 ***Everyone please be aware of TRAP set by Simplilearn sales team on selling multiple master programs and doesn't even provide a minimum time to complete the course / exam ****

I wish to share the worst experience I am currently encountering with simplilearn sales team member Akram and Arindhem (mohamed.akram@*_net & arindam.sen@*_net) and my relationship manager Harshit ( harshit.shukla@***_net)

Last year I was contact by Akram via my friend referral for course enrollment.

Since my friend said simplilearn is good place to learn technology, I shown interest for enrolling for Master in cloud architect program.

But Arindham and Akram persuade me to take three master program in the pretext of course program will be extended as each individual master program take atleast 1 year to complete.

So I enrolled for below programs.

1) Masters program in cloud architect
2) Masters in DevOps
3) Masters in cyber security

I am following up with sales team and my relationship manager for last three months via email, phone and WhatsApp messages as my vouchers are about to expire.

But haven't received any response from them.

I trusted simplilearn and paid few lakh rupees for the three master program.

But I feel cheated by your sales team and relationship manager.

Even I raised multiple support ticket explaining the promises made by team and shared required evidences, but support tickets are closed without any resolution

Sales team member Akram read all message but doesn't respond. He is the one who promised extension for selling course.

I have escalated to Simplilearn escalations team, they say course can be extended and not the voucher.

It doesn't make any sense to just extend course and not voucher. The trap set here is student can't avail voucher until the coruse is taken and no one can complete three master program in 1 year time.

At least if they informed me about this hard deadline three months before when I started my follow up, i would have prioritized and completed just the course related to exam voucher.

The agony here is I haven't received any voucher code till this date and they say it is expired without even sharing any code with student.

I feel cheated and devastated.

** When 3 master program take minimum 2.5 years to complete and if you say voucher expire in 1 year without even informing the hard deadline or trap to student ***

Since all my tickets are getting closed without resolution and since sales team members are not reachable, I am posting this review.

I have already shared all conversations with escalations team and if you required the details to be re forwarded to any email ID, please let me know.

Once the course is being enrolled, I even opened support ticket to confirm on the extension and even your support team informed extension is permitted and denying now is so unethical.

Firstly, Thanks for Simple Learn for the fabulous Trainer, Mr. Deepaak. The learning platform (self learning) designed very friendly and interactive. Learning platform also provided self assessment at the end of each topic which really helps to assess and improvise further.

Recently I have gone through PRINCE2 training from Simplilearn. It was an amazing training session as it was highly interactive and lots of examples with real time scenario were provided. The trainer took up all queries from the participants and repeated all requests until we were clear on the topics. I really appreciate the knowledge Hirak Sir, our trainer. He made us fully ready to write the certification test as soon as the training was over. I would like to recommend everyone to take the training from Simplilearn. Read less

The overall experience from simplilearn was average only, my course started from 26th June and ended on 25th July. The main trainer is having very much knowledge and experience but does not know how to explain it over, it was like reading through the CEH Book and doing the iLAB session, iLAB could be done by us as it is a step by step guide. There was another trainer  Baba Saheer who took the session 5 and 6 in July, when he took the class it was extraordinary, he made the whole team to be alive and there were test sessions, were nothing was conducted by our main trainer or explanation over theory was not clear.   Read less

The only best thing about this course is the instructor. Nikhil Garg was amazing throughout the session. He explained the concept in simplified way and made it look easy. He not only covered the complete curriculum but provided us with extra important concepts and explained it as well. This was my 3rd class and was quite disappointed with the Deep Learning instructors of the previous classes. The curriculum needs improvement, as well as the number of slots, required needs to be increased accordingly. They need to include data preparation as well preprocessing into the curriculum and also the new developments especially graph neural networks.  There is a lot of improvements needed for the deep learning courses of Simplilearn. Also, the need to improve their forums as well. I am not satisfied enough to recommend this course.  Read less
