he No Code AI and Machine Learning was very helpful to understand how No Code tools can be used to analyze data in order to resolve business problems .

The course introduces you to the various AI and ML concepts . It is a good place to begin your ML / AI journey .

The mentor sessions are good and most of the mentors have hands on experience in the field of using the No Code AI / ML tools such as Rapidminder, Dataiku etc .

Phenomenal course - I highly recommend this to anyone hoping to learn foundational techniques to understand and build machine learning models. The projects were super informative and applicable to real world situations. Despite having limited python knowledge before, I am now able to complete complex data science tasks in python. Only thing I would recommend is to add a module specifically on data cleaning - it was touched on but felt that we could have dug deeper into that. But generally, full marks !  Read less

I have completed DSML from MIT IDSS. 


I was a beginner at Data Science and Machine Learning in January 2024.


At the time, there was a lot of mystery surrounding this whole field. I never thought that it would be a career option for me.


The program has demystified these topics to an unbelievable extent.


I now have the confidence that I can apply the learning to solving problems that I never thought I would.


There have been many favorable forces - the wonderfully curated study material by MIT Faculty, the guided case studies that followed each study material.


Weekly Mentor Learning Sessions that further illustrated the concepts taught in the prior week.


My Program coordinator provided invaluable support and timely reminders about Homework assignments that kept me adhered to the course and road ahead.

My experience with Great Learning - MIT has been  without a doubt the best of the best. Everyone I have met in the student body and ALL of the professors and program director has been more than helpful to me along my path. The kindness and support we get is above and beyond any university I have attended. My employer loves how fast I have advanced and I was also promoted with the knowledge I have acquired so far. I am going back for more once I finish this and will keep going as technology is ever changing. Now that I have found this excellent source for knowledge I will never stray!!!!! Both of them deliver excellent lectures.The course design is very logical. The course is divided into six modules, each lasting two weeks. Additionally, some industry professionals with work experience also give lectures every week, so the course is very high-quality. There are a large number of practice problems and videos, and the explanations for assignments are very detailed. I think the lectures are excellent. I'm super happy with the course and the entire organization and delivery. 
The content was well structured and provides solid fundamental knowledge and goes all the way to in-depth knowhow how to use tools, differences in core algorithms, statistics and much more. 

I mostly liked learning about the underlying principles, from the math, statistics, base algorithms and all the way to implementation of modern AI. 
The tools covered are great. RapidMiner is a very powerful tool every data scientist should have tried. Of course KNIME and Dataiku are great, but offer a little bit less features, but sometimes do the job better/easier. 

If you want to learn how things work under the hood with AI, without necessarily being very technical, this one is right for you. 
For the devs out there, who like playing around with code, it will open more opportunities for that as well. 

The Great Learning platform itself is great, intuitive and excellent to work with. The team behind it is very responsive, not that I needed any help, but they are always there to help. Read less

Since before the launch of the program, we were provided with prerequisite courses that allowed me, someone who has never interacted with any coding language, to understand the basics of Python coding language within a couple of days. Since that time, the course manager I was assigned to, Ritin Jhamb has been actively supportive (I was starting to think we were provided with 24/7 support since he has been responding to all queries at almost any given time.). 
The program provides a variety of different teaching techniques (pre-recorded video lectures, live lectures, live mentored learning sessions, exercises, quizzes, and hands-on projects). The material is delivered in a way that even I, who never had any interactions with coding previously, could grasp all the ideas and concepts. 
The support system is amazing, very responsive and provides all the necessary help, whether it was code related, technical issues, understanding the course material. Whatever it is you need, they will provide.

The only point I would highlight for future students to be aware of, is the pace of the course. Since it is fast paced, I would recommend checking your calendar to see if there will be any time conflicts. I was excited and did not stop to consider that the cohort I joined would be during Ramadan, and the 2 Eids. If you lag behind in course materials, it would be challenging to get back on track.
