 I would like to share my experience about Simplilearn's Master in Data Science conducted by industry experts of Data Analytics, Data Science, Big data experts . Simplilearn gave me the flexibility of 365 days of access to this course and I had the chance to get into the training with different instructors working in real time different industries and they shared the examples of their experiences of which they had experienced in the past and they also gave us the solution for the unpredicted crisis ( How to Understand the data , analyse the data to get a better outcome). I am hoping to take few more advanced level courses through Simplilearn only because it is the best platfrom to learn.  Read less

I recently completed the Java Programming for Beginners course offered by Simplilearn SkillUp. The course was a useful and beginner-friendly introduction to Java programming. It helped me understand the basic concepts of Java in a simple and structured way.

The course covered important topics such as Java fundamentals, variables, data types, operators, conditional statements, loops, methods, and basic object-oriented programming concepts. The explanations were easy to follow and helped me build a better understanding of how Java programs are written and executed.

As a beginner, I found the course useful for developing my programming fundamentals and improving my confidence in writing basic Java programs. The course also provided an opportunity to learn at my own pace, which made it convenient to balance learning with my college studies.

Electronics and Communication Engineering student, I wanted a structured way to build my networking fundamentals before diving into more advanced certifications like CCNA.The course covers the essential building blocks of networking: the OSI and TCP/IP models, IP addressing and subnetting, common networking devices (routers, switches, hubs), protocols (TCP, UDP, DNS, DHCP), and an introduction to how data moves across a network.My ExperienceComing in with a telecom-focused academic background, I found the course to be a genuinely strong entry point into networking concepts. It broke down abstract ideas — like how the OSI layers interact, or how packets are routed — into explanations that were easy to follow even without prior hands-on exposure.What stood out most was how well it set me up for further study. Right after finishing, I moved into CCNA preparation using resources like Jeremy's IT Lab, NetworkChuck, and Cisco Networking Academy, and the concepts from this course carried over directly — I wasn't starting from scratch on topics like addressing schemes or the OSI model.It also complemented my practical experience well. Around the same time, I did a BSNL Telecom & Data Network internship with field exposure at a telephone exchange, and having the theoretical grounding from this course made it much easier to make sense of what I was seeing on the ground.Pros

• Being an introductory course, it doesn't go deep into hands-on configuration (expected — that's what CCNA/lab practice is for)
• Could benefit from more scenario-based or simulation exercises

Would I Recommend It? Yes, absolutely. For anyone starting out in networking — especially ECE or telecom-track students who want a solid conceptual base before moving into certifications like CCNA — this course is an excellent starting point. It gave me the confidence and vocabulary to tackle more advanced networking topics and made my subsequent hands-on internship experience much more meaningful.Overall Rating: 5/5
