Nucamp bootcamps offer excellent and affordable training for entry-level jobs in tech. They provide the flexibility of 100% online, part-time, self-scheduled study with the accountability and support of active mentoring and live, online workshops. Bootcamps include Cybersecurity (15 weeks), Back End, SQL, DevOps with Python (16 weeks), Front End Web & Mobile Development (17 weeks), Full Stack Web & Mobile Development (22 weeks), Solo AI Tech Entrepreneur (30 weeks), as well as AI Essentials for Work (15 weeks), an intro to Web Development Fundamentals (4 weeks of HTML, CSS, & Bootstrap), and a Job Hunting Bootcamp (4 weeks for anyone, educated or self-trained, looking for hands-on help with finding their next job).
Students of Nucamp's longer bootcamps are prepared for junior, entry-level jobs. In addition, several bootcamps prepare students to take industry-recognized certification exams from JSE, Python Institute PCEP, and CompTIA, etc. Nucamp offers career services to its graduates, including 1:1 career coaching and exclusive access to Nucamp’s curated, nationwide job board. Graduates enjoy lifetime access to their curriculum, including updates, and to Nucamp's online learning community for continued networking and career support.
Nucamp is on a mission to make quality education accessible and affordable to everyone. See their website for scholarship opportunities. New bootcamps start every 5 weeks with a dedicated instructor guiding small cohorts of typically no more than 20 students. Admission is open to all 18 years and older (some states require HS graduation or GED). To enroll in a bootcamp, complete Nucamp's online registration form.

The cost was incomparable and I liked that actual web developers would be teaching me. It was nice to be able to ask any question to someone knowledgeable on the subject.Overall5.0Curriculum5.0Job supportN/AInstructors5.0 -

I'm happy to say that even with the affordable price tag compared to many other camps/courses out there, this was a quality experience that provided me an excellent foundation to continue my learning and seek an entry level job in the field. My instructor was knowledgeable and provided his knowledge and experience regarding job searching and what to expect during interviews and helped prepare the class to answer the questions we'd likely be asked. The course does, however, expect you to do some free studying and learning throughout the week on your own as well. While the course provides an excellent groundwork of understanding for the three languages covered, this is most definitely a "get out of it what you put into it" class.Overall4.0Curriculum5.0Job support3.0Instructors5.0 -

After my class was finished, however, I do not regret it at all. The knowledge that I had gained the last 4 weeks will be the foundation I need to get a good in-depth look to HTML, CSS, and Javascript. I suggest this course as a real tutorial if you do not know the ins and outs of coding, or even if you need a good refresher, this class is definitely the place to go.Overall4.0Curriculum4.0Job support4.0Instructors4.0 -

The pace of work is blisteringly fast, but I've learned much during my time here, especially in Javascript, and had what skills I had learned on my own beforehand more or less validated. A huge plus is the fact that Nucamp is very affordable, especially in comparison to places like SMU, which demanded thousands of dollars up front for practically the same training. Learning online from home has been a boon too, as I don't have to brave Texas roads to get to class every morning / evening, and I've been able to collaborate with fellow learners, as well as professionals with years of experience in this field.Overall4.0Curriculum5.0Job supportN/AInstructors4.0 -

I'm glad I took the HTML-CSS-JavaScript Fundamentals class before jumping right into the Full Stack Bootcamp. I chose this bootcamp after two months of studying on my own. This course has helped me refocus and guide me towards what I should really be focusing my studies on. While self-studying I found myself bombarded with information that I would question was even relevant. So having a planned curriculum really put those worries at ease. They teach you the tools you need to be successful in this field. It is still up to you to go out and build projects and continue that learning, but once you see how the tools work you are free to create. Like most classes, the most important thing isn't about what you learn in class, it is about how you apply what you have learned outside of the classroom! This has helped me fast-track my learning so I can get to the important part. Building!Overall5.0Curriculum5.0Job supportN/AInstructors5.0
