WBS CODING SCHOOL is a live online, instructor-led bootcamp backed by over 40 years of professional training expertise through its parent company, WBS TRAINING. Based in Germany and serving learners across the country, WBS CODING SCHOOL offers tech bootcamps and long programs in AI software development, data science, data analytics, UX/UI product design, AI for business, AI agents and automations, and AWS cloud computing. Applicants must be 18 or older and proficient in English or German at B2 or higher. Students can learn from home or access one of 280+ WBS locations across Germany.
WBS CODING SCHOOL students engage in hands-on projects, real-world team challenges, and daily live sessions with instructors who are qualified in both tech and teaching. Learning is reinforced through instructor-guided exercises and modern learning resources, with students supported by NOVA, WBS CODING SCHOOL's AI learning assistant. The SpeakTech program also allows students to combine their tech training with a certified German or English course.
Students have access to a structured Career Preparation Program featuring soft-skills workshops, 1:1 career coaching, application document feedback, interview prep, and connections to a hiring partner network, with support continuing for 12 months after graduation. Students on One-Year Programs also receive industry-recognized certifications and internship opportunities.
All WBS CODING SCHOOL programs are AZAV-certified, meeting Germany's national quality standards for professional integration. German residents may be eligible to study for free through a Bildungsgutschein (educational voucher) from the Agentur für Arbeit or Jobcenter. Additional funding options include flexible installment plans, an Income Share Agreement, the KOMPASS grant for the self-employed, and employer co-funding through the Qualifizierungschancengesetz (QCG).

The course spanned 15 weeks of remote learning followed by two weeks working on-site on our final projects on campus in Berlin, charmingly located right on the Spree River. Especially the on-site phase was exceptionally outstanding. The instructors not only impressed with their professional expertise but also stood out for their exceptionally positive personal demeanor. What particularly struck me was the progressive curriculum, which is continuously updated to optimally prepare students for the current demands of the job market. The teaching was very interactive; there was a real dialogue rather than just a one-way transfer of knowledge.

I am feeling confident that this provides a strong foundation for further growth and deepening of my knowledge. Prior to joining this program, I had never coded before, but now I can't imagine my life without it.
The instructors at the bootcamp were incredibly dedicated and supportive. Despite facing challenges as a group, our instructor worked tirelessly to help us overcome obstacles with their wholehearted support. We not only learned so much from them but also from each other during our time together. As a group, we experienced growth in both our technical and social skills together.
The Campus Phase in Berlin was an unforgettable experience where I was able to connect with my classmates from online classes in person for the first time. To me it was very important not only to get to know the people I have worked with in the online classes but also the amazing staff at WBS Coding School who all worked tirelessly to make this bootcamp such an amazing experience.

It was of course challenging, as it is supposed to be, but the whole group of instructors and staff are there all the time and adjust to your personal needs to teach you.
