Beginners are welcome to apply to Upgrade Hub. Incoming students begin with prework, guided by Upgrade Hub trainers, in order to acquire the necessary fundamentals so that they will succeed in the bootcamps.In addition to technical skills, Upgrade Hub aims to teach soft skills, leadership, collaboration, and Agile methodologies. Se crea un ambiente de compañerismo y entablas relaciones personales que merece la pena vivir. En cuanto a encontrar un empleo, y hablando por mi, lo he encontrado en un periodo de tiempo muy razonable. Terminé a finales de noviembre y en enero ya había firmado, navidades mediante. Hice el bootcamp con Upgrade hub y es súper recomendable. Los profesores son gente que trabaja en lo que te están explicando y eso se nota mucho a la hora de hacer los proyectos. Además te enseñan todo en lo que se refiere a hacer tu perfil más fuerte de cara a las entrevistas, mejorar CV, Linkedin... Realicé el curso de UX/UI Design y no lo recomiendo. La inversión de dinero es demasiado elevada para la poca implicación por parte de los "profesores" hacia los alumnos. No se coordinan entre ellos para especificarte que tienes que entregar en cada presentación, cambios de horarios sin avisarte previamente, suerte si consigues que contesten a tus mensajes. Sin duda, mi peor experiencia fue con el coordinador del curso, Jesús Bermejo. Al final del curso me envió un informe evaluativo, en...Realicé el curso de UX/UI Design y no lo recomiendo. Al final del curso me envió un informe evaluativo, en el cual evaluaba distintas fases y aspectos de mi proyecto individual. La evaluación que hizo acerca de la primera fase de mi proyecto no correspondía con lo que otros "profesores" me habían dado a lo largo del curso. Y como en dicho informe los comentarios se componían de un par de frases y no se molestaba en justificar dichas evaluaciones, quise ponerme en contacto con él para que me diese una explicación.
A pesar de que fue él quien decidió el día y la hora, se conectó diez minutos tarde y lo primero que me dijo es que no tenía mucho tiempo para dedicarme porque en 20 minutos se tenía que ir.
Su actitud hacía mi fue lamentable, apenas me dejaba hablar y cuando le pedía que justificará dicha evaluación que el mismo me había escrito, evadía mi pregunta constantemente con una actitud bastante hostil. Lo único que me decía es que los demás profesores y él, estaban en contacto durante todo el curso para seguir el proceso de todos los alumnos. Pero si es así, no entiendo porque nadie corrigió mi trabajo antes, tanto en las tutorías, como en las presentaciones.
Tuvo hasta el valor de decirme que no podía contestar a todos nuestros mensajes (Eramos 20 alumnos pagando 5.000 euros por un curso de 5 meses).
Su nulo interés en resolver con profesionalidad mi situación, hizo que me despachara dándome un email de la academia, donde podía enviar mi queja, pero a la misma vez me dio a entender que él (Jesus Bermejo) formaba parte de la dirección de la academia y que mi queja no iba a llegar a ninguna parte. Y así fue. Hace mas de dos meses que les escribí y no he recibido ninguna respuesta por parte de ellos.
Hay muchos profesionales en este sector que comparten el mismo contenido gratis por internet. Si decido invertir esa importante cantidad de dinero es porque espero recibir una asistencia por parte del profesorado a la altura de dicho coste.
