemed enticing. I would first like to give you some background on myself before i explain further about my experience with TripleTen BI Analyst program. I've worked in merchandise processing for a about two- three years and also work in data entry for a laboratory and as well some temporary jobs, during this time I'd see my close friends go off and make insane money from becoming software engineers and code writing genius & I always wanted to work in tech but honestly coding didn't seem to fit me to well. When I took the first test of what program best fits me, I learned about the Business Intelligence Analyst program and what we would be learning and I could honestly say that it was the best fit for me and my situation! They had me go through and talk with one of the representatives & talk about my $$ situation, I had just been laid off from my job and was currently looking for work anywhere and was planning on saving up to pay off in full but the representative had told me about the two installment plans an how i wouldn't have to pay for anything till TripleTen had found me a job after I graduated! Basically if you qualify for this program TripleTen has six months till after you graduate to help you find a job role that you went to school for and if they aren't able to you don't pay anything and you get your money back! That really was the deciding factor for choosing TripleTen schooling, every other bootcamp just wants you to go through their program and leave ya out to dry once your done, Tripleten has their own department dedicated to helping you find a job. The school work couldn't be better & when I go back to study I always see that they are constantly updating their course work with relevant data and great course direction. I can say that I cannot wait to accomplish all my goals this year and be the best version of myself. If I can learn this I know that anybody with enough dedication can as well.  Going through the TripleTen Quality Assurance Engineer  bootcamp has been overall a great experience. The bootcamp offers a plethora of tools to help students stay on track along with the help of making sure they understand the material in which they cover. Each Sprint is very direct in what they cover along with giving more than just the lesson of the tool but real world experience examples that allow the students to even create a portfolio that shows more than just what they learned. But also the implementation of the experience. TripleTen has success managers that help students stay on track with projects and help students with giving tools to better understand the sprints and tutors. The Bootcamp for Quality Assurance Engineer is split up into 9 sprints with an extra sprint for those who need more assistance with job search and interview readiness. Each Sprint is broken up into digestible segments of what Quality Assurance Engineers are expected to know along with giving experience in each part of the job. The Bootcamp slowly scales up on the difficulty of what a Quality Assurance Engineer does for a job with having students learn how to spot bugs manually to learning how to code to understand databases that they will need to know how to search for information to verify websites or the code gives back proper responses to automating tests. Each Sprint has a correlating Project that the Students are expected to finish and send in to be graded, Pass or Fail, to move on to the next Sprint. Each Project gives each student experience in Quality Assurance Engineering along with helping them build a portfolio that they will be able to show or add to their resume when job hunting.At the start of this bootcamp I was given guidance on the start of the bootcamp. The Success Manager, in my case Nikita, I was given reminders of tutors available on what days and what time they are available (given their timezone). Along with the tutors, I was given a plethora of outside resources that would go hand in hand in what I was learning in a lesson to help further my understanding of the Sprint. We were also given a community Discord which gave us connections to others who were in the same coding bootcamp, along with those who have already graduated or finished the bootcamp. Within the discord they would also hold career seminars to help students with being interview ready along with helping set up a proper resume.The Success Manager had helped me with giving me an extension with a project after I had been in a car accident, they made sure to be very professional but also checked up on me making sure i was ready to get back into the sprints, Shout out Nikita! He has been an amazing success manager who has been really helpful with checking in on my progress on the Sprints and Projects but also has made sure I could reach out to him or tutors for any questions I may have. He has also given me information on outside resources to help with my progress of the lesson. Success Managers of TripleTen regularly reach out to their students for updates, to check up if they need help, to provide helpful resources to further Sprint lessons.The Discord that the bootcamp offers for the students has allowed me to make connections with other students and made it possible to help each other with questions we may have or parts of the sprint or project that we may be struggling with which allows us to make connections and personal connections. The Discord also allows collaborations on projects with students to work together as they study to understand the sprints and the lessons that the bootcamp covers. The students regularly reach out to each other when confronting parts of the project or lesson they may struggle with or just want to study together to have someone else there to help keep them accountable of their progress. The discord really feels like a community in which new and old members of the bootcamp can help each other better themselves with the bootcamp but also help each other out with possible job opportunities. Students have gone so far as to help each other prepare for interviews when career development meetings or seminars are not being held.TripleTen has been incredibly helpful with a course that’s very direct teaching. Having students get experience working on projects that slowly build upon each other and guiding students to understand what is a Quality Assurance Engineer’s work. The Bootcamp starts off with free material that gives an understanding and information of what a Quality Assurance Engineer does so students can make a well informed decisions on whether or not this Bootcamp is for them. The free information includes a review question selection that tests students on the material. This gives an idea of what the students will be going through in the bootcamp. Overall I’d recommend TripleTen to others if they are interested in learning a new skill and are trying to get started in the Tech. industry. I have already made recommendations to coworkers in a similar boot as me, along with recommending it to my younger brother. I may not know how the other bootcamps TripleTen offers but I can say with full confidence that if this is how they run their Quality Assurance Bootcamp that the other bootcamps available; Software Engineering, Data Science, and Business Intelligence. I can recommend the other bootcamps that TripleTen has to offer to others. Not to mention in comparison to other bootcamps TripleTen is offered at a much more affordable rate whereas other bootcamps are priced at College University Prices. Where with TripleTen it is far more affordable with guaranteed money back. Along with that TripleTen allows past students to be able to have access to the whole bootcamp of any lesson even after graduating from the bootcamp. TripleTen honestly has been a great experience. After several years of toying with the idea of joining an online bootcamp, I finally decided on TripleTen and I'm extremely glad I did. I'm currently finishing up the Quality Assurance Engineering course, set to graduate in about a month. The biggest draw for me was that TripleTen offers a completely self-paced proprietary learning environment. There's no set meeting times for video calls or classes that you have to worry about which provides you the freedom to work at your own pace. As a current computer science student working two day jobs, the flexibility of the course schedule cannot be emphasized enough. The course can be accessed from any web browser so I often found myself reading through theories directly from my phone throughout the day. Of course there are still deadlines to meet for submitting Sprint projects, but the interface integrates a helpful calendar to stay on top of everything.

