We had amazing MIT Faculty go through concepts in the week and you have industry mentors that help you re-enforce it and bring you into the practical aspects of programing and analyzing on the weekend sessions. This is truly in line with MIT Motto of 'Mens et Manus' (Mind and Hand)
3. Support & Infrastructure: The Great Learning Olympus portal and the program management staff are excellent, accommodative and helpful all along, which made the administrative aspect of accessing excellent course content, managing assignments and seeking support simple and effective.
Overall, I would highly recommend this course to both engineers, tech leaders and business strategy leaders. For me personally, I hope to take this learning to build out the AI/ML strategy in my organization. I recently attended this course and close to completion now. I am very happy with the way this course structured, good amount of course materials along with videos, case studies, assessments and assignments. It is a 3 months course and a program manager who helps navigating you through the course and clears out any blockers you may face in between. The program provided by Great Learning has some nice features that stand out from the crowd. The video lessons are properly divided into short sections, and each section has its own quiz, with a larger quiz per weekly topic. Each week, a live learner session is provided by an industry instructor who helps review the content and answer questions. Your peers can also provide valuable questions there too. The program also has a dedicated program manager (thank you Nikita!) and an academic team to support any doubts during the courses.
I love that the pace of each course is well designed. I was afraid that I would have trouble picking up statistics and Python, but it turned out that they have very good material to bootstrap me to begin this journey. I would say as long as you are disciplined and actively follow the courses, finish the quizzes and monthly projects, you will be fine! It included pre-recorded video lectures organized into multi-section modules, live online lectures where students could interact with the instructor, supplementary articles for deeper understanding, and additional modules without deadlines to further enhance learning.
My favorite aspect of the program was the hands-on projects. These projects provided practical solutions to real business problems and reinforced the concepts learned in the modules. Completing these projects significantly boosted my confidence in solving practical business problems.
