Before I started with PreHIRED I only have about a year of sales experience, my main career focus has actually been dental hygiene for the past 3 years. But, I knew I wasn’t going to be retiring as a hygienist, so after researching into software sales, I soon discovered PreHIRED. At first I thought it was definitely too good to be true (Scam lol), but the more I talked to the advisors I realized it was legit. The next issue I had was just the lack of core fundamentals to succeed. But they reassured me that’s one of the main focuses of the program. Once I was enrolled it was amazing. Josh does a fantastic job of laying out the program, I really didn’t have any questions as I went through it all. I learned all the things I was worried that I didn’t have, and their process was set up so well I was already getting interview offers before I was even done with the program (that I had to regrettably tell to wait until I was done!) Prior to meeting Josh, I was a construction worker. Even though I had some sales experience, my knowledge of the sales development process was lacking. Josh and the preHIRED team really turned my basic knowledge of sales into an arsenal of skills. I come from a very traditional phone sales background. If you can imagine all the movies from the 90's and early 2000's about sales, that's where I come from. I always knew there was a better way to sell, but I couldn't figure it out on my own, because honestly there is too much information out there on the internet. Prehired seemed to offer a solution to training you in necessary tools and workflows and enabling you to get the job you want! As a salesperson I was skeptical that they were overselling and wouldn't deliver. I can tell you now they did deliver just like Josh said they would. Personally I love doing research and finding out new information, because then I can help others solve problems with the solution I can offer. Learning how to use the lead generation tools blew my mind....literally. Well maybe figuratively ha. I couldn't believe I have been making things so hard on myself in the past. If you are considering this program and reading this recommendation, as Nike says...just do it. If you know that you have the ability to learn and want a high paying software sales career (key work is "want") -- then just check out their website. Before I joined preHIRED, I worked for Continental Tire as a Field Sales Representative. I learned a lot about sales, but then I decided to open my own small business. After teaching math for 10 years I’m transitioning into sales. I wanted to be able to go into a career where I could continue to serve people, but also to be rewarded for my hard work and skills so I could provide for and serve my family better. 

Not having any sales experience or training I wanted to find someone who has been very successful at sales who could teach me how to be very successful too. I stumbled across preHIRED on a craigslist post that promised you could get a six-figure sales job if you complete their training course. 

That obviously caught my eye but also raised my suspicions as it sounded too good to be true. The more I looked at their website the more convinced I became it was a scam. They even guaranteed if you didn’t get a job in 90 days you’d get your money back. 

I then watched a lot of the testimonial videos and concluded there is no way there are dozens of people in on a scam and all are willing to put their faces on video that could be used as evidence against them. Then I spoke with Lael Cook, one of preHIRED’s excellent Software Career Consultants, and he answered some of my questions and gave me a free 4-hour intro course for preHIRED. After working through the intro course I was convinced that Josh not only knew what he was talking about and could deliver the results promised, he had previously been very successful in software sales.

My favorite parts about the full preHIRED course were the tools and the techniques that are going to make me a very successful software salesman.

Going into my senior year of college I knew I wanted to enter the world of startups and entrepreneurship. With no real business or tech skills, Josh gave me my first real opportunity. Never having been in sales, I knew basically nothing. But through Josh's mentorship and coaching, I've learned the in's and out's of the entire sales process. His attention to detail and training style make it very easy to grasp different concepts from sales tools to email copy to running meetings. Although I've only been in the software sales space for a little over a year, I feel I am years beyond my experience and I truly owe it all to Josh. Before I joined Prehired I was working as a life insurance agent for about seven months… and I was tired of not being able to live life to its fullest extent: sacrificing investment opportunities I wanted to take, having to choose work and getting hours over spending time with family amongst many other things.

It’s funny because I wasn’t originally going to do Prehired, I wanted my mom to do it, but as I did my research I found it to be something I was attracted to myself. 

I have already been receiving multiple offers for interviews and conversations in regards to SDR roles. None of this would’ve been possible without view work, encouragement, and guidance from my prehired family and mentors.

I have so many favorite parts of the program. I would say my number one was definitely the videos. Seeing real people who achieved success simply by putting their head down and getting the work done really resonated with me. I also thoroughly enjoyed the quizzes at the end of each module. 

For anyone considering going to the program, I would say do it! Realize that time is going to go by regardless. You can go six months learning a new skill or six months not learning a new skill, at the end of it, six months will have gone by. Either way the only thing that is conditional is where you are at the end of that timeframe.

Before starting this training, I had just a slight background in sales from the retail perspective, but nothing like what Prehired was able to teach me.  I was looking for something new that gave me the opportunity to go into any kind of direction with my career, but still gave me the ability to help people, and paid me a fair sum for the problem solving and attentiveness that I put into my work.  When I first heard about Prehired it was from a co-worker who was looking into going through Prehired’s program tool. Initially, I had some doubts about the results of the program, but after doing some research on the company and listening to the success stories, I knew that I could change my life for the better by engaging in Prehired’s training program.  My favorite part of the Prehired program is learning about the psychology in sales and learning more about how to interact with people. I have also enjoyed learning how to use the different platforms for prospect searching. When I first discovered pre hired, I was hesitant to approach because of my doubts. The indecision wasn't towards the company but of myself because I have tried many other things and got another certification, and I haven't found the right career for me. After doing my research and listening to some of the success stories and chatting with some of the former members on pre-hired I was assured that this was right for me and it was.

Prior to preHIRED, I had very little sales experience. I sold mortgage insurance for a couple of months as a part-time job, however, my full-time job was being a 5th/6th-grade math/science teacher.

I became interested in preHIRED when I realized that I was ready for a job that the work put in was rewarded financially. I knew I wanted to do sales but wasn’t really sure what kind. After doing some research I settled on tech sales and that was when I came across preHIRED. 

I was a bit skeptical at first, anytime something says do this in just 6-12 weeks of course your internal red flags start going off. I put in the research and decided it was a risk I was willing to take. You don’t pay a dime until you find a job that pays 60k or more a year.

My favorite part of the program is that you move at your own pace. I have a full-time job, so I needed something that I could do at night after my daughter goes to sleep. I’ve enjoyed the knowledge gained on tools used in the sales industry but also the psychology behind sales. I had a lot of oh man that makes a lot of sense moments when I went through the psychology sections.

My advice to anyone considering preHIRED is to first off do your research because after all isn’t that what all great salespeople do? Once you have done that research and realize it’s what you need to advance your career….go for it. Finally, give it all you got, the program is a time to learn but also a time to prove yourself to others.

I had literally no sales experience. I ran into preHired on TikTok, and got super interested since I was already looking into starting tech sales. 

I was a little skeptical that something could be so promising with really no downside, as long as you do the work and uphold your end of the bargain. It was hard to believe that someone with no sales experience could burst into the sales world so far ahead of their peers, just by using this program and putting in the work.

Josh has truly made an amazing company and program, it's easy to see he is genuinely out to help people reach a better life. He pretty much lays out your path, brick by brick, to set you up for success; all you have to do is be diligent and disciplined with the learning.

If you have been trying to get into tech and don't know where to start, think about sales and see if it would be the right fit for you. Before I joined Prehired, I was working from home as a full time day trader and I tired of not adding value to peoples lives but I could not go back to a regular 9-5 job. There were very little opportunities that paid like day trading.