The course itself is divided into Sprints which themselves are divided into Theories and Projects. The theory portion of the sprints are where you are presented with the information that you will be learning about. Following the theory sections are the Sprint projects which implement the topics into real-world examples. Every project you complete gets reviewed and you are given feedback to really fine tune the skills you gain within each sprint. There are live tutors available to help with any questions you may have, as well as a Discord community full of resources for each lesson, career support, and even events and seminars.

Overall, TripleTen offers a comprehensive, professional, and engaging program through an interactive platform that you wouldn't find elsewhere. I did plenty of research on different programs (I heavily considered Cybersecurity and AI before landing on QA Engineering) and different bootcamps (17 total!). I ended up choosing QA Engineering because it seemed to jive well with how my brain operates (I'm a problem solver with a keen eye for detail) and it seemed to offer one of the quickest and more affordable paths into tech. 

I've been in the restaurant industry for the majority of my adult life and have no formal tech background. I don't have any experience with any other tech bootcamps so technically don't know how this compares to others.

Alas, I ended up choosing TripleTen for a number of reasons (and so far am glad I did):

They combine Manual and Automation in one program (other bootcamps offer the two separately) and to be completed in a 5-month timeframe, part-time. There was only one other bootcamp that made my list that offered a combined program, but their timeline was 10 months (and it was more expensive). 

TripleTen offers multiple payment plans (I ended up paying everything up front to also take advantage of one of their promotional discounts they offered at the time). They also offer a trial period (I forget - 7 days? 14 days?) in which if you aren't satisfied they'll give you a refund. And if you stick with the program, they have a "get a job or get a refund" policy as well. Those 2 refund policies alone should provide the peace of mind that they know what they're doing and believe in their programs that they can offer such policies. 

I also appreciate that they don't simply get you through the program, put a certificate in your hand, and say bye. They have a complete career-coaching program, offer externships to provide real-world experience with real companies, and their support extends beyond graduation and finding a job - they'll stay in touch during the first two months after employment! Now, I'm not quite there yet but based on my experience in the program and with everyone thus far, I have no doubt they will. That was ultimately the final selling point for me. Upon reaching out to a handful of my "finalist" bootcamps, TripleTen was the only one that actually responded in a timely manner and furthermore, without sounding like a sales pitch.

My QA Course is broken up into 9 Sprints; I'm currently finishing Spring 7. My Cohort started January 18, so I'm well ahead of schedule (another thing I like about this program - there are deadlines with a calendar guide to follow, but you can work ahead on your own pace).

Communication remains phenomenal. My success manager and career coach check in on me and offer encouragement and support without being overbearing. It really feels like they care about me and my success. Sure, this translates into their success as well but there are so many businesses out there that only care until the customer is through the door or the sale is closed.
