    Changed my life!

I took Manual QA bootcamp 2020 and easily changed my job from Retail to IT! My dream to work from home came true! Good instructors, learning plan and learning materials. It’s awesome that they provide 2 weeks of practice so you will have a real experience when you finish your course! Highly recommend this course!

One of the best decisions of my life!

I, myself was a non-IT person. I even did not have basic knowledge of technology. I have started with Manual QA course at Careerist, and gradually started to understand tech terminology, tech evolution, and skills sets that I need to acquire for a QA job. At Careerist, they have amazing instructors. They also provide many resources from which one can learn and understand the content completely.  I really appreciate the consistent support, guidance, and help I got throughout my journey fr...

Excellent training courses for IT industry

The course I attended at Careerist was QA Manual. I didn't have any QA experience before that or a Computer science degree, which it's hard for me to change work industries. Careerists support all the opportunities to help students to learn the skill they need for a Tech job and provided professional mentorship as well as technical skills training and guidance. They also provided internship experience after graduating from the course. It's like a door open for people who don't have years...

    High-Intensity, Rewarding, Exciting, and Challenging

From my experience, I can just talk about what has made me enjoy this bootcamp experience. One of the instructors by the name of Farhan, is a blessing and a great employee to Careerist. I had an issue with the time zone, with another demo and mock presentation instructor, and apparently I did not show up, but I did and he said I didn't pass. Now I was told that my time zone would be different from his and I just followed and listened to what was said to me. Now Farhan saw what happened, ...

    Has changed my life!

I'm not going to lie, when I signed up for Careerist Manual QA Bootcamp, I was initially skeptical. Not necessarily of the program itself, but I wasn't sure what to make of an IT bootcamp. I kept feeling like this was too good to be true. I was coming from over 15 years of consumer electronics/ sales and I needed to make a change and I was looking for something that will allow me to workin IT without knowing coding, give me the flexibility of working from home and pay me more money to be...

Should have done more research before I applied...

If you have excess money to throw around, it's a nice experience. Otherwise, it's not worth it.
There is a mismatch between what Careerist tells their students and the reality. They say there are SO MANY JOBS out there, you can make a LOT of MONEY, and you don't need to know how to CODE.

The reality is, most companies are looking for Automation Engineers. How do you possibly stand out with less than a year experience of just Manual QA? (Sure, they probably want you to continue ...

This program was one of the WORST decisions of 2022 I made.

Where do I even start... So I joined Careerist as an Entrepreneur looking to leverage a Sales Engineering position to help me re-adjust my lifestyle and grow my business. I was already well-versed in sales and sales cycles. But I felt I could get some competitive edge with the technical side. Before I joined the Course I did my due diligence and saw mixed reviews on the depth of technical information the course gives. So I was on the fence until I heard from one of their main affiliates ...

    Sales Engineer

This is My experience with Careerist and i would like to share it for anybody wants to make decision.
Sales Engineering in Careerist  is nothing more than Sales Rep Training. For Sales Engineering, you need to have Technical background and they do not mention this at the time of admission. basically, they don't have any admission process. They only try to get more students no matter what is their qualification and are they a good fit for the sales Engineering position or not?

Dear Ray. I really appreciate you have shared your experience about Careerist school and let me comment it so that naturally if somebody would like to decide, they need to understand all things and processes right.

We really tend to have our house full for each of our course because this factor is important for the high level the students get at our school.  Completeness of groups directly affects the financing of the educational process, and we strive to ensure that our students receive everything of the highest quality. We do not mention the necessity to have a technical background for our future Sales Engineers. We admit they do not need to be of a Technical background. We teach them to be during the course. We provide the sufficient knowledge for our alumni to be Sales Engineers. We assist them with placement in this profession. Sales Representative that you mention is a totally different profession. It's about the customer relationship, but not technical insight about deployment and implementation.

Our mentors are real superstars in the things they do to the students. If there's anything you do not know, and they address you to an instructor, you had to ask the instructor about your issue if you did not hear it during the curriculum. I can't comment on this very situation, because I do not know how was it. You might have missed it in the curriculum, or you missed asking the instructor as it were beyond curriculum.

Surprisingly, you landed a job as a Sales Rep after the Sales Engineering course. This job requires a completely different education than our Sales Engineering course. Good luck anyway!
