The Job Guarantee program by Simplilearn is simply a hoax and nothing more than a scam. The system is not proper. No proper evaluation of tests. The instructors are simply lazy and in no mood. We had to change multiple instructors. The instructors used to teach only for 5 hrs only Weekend(Sat n Sun included)

Terrible experience with Simplilearn. Agent called me continuously and forced me to buy Data Science job guarantee program which is purely for  IT background people but he lured me with salaries above 12 lakhs and their faculty and study material is world class. The reality is thier faculty is local people with mediocre communication skills.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of enrolling in a program with Simplilearn, and I must say that it was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to think twice before considering any courses or programs offered by this company.



One of the most glaring issues I encountered was the abysmal customer service. The representatives I interacted with were consistently rude and unhelpful. It seemed as though their main objective was to extract as much money as possible from me rather than providing genuine support and assistance. Whenever I had inquiries or concerns, their responses were dismissive and lacking in professionalism.



Furthermore, the company's claims of offering a hassle-free refund policy within a 7-day period turned out to be completely misleading. When I decided to withdraw from the program and requested a refund, I was met with silence. There was no proper response or acknowledgment of my request, let alone any effort to initiate the refund process. It became evident that their priority was to retain my payment rather than providing the promised service or honoring their refund policy.



The overall experience left a bitter taste in my mouth and reinforced my perception that Simplilearn is primarily focused on monetizing their courses with little regard for customer satisfaction. I found it disheartening that a company claiming to provide quality education and support would fall so short in these areas.



In conclusion, my personal encounter with Simplilearn was incredibly disappointing. The unhelpful and rude customer service, coupled with the lack of response and adherence to their own refund policy, showcased a company that prioritizes profit over its customers' needs. I look the ITIL certification course and then the exam. Did not pass. Asked for a refund but right away they started how I need to complete all their activities etc. basically everything not to return the money. 
I purchased the exam from a different company and they provided a lot study materials. I actually found the materials from the other company more useful and helpful. I passed with the other company. I really think you should research well before you choose the company Read less

I have taken a course on CEH - Certified Ethical Hacker from SimpliLearn. At first trainer is required to publish pre-reading  online material. Videos created by trainer mentions that he would cover the topic during live session and the live session do not address the topic. Secondly the trainer take frequent breaks so the 4 hours class reduce to 3 hours. Thirdly, trainer takes quiz but never discusses the outcome so the quiz is again waste of time. Now the total learning time further reduced by another 30mins. Fourthly, trainer was never prepared for the session which implies that the examples that he uses for demo doesn’t work and he try to fix his environment. Finally, when you complain to management they took 1 year to provide resolution that too after many follow-ups and they enroll you for the class even without asking about your availability. Moreover, they don’t even re-instate your labs and ask you for to pay the labs from your pocket. My advice don’t fall trap in the discounts offered by these crooks as they waste your time and money and you are still without the learning. Read less

The students are not helped in any way by explaining the subject, course contents, only the subject that is wanted to be taught. The lessons are very monotonous, the answers cannot be received about the questions asked, insufficient examples, not even worth a penny of the money you pay, narrow content topics, zero communication and no resolution in any problem. I wholeheartedly and sincerely recommend that you do not attend any of the courses, do not waste your money. Stay healthy and knowledgeable. Read less
