Online classes are not worth the money or time

It consisted of 8 weekly online classes, each primarily a 3 hour lecture. I and many other students already had some base knowledge in UI design and for us this course had very little new information.
Any claim that this course was innovative or taught by expert instructors was a lie. Yes, the instructors were professionals in their field, but certainly not experienced at teaching a pedagogically effective way. I was not alone among my classmates in feeling this way.
Pros:
- get to choice own project to work on, which makes a good portfolio piece at the end
- content of material was generally well structured with links to learn more
Cons:
- 3 hour online lectures with minimal interactivity is not accessible learning for students with ADHD
- no content outside of class, just the lecture. Exercises and mini assignments would have been very helpful
- very expensive for what it was. There are cheaper and better options

Coming from a background of project and program manager, I was familiar wit many of the concepts related to product management but not all of them. It was a nice learning experience to dive into product and how product managers do wear many different hats and deal with many different stakeholders.
I would recommend this course to someone that is looking to do a career change, someone new to the tech field, or someone experienced that wants/needs a certification.
Scott was very fun and dynamic teaching the course. Him and Rafa provided a lot of real-world examples and made the class very hands on.
