Certificate Program in Artificial Intelligence: Applied ML, GenAI & Agents with Johns Hopkins University

This is a review of the John's Hopkins University course on Applied Generative AI by Great Learning. This is an excellent course for gaining exposure to the latest developments in the rapidly evolving field of Generative AI. The course offers a good mix of topics and code examples to help grasp the concepts in a self-paced curriculum which is very suitable for working professionals. The material on Agentic AI and RAG are particularly noteworthy in this regard. The instructors were amazing and provided valuable insights and guidance on how to identify appropriate use cases for applying Generative AI in the real world. The program management from Great Learning was spot-on and kept us on-track with deadlines and reminders about scheduled classes/presentations by constantly communicating through a WhatsApp communications channel.

The project assignments are well thought out and challenging enough to put all the concepts to good use. One suggestion that would add even more value to the course is providing a comparative analysis of leading Large Language Models such as ChatGPT, Anhtropic, Gemini

The JHU-Certificate Program in Artificial Intelligence: Applied ML, Gen AI & Agents offered by Great Learning has been a career and life enhancing experience.  As a Technical Architect with 30 years of IT experience, it was very refreshing to step out of my comfort level and be challenged by this training.  The instructors, coursework, and program manager support are excellent. The hands-on assignments and feedback received on them was very valuable in the learning process. I recommend this course to anyone who is looking for the next step or new direction in their career.  I am very satisfied with this training, and I will cherish the experience.
