Nucamp bootcamps offer excellent and affordable training for entry-level jobs in tech. They provide the flexibility of 100% online, part-time, self-scheduled study with the accountability and support of active mentoring and live, online workshops. Bootcamps include Cybersecurity (15 weeks), Back End, SQL, DevOps with Python (16 weeks), Front End Web & Mobile Development (17 weeks), Full Stack Web & Mobile Development (22 weeks), Solo AI Tech Entrepreneur (30 weeks), as well as AI Essentials for Work (15 weeks), an intro to Web Development Fundamentals (4 weeks of HTML, CSS, & Bootstrap), and a Job Hunting Bootcamp (4 weeks for anyone, educated or self-trained, looking for hands-on help with finding their next job).
Students of Nucamp's longer bootcamps are prepared for junior, entry-level jobs. In addition, several bootcamps prepare students to take industry-recognized certification exams from JSE, Python Institute PCEP, and CompTIA, etc. Nucamp offers career services to its graduates, including 1:1 career coaching and exclusive access to Nucamp’s curated, nationwide job board. Graduates enjoy lifetime access to their curriculum, including updates, and to Nucamp's online learning community for continued networking and career support.
Nucamp is on a mission to make quality education accessible and affordable to everyone. See their website for scholarship opportunities. New bootcamps start every 5 weeks with a dedicated instructor guiding small cohorts of typically no more than 20 students. Admission is open to all 18 years and older (some states require HS graduation or GED). To enroll in a bootcamp, complete Nucamp's online registration form.

Throughout the Zoom sessions, I was able to ask things (otherwise I would feel like reaching a dead end), also get very practical advices.
Second thing is that I could finally build something on web. I have been self-studying through various MOOC, but I couldn't even start to build something on my own, mainly because everything seemed so overwhelming that I couldn't find a way through the whole process. It became possible for me to do things, especially because I was given instructions, tips and steps each week for me to do to build up my project.Overall5.0Curriculum5.0Job supportN/AInstructors5.0 -

This was an excellent choice for me to move up to the next level. Here's why:
1) easy availability, 2) lower cost than conventional bootcamps, 3) multiple avenues to seek help and to build professional relationships, 4) Reputation, 5) Job search assistance. I liked the online community and due to COVID we couldn't do the in person workshops but Zoom worked well. I had several instructors that were excellent at teaching and also very supportive. Some shared a great deal of their time both in class work and in counseling about job searching, what to expect, what to prepare.
I found some of the lessons frustrating because I couldn't understand instructions or felt some were not clear. Much information could only be found in the videos which required watching them multiple times. I recommend that they include a summary in each module that lists essential information, such as terminal commands and setup steps, etc. This would save time in the learning process because there is far too much to remember and taking notes is very time consuming. Better if they would provide such notes.
I started with just the Front End but as I was completing it I decided to do the Back End as well. They've given me a solid foundation to build a learning and working environment moving forward. Also connections are an important side benefit.Overall4.0Curriculum5.0Job support4.0Instructors4.0 -

I looked into many different bootcamps but I just couldn't bring my self to agree to income sharing agreements it just wasn't for me. As for the course I was very happy with my instructor Chryssa she was very knowledgable and is also working in the field. I liked that she was always available if I ever had a question she was very patient and made sure the class understood the concepts we were studying before moving on. I would definitely recommend Nucamp even if your just curious about coding it was a fun experience and if during the course you feel like it's not for you at least it didn't cost too much to find out. I can say I went into my course not knowing much but I feel much more confident that a carrier in programming is for me and I truly had a blast it was challenging but worth every minute.Overall5.0Curriculum5.0Job supportN/AInstructors5.0 -
