Nucamp bootcamps offer excellent and affordable training for entry-level jobs in tech. They provide the flexibility of 100% online, part-time, self-scheduled study with the accountability and support of active mentoring and live, online workshops. Bootcamps include Cybersecurity (15 weeks), Back End, SQL, DevOps with Python (16 weeks), Front End Web & Mobile Development (17 weeks), Full Stack Web & Mobile Development (22 weeks), Solo AI Tech Entrepreneur (30 weeks), as well as AI Essentials for Work (15 weeks), an intro to Web Development Fundamentals (4 weeks of HTML, CSS, & Bootstrap), and a Job Hunting Bootcamp (4 weeks for anyone, educated or self-trained, looking for hands-on help with finding their next job).
Students of Nucamp's longer bootcamps are prepared for junior, entry-level jobs. In addition, several bootcamps prepare students to take industry-recognized certification exams from JSE, Python Institute PCEP, and CompTIA, etc. Nucamp offers career services to its graduates, including 1:1 career coaching and exclusive access to Nucamp’s curated, nationwide job board. Graduates enjoy lifetime access to their curriculum, including updates, and to Nucamp's online learning community for continued networking and career support.
Nucamp is on a mission to make quality education accessible and affordable to everyone. See their website for scholarship opportunities. New bootcamps start every 5 weeks with a dedicated instructor guiding small cohorts of typically no more than 20 students. Admission is open to all 18 years and older (some states require HS graduation or GED). To enroll in a bootcamp, complete Nucamp's online registration form.

Honestly, he is the reason I committed in the end. I am glad I did, as I learned alot, and my strong desire to code was re-ignited. I still have lots to learn and soo much practice to undertake, but I am happy with my decision on NuCamp!
Thanks admissions guy(sorry I don't remember your name, but you were key), thanks Frank for your help and understanding!Overall4.0Curriculum4.0Job supportN/AInstructors5.0 -

To me, the most important features of the camp are direct interactions with students and instructors, as well as hands-on exercises. I have a few ideas I want to try and develop, and what I missed in the course is the additional coaching on how something can be done in a different way. Single-option how-tos tend to discourage rather than inspire. But then again, everyone's learning styles are different.Overall4.0Curriculum5.0Job supportN/AInstructors4.0 -

I finished web dev fundamentals and i am now in the full stack web + mobile development., Just finished the bootstrap course heading into React front end. The instructors are very helpful and nice, they take their time explaining the course. I have very little experience in web dev, and i am getting more confident in my work. Best decision I have made and coding is something that i am very passionate about now, theres something about taking a blank page and creating a full on web page that is functioning. Take it from me if I can do it, you can too.Overall5.0Curriculum5.0Job support5.0Instructors5.0 -

I checked them out. The price and length of the course was perfect. I gave it a try and I am happy with my decision. I took the html, css, and javascript 4-week bootcamp. My instructor was awesome and helped us with whatever questions we had. He took the time to breakdown the complex concepts or syntax into understandable nuggets. If you are new to programming then you should invest in your future and upgrade your skills. The best part is after the 4 week boot camp I may not know how to code in Javascript at any competant level. But I know exactly what direction I need to go in to get the skills I need to get to where I want to go. This Nucamp bootcamp helped renew my desire to stay on my journey and continue to learn programming. Also my instructor definately pointed me in the right direction and a map of what could be ahead. Going to finish this so I can get back to JavaScript.Overall4.0Curriculum4.0Job supportN/AInstructors5.0 -

So far, I have finished the web development fundamentals bootcamp. The course gave a decent beginner's look into HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, although I think it would be better suited as a 6-week course with more time to focus on certain areas. My instructor was a full-stack web developer outside of her role at Nucamp and offered tons of outside resources and help throughout the week to keep me on track.
Where I feel Nucamp is lacking so far is the community aspect. They assign cohorts to private Slack channels and we all come together for workshops every Saturday, but in my experience everyone had their cameras off and mics muted, the workshop assignments were done solo, and there was basically no encouragement to interact with your cohort members.
If you are looking for a bootcamp with group work and lots of interaction with peers, I might suggest to look elsewhere. But as a beginner's look into the world of front-end web development, Nucamp is an affordable and high quality option for a solo learner.Overall4.0Curriculum4.0Job supportN/AInstructors5.0 -

The instructor was brand new and the course material was not that great so a lot of the time we were left to fend for ourselves. That being said I ended up leaving the company when I felt I was underprepared for work in the automation field and took a short break from coding altogether. One day I was browsing through Facebook and saw an ad for Nucamp and did a little bit of research. It offered the program that I wanted in a language that is not going anywhere anytime soon. So far from what I have seen and experienced after 4 weeks, I am already ahead of where I was after 6 months with my previous internship. I only hope that Nucamp can continue to impress me and help me achieve my goal of ending up in web development.Overall5.0Curriculum5.0Job supportN/AInstructors5.0 -
