I wOuld love to complete my Project Management certification organized by simplilearn and UMASS and I actually got a good deal for the course fee. Unfortunately for me before the class started I had made a payment of $600 towards the class that was meant to start at a particular date, However fast forward to the period the class was to start I had an impromptu emergency that require funds and will not allow me continue the course and reached out to the finance/operations department and here was the response I got from them; Paymentoperations, Vishnu, Syed Hi Oluwafolajimi, Greetings of the day As per the update from the team, we regret to inform you that unfortunately your case does not qualify under our refund policy. As it is out of policy, the first installment payment of $600 cannot be refunded. However, If you do not wish to continue with us, you do not have to pay the remaining installments. Course access will be removed by the system. Regards K.K. Shrut Sr. Operations Officer I Simplilearn. I dont want to believe this email. A slew of cancelled classes right in the beginning

I have opted for the weekend classes as I am a working professional and don't have the weekdays free. Due to being weekend only, the program is anyway long. However, right in the beginning two consecutive classes have gotten cancelled. This is a very bad sign given that Simplilearn is a large organisation - as they themselves claim. This is unprofessional and shows a lack of care in organising the program and making sure that the schedule is stuck to by all parties involved.
From the very beginning, I was very excited to attend every class and participate vigorously and learn all that was possible. However, this sort of service from simplilearn was quite unexpected. Obviously, emergencies strike all sorts of organisations - its nothing new. Trainer - The trainer Binayak Sir had very good knowledge of Cybersecurity. He covered all the topics in a detailed and was always ready to answer any queries in relation to the course. He even helped couple of participants with their company’s project specific queries. He provided all the details regarding certifications and tips and tricks to clear the Cybersecurity certifications.
Content - The course content for cybersecurity was quite good and covered everything. Along with live classes there are self-study pdfs as well. Also , there are projects to be completed and online tests as well.
